Although we are awaiting the install of our windows…the experience was very eye opening, pleasurable, and easy to understand. As a first time buyer of windows for my second home I learned a lot about the difference between quality and functionality of windows. As my profession is also in sales, I appreciated the no hassle approach and explanation of things during this process. It did make it easy to make the choice to go with Champion!

Todd, the factory representative did a fantastic job of explaining the product and process. Doors are now in place, absolutely love them. Have already noticed a difference of no suns heat coming thru. Highly recommend both Todd and Champion.

My installer Jan and his team member did an outstanding job on the installation of my beautiful new windows. There was rot around the old frames and they fixed it. They also arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very pet friendly. I have cats and they worked with me to keep the cats calm and wrangled! Andy and I had our consultation yesterday, and Gregg was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. We are very excited to have started this process with Champion.

My husband and I ordered a door on March 22nd. We were told it would take 6-10 weeks for the door to be in. The salesman measured our door and they made an appointment for a specialist to come out and take another measurement. 17 weeks later and our door finally came in to be installed. We scheduled an appointment, I took time off work to be home for the install, the install guys show up and the door is the wrong size. Were then told that they would put a rush order on the door and it would be only 3-5 weeks before it was in. That was on July 20th, so 8 weeks after the wrong door came in and we still have no door. Ive called 3 different times to get an update, each time being told that someone would call me back, no one has contacted me. Oh and Ive asked if something can be done to fix the situation and was told we will make it right by installing the door that you ordered. So theyre supposed to be making it right by doing the job we paid them to do to begin with. We are extremely frustrated that its been a total of 25 weeks with no communication about our order. If it werent for the fact that we paid a decent amount of money in the deposit, we wouldve cancelled the order weeks ago.

I left a message a few months ago and never received a call back. Then, I scheduled for a free estimate on a sunroom for 7/31 at 3 p.m. and no one showed up. I will be going through a different company for my sunroom. Champion, you just lost my business.

Horrible service!!! I definitely would not recommend Champion Windows! We really like our sunroom, but it started leaking along a roof seam. Getting someone to come and fix it has proved very, very difficult. When I called I could not speak directly with a person and I didn’t get a response for over a week and then it took over a month for someone to actually come to our home. The repair work lasted about a month then it started leaking again. This time after no response for 12 days I drove 25 miles to the Champion store and finally got a service appointment scheduled. Hopefully this repair will be successful. I can’t believe a business with such horrible service like this can stay afloat.

Update- champion windows will scam you. We canceled our contract the next day after signing. The contract says you can cancel within 3 days after the contract date. We called them to cancel and they requested we email the canceled contracts to customer support so we did. They emailed back and said they will take care of the cancelation process. To be safe I also followed the instruction on the contract saying the canceled contracts needed to be delivered to the address listed on the top of the contracts so I overnighted them requiring a signature. USPS called me the next day and said that address is vacant. On top of all of that they thought it would be ok to go ahead and charge our credit account over $20,000.00. So now I’m wasting my time getting all the supporting documents to send to the credit company while I’m disputing the charges. Keep record of everything and whatever you do…DONT SHOP AT CHAMPION WINDOWS

Everyone I have talked with so far has been so incredibly nice and helpful and patient. As a 25 year old home buyer this was not a decision I made spontaneously! Wonderful people. Cant wait for my new windows

*update: the installation manager did promptly return our calls and came out to remeasure and inspect with another installer. They offered to remake the windows which were incorrect and install properly with a rush on it in 2-3 weeks. As long as this goes smoothly I will be satisfied.Update: we patiently waited 6-8 weeks for window construction, they measured twice, and when install showed up yesterday two of them were too small! Instead of telling me it isn’t the right size they trimmed in my window and so it’s smaller and looks ridiculous. We have contacted the office who said the install manager will call us back but I really hope they make this right. Reading recent reviews and bbb complaints doesn’t give me much confidence. My parents used champion years ago and I love their windows, but what I received yesterday is not near the same quality. I will update as this progresses.Gregg Gerling arrived as scheduled, albeit a little late but we were notified, and was very informative and helpful in our window selection process. I originally gave Champion 5 stars shortly after the salesman left my house. He was really good at his job and made me genuinely excited about my new windows. However they still needed to make an official measurement. I scheduled the measurement for a week or so after I bought the windows. The measurement guy was late and didnt call me to tell me he wasnt coming until almost 6pm that day. Told me that he got caught up at other appts (no big deal, things happen) and said someone from the office would call me on Monday to reschedule. Nobody called. I waited two weeks and called them myself. Almost a month after I paid for the windows and I finally had my old ones measured. Now I cant get anyone to call me back to schedule the install. I have called the Installation Manager several times and left many voicemails in the last few weeks. I have called their main customer service line and they have sent messages to his supervisor. Nobody has called me back. It is almost 2 months since I paid for my windows and nobody will call me to actually install them. I paid $6,000 to be ghosted.

Todd came today to give an estimate and talk us through what they offered. First off, he presented well and was nice and helpful. I had a price point in mind and he was able to hit it with a little work. I cant wait for the new windows to be installed.I feel I need to add to this, as since this initial visit, things have NOT gone as planned. A man came to measure, as expected, and I felt as if something was off that day. I confirmed with him that if there was an issue with measurements I would not be charged additionally...he confirmed this to be true. I also sent a message to Todd that day stating I had concerns that something wasnt done correctly as it seemed very unprofessional, not technical. I was assured that it was normal practice.We had to sign an affidavit and our window prices increased by $200 because the windows we ordered for our dining room did not come in the size we needed so we changed the window type. This was not a big deal to us so we made the order change.We finally get to schedule the installation. My husband takes the day off work and installers arrive and tell him that measurements are not accurate and they will need more tools and a larger crew to cut in to make the windows fit. Installer was nothing but professional and apologetic that there was an error. We rescheduled for the following week.My husband took this second day off work (new job, unpaid day...I couldnt take off work and would have also been unpaid) for the installation. Crew arrives and start counting windows and realize that they are missing one. Turns out they did not give them the window when picking up at the warehouse so they had to go back and pick it up on their lunch. However, that window WAS available and was installed. Another window was ordered as 75 inches and should have been 71 inches...remember my concerns about measurements? Correct window has been ordered (or so we were told) but have not heard another word.Todd let us know that he was working with management to make it right as we had concerns from early on, have taken two unpaid days from work, and are still waiting on a window to be installed (a third day off, unpaid). Its been over two weeks, nothing has been made right and no one is talking to us. We received a request to do a review on Angies List, but Im quite certain as it stands today, they DO NOT want me to post a review there. I just want SOMEONE to reach out and discuss the issues and make it right.I will add, the windows that have been installed are GORGEOUS and I love them. I just wish this process had gone smoother and the customer service aspect had been a higher priority for them.

Came to house and met with us to review our sun room and gave us advice on what windows would be best and how many. Very nice and friendly. Later they sent an installer to review job with us. Great people.

No communication from the company. I have tried to get in touch with someone and despite being told that someone will contact my “soon” or “tomorrow “, no one does. 2 windows were measured wrong and 1 broken. It has been 6 weeks and no one can give me a timeline to get the job completed but yet I still had to pay. Also ordered a new front door in January and have no update or ETA on that job.I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism from this company. Definitely regret my decision and purchase and 100% would never recommendUpdate 4/26/2021- it has been over 10 weeks since my door was “ordered” and just found out that is was not made due to inaccurate measurements. No one reached out to schedule a new measurement. Still waiting for a call from someone that can make this right. I have called the contact center several times and my info is being shared but no one will call me back.

Our Champion Sunroom addition is of excellent quality and workmanship. Its been 4 years since it was built and we have NOT had any problems whatsoever. Very satisfied customer and we highly recommend Champion for Sunrooms !

Notice that all the 5 star reviews are people that have not had the material installed yet! Do yourself a favor and go to Pella or Andersen. I too was told that the windows would be installed in 6-8 weeks back in November, now almost 6 months later I have half of them installed (that was on March 23rd) with no hardware so I cant open the windows on spring days and the other half still need to be installed but I cant get anyone to call me back. I have called their offices over 10 times now and they always say they email the Area Installation Manager but then I never hear back!Today I called and said come take these back out and just cancel my order and they told me they would charge me 30% since the windows were already made. I DO WANT THEM! THEY JUST WONT INSTALL THEM!! Maybe they should give me a discount for not delivering what they promised! The sales rep, Heath Puckett was super nice to get the sale but now he wont call me back or return emails either.The windows that are installed seem like they are good quality but organization skills and customer service are not a priority with Champion it appears. Read the reviews a lot of 5 stars changing to 1 star because of customer communication. Check out BBB with all of the complaints. Dont fall for the pressure car sales tactic they use to rush you into a purchase. That is how they got me. I should have listen to my gut and went with Pella!This is my last ditch effort to get some kind of response from the company. I am sure I will just get the same canned response they are giving everyone else with their corporate office phone number that when you call there is no option for Customer Service, just corp directory, accounting, etc. This experience has been a nightmare, you pay this kind of money to get terrible customer service. They brag about their lifetime guarantee, I hope to God that I never have a window issue because I can only imagine what kind of a nightmare that will be!I will update this rating when/if my windows actually get installed. Be very wary of this company.

Won’t even make an appointment with me since my husband and I work different shifts and have difficulty making an appointment both of us can attend, besides the fact he doesn’t care to be here and knows I’m more than capable of picking out windows and don’t require his approval. But apparently they think women still need their husbands to think for them.

Fabulous! That is the best word I can use to describe my experience with Champion Windows and my gorgeous new sunroom. I cant say enough good things about Greg the salesman, Josh Rigdon, Jesse Dukes, and Tina Fitzpatrick. Greg helped me figure out what would work best, Tina kept me informed every step of the way, and Josh and Jesse did a great job building the room onsite. I had a sunroom on a previous house in another state, and it was basically three pre-built walls sitting on an existing patio, butted up against the siding with foam to plug the siding gaps. My Champion sunroom is bolted squarely to concrete footings and fastened to my homes infrastructure. It exceeds my expectations in every way. Another company gave me an estimate, but something just didnt feel right. SO GLAD I went with Champion!

The installers were very good. Professional, courteous and neat. The entire process took about 3 hours from start to finish. The wrap that was put on the outside matches the trim perfectly. We are very pleased with the result, and I find that the sound levels in the house have dropped considerably. We dont live on a busy street, but the ambient noise is greatly reduced.

Had two comfort 365 large picture windows, and two sliding windows installed roughly a month ago. They look great and the install was quick and easy. Even with the large picture windows letting in alot of sunlight, they keep the heat out pretty well. Once the winter rolls around I am hoping the windows will not be drafty and let cold air seep in, that should be the true test of how good of a job the install was. Overall - had a pleasant experience with Champion and would consider using them again

I purchased a home 11 months ago with Champion windows and a french door. I have had nothing but problems with the french door since I purchased the home. The previous owner had Champion come out and service the door because it was sticking very bad. After I took possession of the home, I noticed the door was leaking. I notified Champion, and it took several weeks for them to return my call (their policy is to return a call in 5 days). Over the course of the next 11 months, including at least 5 visits from the service team my door still leaked. Sometimes there would be months between my phone calls, and service coming to my house. At 12 months the transferable warranty would be up, so I decided to replace the door. There was water damage around where the Champion door was installed. Champion refused to help pay for the water damage. I was told that I didnt allow them to fix the problem... I would urge anyone to find an alternative to the vinyl clad garbage Champion and Window World sell. The quality of their product, installation, and customer service will make you wish you paid a little more for quality product.Update:My champion window in my daughters window is leaking. This has been going on for some time because the wood underneath the window is rotten from water damage. I called the Evansville location to see about resolving the issue. I spoke with Luke in the service department. I wasnt able to finish explaining my issues, Luke interrupted me, and wouldnt let me finish. When I asked to finish explaining, he continued to talk over me. I became frustrated, said Luke will you please let me finish. Then Luke hung up on me. So I am going to replace my malfunctioning Champion windows with something better. Luke was reported to the corporate office. I am officially done dealing with the gross incompetence of the Evansville location.

I had 15 windows and 3 doors installed in my house by Champion in 2014 and am extremely happy with the products and installation. I had a few things that I wanted addressed and the sales and install team covered and took care of everything that I was concerned with. They cleaned up the inside and out after they completed it. They were installed almost 3 years ago and I havent had an issues with any of the products.

Champion windows and sliding doors are complete garbage. I own a custom built 4200 sqft home built in 2005 with all champion windows and doors. Windows and doors are the top tier products offered in 2005 and have a lifetime Warranty...Catch on lifetime Warranty is after the sale and once you have problems is they tell you its a limited lifetime Warranty meaning if your windows fail and its not a install problem your SOL... Every window and door in my home has condensation inside the panes of glass.Had an energy study done on my home provided by my local utility company (Vectren) because I have $500 plus electric Bills monthly.Conclusion was windows and doors poor quality is the problem ....Bottom line is they dont stand behind the product they make and sale!Also if my local electric company tells me my high energy Bills is because of poor quality windows and doors and I can see condensation in all doors and windows, pretty much common since...STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

I chose Champion over other less expensive companies because I believed that I would be getting great customer service and had read less than great reviews on a company that was over $3000 cheaper for replacing all of the windows in my house. I ordered on March 17 and windows were installed on May 14-15. Two windows were incorrectly ordered, what was supposed to be obscure glass in my bathroom ended up in my living room. I was understanding that mistakes happen. I started making phone calls in July and left 3 separate voicemails that were never returned. On my 4th call I finally talked to someone who quickly said she had only worked there for a month but that my windows were in and ready to be installed. (No phone call was ever made to me to tell me this). When they came to install the correct windows they only replaced one because they didnt know which windows to do an easy fix would have been a phone call or just looking around and finding the window that had all the furniture and curtains pulled away. 6 months later I am still waiting for the correct windows and angry that I spent so much money for terrible customer service.
