We have recently purchased replacement windows through Renewal by Andersen. We are still waiting for them to be installed, but so far everything is going according to the given timeline. We reached out to 5 different companies for quotes. Andy was the most professional of all of them and the only one to give us accurate information regarding tempered glass. He was very thorough in covering our different options without being pushy to oversell. This company also had the best financing options available. Andy was also very helpful in helping us chose the appropriate financing for our needs. We are happy with our purchase so far and can’t wait for our new windows to be installed.

Our impression of this company has been excellent from the onset. We spent between 125-150K on sliding doors and replacement windows for our home. Our rep, Brian Wells, has gone way above what I might have expected with other companies. He guided us to choose exactly what we wanted by offering photos, his expertise, and patience as we worked through our decisions. The supporting staff in the office was very appreciated. The 5 man install crew was top notch! Big job and they pulled it together beautifully! All were friendly and professional. We work from our home and it was accommodated, as well. An owner of the company, Tim, came during the install as a courtesy follow-up which we also appreciated. We had replacement windows installed. Brian was our salesperson, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. On the install day we had terrible weather and the crew worked around that with no problems. We had 4 installers and they each had a job to do and did it. After the windows were all in they replaced the window blinds and brackets. This was very helpful to us. We have noticed it being a lot quieter in the house. We would recommend.
