DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Unfortunately, living under this company’s roof has been the absolute worst experience of my life. My boyfriend and I have been lied to, ignored, threatened, and harassed by Chasity Kline for the past three years. She refused to fulfill work orders on the house even though I sent them to her multiple times. I tried to speak with her manager about her poor attitude and negligence as a property manager and he didn’t have a care in the world about it. I would never ever recommend this company, but I would recommend Sundance Realty! They are truly amazing, kind, and actually care about their properties and you.

I rented from Newcastle for over a year and my experience was great! The whole team was always very helpful & professional but also extra friendly. I rented in Destin, my property manager was quick to get any maintenance issues resolved. She was always honest & fair about everything including when the HOA complained of cars when my teenager had friends over. She was available after hours without complaint. I would definitely recommend them and in fact have always sought out anything they have for rent for myself and my friends and family 😊

We have rented through Newcastle for a year and they have been outstanding... we had issues with our a/c and they had someone out within an hour to fix the issue. The office staff is always friendly and eager to help should you need any assistance. I would recommend them to everyone if your looking for a great company to manage your properties.

Michael is the guy I have always dealt with throughout our lease in Destin. Honestly this is one of the most pleasant rental experiences I have ever had. He cares about his tenants, and manages a very nice and efficient staff. Per the last review Sara Jackson - I am the tenant whom Chasidy Kline was rushing to due to a serious issue with a water leak in my unit. Chasidy was promptly rushing to the unit I rent through her and arrive within 10 minutes with a worker from Destin water to have the water shut off in my entire house. She also had to get a company out to remove the water and set up dehumidifiers in multiple rooms of my house, and get a plumber to out to my unit ASAP so we could have water back on tonight. I sincerely apologize that you felt rushed out, but if anything it should make you more confident in renting knowing that they are very responsive in emergency situations. Chasidy is always looking out for her tenants and I am sure if you give them the opportunity she would be happy to help you with anything you need. Again I am very sorry for the issue you in your experience, trust me when I say I wish that emergency didn’t occur in the first place but it was beyond anyone’s control.

Mike has managed my property for several years with Pelican, then with Nautilus, now with Newcastle. He has taken care of some serious issues such as putting in a new septic all without bothering me too much and was able to do so without bothering me much. We have had several tenants in there over the years and all of them seemed pretty good, very little problems. I am very happy with my service and fully endorse the new company!

I had tenants in my condo that turned into a nightmare being that I dont live in the same town anymore it was even more stressful. Chasity swooped in and took EVERYTHING off my plate. She is on top of everything that needs to be done and knows her stuff. I will be recommending this company to every fellow homeowner because of her.

Chris was an excellent help in replacing our dish washer! Very friendly and effective! He had to go the extra mile to fix our piping and we would certainly use this service again.

Pretty much stole $150 when I moved out. I moved in to one of their rentals that the grass and all the shrubs were over grown, looked like it hadnt been touched in over a month. It took me an entire weekend to get the grass, weeds, and over grown bushes trimmed. I cut the grass and edged a week before I moved out. I was charged $150 for lawn maintenance. The yard and bushes were in WAY better shape than when I moved in. I wrote a letter to dispute the charge and explain the condition before I moved in but never received any response. Pretty much what they will do is make up a reason the keep some of your deposit. Be careful renting from them.

Newcastle has always treated me really well. They are always there for me when I need help with my unit. They go the extra mile for their customers and I really appreciate them. Chasidy is a rockstar. I be lost without her.

I called Newcastle Property Management last week and received positive, friendly and helpful assistance......from a person who was smiling, I could hear it in her voice. Kudos to the staff for being congenial as well as cooperative.

Walked in the office requesting info about available properties and was met by a very rude and upset property manager, Chasity Kline. Said she was dealing with a “property issue” and rushed me out of the door. Horrible first impression, won’t be going back to request further info.

I cant express how thankful I am that I found this company. We are an active duty family and have a home in Crestview. We initially had it for sale and the day we PCSd, the contract fell through. It was a nightmare. We initially went with another company who got caught pushing potential customers away with their terrible attitude, professionalism and lack of communication. We wasted a good 45 days on the market and I felt hopeless. After spending hours calling numerous companies, I luckily found New Castle. Upon calling the lady who answered was incredibly pleasant. She quickly directed me to the Crestview office number and thats when I was especially blown away with Paula Brown. She works sooo hard in everything she does. Paula literally dropped everything she was doing while I was on the phone with her and gave me her full attention. She also was at my property within 10 mins to go check it out and talk numbers. The greatest thing about it all was the fact that Paula only manages Crestview homes which allows her to give all her attention to that specific area. If you know anything about Northwest Florida, you know many times, people are stuck traveling and cant get to you in a timely manner bc of the commute. Not Paula! Shes always readily available. Since Ive worked with her, shes always had the best communication with me and has always made me feel shes working for me and not just in it for the money. Within a day my house was listed and she was over at the house getting serial numbers of my appliances, taking pictures and doing everything a property manager should be doing. Highly recommend!!!

Unprofessional is what I can say about the three ladies I spoke to their communication is wack and very upset that I got approved with my roommates and within 24 hours they claim to have already rented and moved someone else in. One lady approved us and when we tried to pay our deposit she had no response to where and when we could meet and I call the office and spoke with another lady and everything went leftSo I just wouldnt recommend anyone else to go there
