Lived here for two years. Fantastic location. Prices are decent compared to others in the area, and they have recently updated to stainless steel appliances and wood flooring which was nice. They have a nice little car wash area, as well as tennis court and pool. The maintenance staff is excellent and they always keep the grounds clean and in working condition. Never had any noise issues, walls aren’t paper thin.The office workers are extremely kind and helpful and even helped me out with moving in my first time and moving to a different unit in the same complex.I really enjoyed my stay here and I wish there was one where I am going.Thanks for the stay!

This is the worst place to live in Destin? Bargain prices? LOL! As a 35 year old woman who’s moved all over for work, I only have one piece of advice, avoid this place at all costs!

By far the best apartment complex in Destin! It has great location - close to the beach, malls, schools...The apartments are in great shape, and they maintain them very well! The place itself is very safe and quiet, lots of beautiful landscaping and parking spots...and the thing that really makes this place the best is the STAFF!!! Amazing People!!! Not only professional and polite, but they are really good people! And kind and good people are quite rare nowadays....

This place is comfortable and the rent is priced within a reasonable range. Also, the parking lot is extensive, as there are multiple apartment buildings located within this complex. And of course, the office is located in a stand alone building. Decent place and is suitable for people with children.

Staff in the front office is so nice! I was stuck in traffic and I stopped in and they had no issue with letting me use the facilities. Then my car wouldn’t start and they were nice about letting me leave it until after work. Very kind office staff!

I loved every minute staying at Sugarlof. Staff is friendly, management goes beyond and above, apartments are in great condition. My husband and I enjoyed living there and were proud we could call it home while living in Destin.

I just renewed my third lease here. I really love this place. The management girls are exceptional people, with intelligence and personality, who will welcome you with open arms and help in any way they can to make sure your stay is pleasant throughout.The maintenance guys are great, fixing things with fast and courteous service.One reviewer said the neighbors are too loud, I think we all can get loud at one time or another, but I havent had any issues with that at all.I highly recommend this apartment, its an affordable, clean, and friendly environment and if it wasnt, I wouldnt be signing my third lease.You owe it to yourself to at least get a tour, and see for yourself.

Friendly staff. But it is very stinky there most of the time from the water treatment facility.

I lived there for a while and I loved it, it was very quiet, had good neighbors, the gym was always in good condition and the pool too.

I must say my time at Sugarloaf apts has been great! The staff is awesome!The office personnel, Triicia and Brittany are great they are helpful and considerate. They are very personable. They are very in touch with the the tenants.They are quick to assist and resolve any issues they may arise and i have had very few in my 2-1/2 years there.The property is clean and well kept. The maintenance crew, Randy and the gang, do an fantastic job.If I didnt have to move becaue of my job I would still be there.I would recommend Sugarloaf to anyone wanting a great community to live in. It is also in a great location. Sugarloaf apts is close to everything. The property is not too big so no overcrowding, always parking available. Sugarloaf is a great place to live.

It kinda stinks in that area, literally it smells all the time.
