I had a terrific experience with Destin Luxury Rentals and Harry as my contact.Harry was happy to answer all of my questions, was polite and courteous, and always responded very promptly.Additionally, the house was beautiful and immaculate, and when we needed to call an after hours number the service was top notch. The middle floor AC unit was having issues and when we called on Sunday morning an AC tech was at the house by 1:00 and fixed it.My husband and I own a residential property management company ourselves, and it was a pleasure to work with this company as a customer. We really cant wait to go back!(Note: There is another company called Destin Luxury BEACH rentals, not to be confused with this one.)

This is the worst company ever. I rented from them for a month and the ac was covered in black mold. My kids and myself are still suffering terrible effects from breathing it. We have never had any allergies and now we have them everyday of our lives. It has been life altering and debilitating. Please think twice. There are so many other rental companies in destin. Think about your kids.

The condo my wife and I got was immaculately clean and gorgeous!!!! Beautiful views and an all around memorable weekend.

Awful, awful, awful!!! Just checked in yesterday; our condo is falling apart! Beautiful location but awful facilities and no customer service. Front door is hard to open and shut, open outlets exposed. Could barely open the door to the balcony and Dead Sea creatures left on the balcony, the stench was awful. Half the lights dont work, Tvs dont work. Washing machine leaking water everywhere but apparently that is not deemed an emergency. Housekeeping was not done at all. 3 showers and none work properly, that isnt an emergency either. One shower handle is being held together with a hair tie! The list goes on and on and on!!!

Poor customer service!!! Called and cancelled our reservations one week before our stay saying they could no longer rent to us after we had paid in full!!! Would not accommodate us with another room!!!
