Living at the Venue was the best decision that my fiancé and I made when moving to Destin. We are now residents for just under three years. The two major things that make living here so great are the people and the location.As for the people, the management and maintenance staff are phenomenal (the best that I have come across in my past 11 years of renting apartments). Ry and I will never forget the kindness and sympathy expressed by the staff when our first dog, Moose, passed away unexpectedly during our first year of living here. They treated us like family during a sad time. Additionally, as a military family, they were super accommodating as far as providing a virtual tour and helping with our moving company when we were not able to be present prior to our move date. The maintenance staff is not only timely with work orders, but they are all very friendly as well!The location cannot be beat. We can bike five minutes to the Henderson Beach State Park. Our current dog, Rosie, loves the on-site dog park, but the Destin dog park is also a walkable 10-15 minutes away. We love our balcony view with the palm trees and pond surrounding the pool/clubhouse area. Cannot recommend Venue enough!

I am a current resident and absolutely love living here. The apartments are beautiful with high end cabinets and fixtures. The pool area has multiple grills and a beautiful viewing area. The staff is very friendly and professional. I love living at the Venue - Resident 5402 (SL)

My husband and I were rushing from out of town the day of our move-in. We were fighting through the evening traffic. We thought we would not make it and Summer was professional and understanding of our situation, she made sure we were able to get our move-in documents signed that evening right up to the office closing? Thank you!!Also, the property is great. Quiet and convenient to everything on HWY 98 and beaches. We absolutely love the atmosphere. The units are spacious and welcoming. We love opening up our windows and balcony door to catch the fresh beach breeze.We would definitely recommend this property to all prospects!

I have lived here six years now from the day I moved in everyone has been over the top helpful and friendly. I feel like they are part of my family. I moved here by myself without knowing anyone. They made me feel so safe and comfortable.The grounds are spectacular with pool ,grills, gym and a beautiful waterfall in the bayou. They are well maintained always looking bright and clean.Management and office staff always a smile and willing to help with any problems in the computer work station or any issues for that matter.Last but not least I have to say the Maintenance team is outstanding, any work orders are done promptly and they are very thorough.I can whole heartily give them a 5 star that has never wavered.If your looking for an elegant home this is the place to be.

I’ve lived at Venue for over a year and literally love it! Summer, Stephanie and Carrie are always so friendly, helpful and amazing! The pool is great on days you don’t feel like driving 4 minutes to the beach.😎 Maintenance is always timely as well! The apartments are also very beautiful, they come with granite counters in the kitchen and if you’re on the top floor, you get higher ceilings! This is by far, my favorite place I’ve ever lived. Highly highly recommend it!

We moved from Texas, needed a place quickly. Summer helped us get into an apartment in the time we needed. The staff inside the office and out are very helpful and professional. They really adhere to your needs. Very friendly and welcoming, especially to my four legged baby. We have been here 4 months and we will be here until we buy a home or are moving out of this area.Being new to the state all the staff in the office have helped me with whatever I needed to find...doctors, manicurist, restaurants, etc. They are not only professional but friendly and very welcoming.On certain Saturdays they have “Yappy Hour” for the dogs and owners. Great time to get to meet your neighbors and their dogs. Fun for all❣️Stephanie is the manager and again very friendly and accommodating. Really makes you feel welcome and since she is this way, it trickles down to her staff.I will have to mention Carrie, my dog Bailey has taken to her. Just makes her day to see Carrie and of course a treat.

When I arrived in the area, I had secured another apartment online only to find very different reality from what their photos showed. I needed an apartment immediately and Stephanie went out of her way to make it happen for me. She and the entire office staff are always so kind and welcoming. The property is beautiful and the residents are so friendly. We love all of the amenities and my pups especially love the dog park! Would definitely recommend this community to anyone in the market!

After visiting numerous residential living locations, my heart kept coming back to The Venue. I have been a resident for a month already and The Venue continues to exceed all of my expectations. Everyone has been so great to work with and made my moving transition beyond effortless! The staff is professional, extremely helpful, and always on top of it! They also made me feel at home right away. When I first visited the office, a gentleman picking up a package voluntarily told me how much I would love it there and that I would not regret it. Its rare that you have a stranger comment about a place. Then, it happened again with a different person. I know I made the right choice by choosing the Venue and I cannot say thank you enough to them for all they do! I would highly recommended this talented company and team!! Kelly

I had a 7-month lease in Venue Emerald Coast and did not renew because my first-level corner apartment had close to 30 roaches. I moved out a month early, so that’s a ton of roaches in 6 months. Seeing all the positive reviews makes me sad because this truly is a nice place. I got the short end of the stick because of the location of my unit: first floor, right next to a maintenance storage room, and right against someone else’s garage. The roaches weren’t as bad in the cooler months. I remember vacuuming my bedroom and seeing baby roaches try to scurry up out of the carpet. I should note I am a very clean person. Nightmare aside, staff was professional and friendly. They took my concerns seriously. Unfortunately, pest control’s chemicals did not eliminate the problem. Roaches still got in. I would just find them belly up instead of alive. This to me didn’t solve the problem. Not every unit will have this issue. If you’re signing a lease with Venue, consider asking if your unit has had a history of roaches. Roaches are a common thing in Florida, but NOT to this extent.

We recently moved from Maryland and selected this apartment sight unseen. So happy with our decision, especially since I have seen the other apartments in the area that I was researching. The location, amenities, staff and overall environment are absolutely perfect. So happy we reside at Venue Emerald Coast.

This has been one of the best places I have ever lived! The location is so convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff is so helpful and I feel really comfortable in my place. The on-site amenities are wonderful!

We relocated to Destin from Ohio and wanted to start off renting so that we could get to know the area before we purchased a home...when we found The Venue I knew right away that this was the place...over 3 years later and we are still here! ....didn’t see that one coming🤣.... between the ladies in the office and the beautiful apartments and the amazing amenities we are finding it hard to want to leave...it almost feels like a permanent vacation...long story short...WE LOVE THE VENUE!❤️

Moved here in 2019 and it is by far the best apartment management I have ever had, always professional and friendly! I love how quiet the area is, plus all the amenities make it hard to beat! Definitely recommend giving them a look!

We have lived at the Venue for around a year and a half now and have enjoyed everything about the complex.We moved here from Kentucky and were struggling to find the right house for us, so we decided to try apartment living for the first time in our married life. We picked the right one.After going to several different apartment complexes in Destin and being met with not-so-friendly or helpful staff, it was a breath of fresh air to meet Summer. Even though they had a wait list, she was wonderful at communicating with us about a timeframe and getting us into an apartment sooner than expected.We love Summer and Stephanie as they are always friendly, they listen and genuinely care about taking care of their residents.Every concern has been addressed and every need met. The maintenance staff is friendly and they get things done!!!!We finally decided to build a house here and they have been wonderful to work with as our closing date keeps getting pushed back.I know how hard it can be to decided where to live when you move to a new place, city or state....so let my family help you by recommending The Venue Emerald Coast! Welcome Home!!!

Best Choice in Destin!Updated and modern interiors, awesome staff, the best pool & grill area, nice and clean gym on property. Quiet and clean all the time! Located near anything you need/want in Destin and you can walk to Henderson Beach - definitely recommend

Met with Carrie who showed us around the Venue--- Very professional lady and very knowledgeable. We spent a good amount of time talking about our needs. This will be a second home for us as we want a beach place but not interested in buying.Carrie pointed out to us that since we have never lived in an apartment our entire 42 years of marriage she suggested a top floor for less noise.We really want a nice apartment to come to for a few weeks a month and then head back to Nashville/Brentwood. This way we can see what Destin is like in all seasons and test the waters before we buy.Carrie listened to our needs and made great recommendations. She pointed out how convenient the location was to shopping and then we walked to Fresh Market and ten minutes later we were there. She was right again.The unit we wanted will not be ready in our time frame so she wait listed us for a few more tha we did like.I would say that if Carrie is an indication of how The Venue is run and managed this is the place for us and maybe you too

When I moved to Destin, I wanted to live somewhere that was nice, centrally located, quick access to the beach, and near work. The Venue has met and exceeded my expectations.The staff is super friendly and very responsive. One of my appliances needed repair... on it! Have a question... answered quickly by email or a friendly response with a drop by the office.In under ten minutes I can be SITTING on the beach at Henderson State Park (I recommend getting the annual pass for ~$120) with quick access to restrooms, showers, pavilions.Shopping? Walmart - right there. The Commons for shopping or dinning, wind down the peaceful Commons Dr. and you are there in minutes. Grocery shopping in minutes with access to Publix, The Fresh Market, or Walmart. Target... take the back way and skip the traffic and youre there in under ten minutes.Centrally located to everything!The grounds are well maintained. People are friendly. There are a lot of dog owners! Its a pretty chill environment and has been an oasis after a long work day.

All amenities are still locked down. The only time you can use the pool is during their office hours, which do not include Sundays. If you work forget it.

Beautiful grounds, well maintained. The staff is friendly, efficient and amazing! Helpful and friendly! The pool and all the amenities are first class, neighbors are friendly and never any crime. Great location right across the street from Henderson Beach State Park and close to shopping. Been here for 3 years now and absolutely love it!

Outstanding staff! Wooden floors, modern look, somewhat modern. Very clean! No pests. Good location! Stay away from other rental properties like Legacy on the bay that state themselves “luxurious”.

I have lived in many apartments over the last 10 years due to moving around frequently with the military, and Venue Emerald Coast has, by far, been the best apartment complex I have lived in. The management and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I never felt as if I was just a customer / tenant, but rather a part of their community.I highly recommend, without any reservations, this apartment complex to anyone.

Lived here two years and all of the employees here on site are always polite. Thats very rare these days. They never get annoyed with any issue if it arises. Beautiful place to live and very well maintained.

Motorcycle was stolen from the property, and the surveillance equipment was so poor it was unable to capture anything. The Officer assisting me with the police report informed me that this happens frequently in the area, as well as at this complex.

Easily one of the best apartments Ive lived at. Staff was super friendly, the apartments are clean and centrally located in Destin near the Destin Commons and restaurants. There are side roads to get to Midbay bridge to avoid traffic. Extremely military and pet friendly. Contains a decent gym with free weights and a nice pool and BBQ for getting your tan and grill on! The complex was newly built and I never had any maintenance issues while I was there. Couldnt recommend more if youre looking for a great place in Destin.

REAL TALK!! The BEST apartment complex Ive ever lived in. I was going to write a standard review, but I wanted people to know this is real. Ive been in the military for 13 years and have lived in numerous homes. They have their stuff together here at the Venue. Fallon is the best property manager Ive ever seen. They answer the phone, youre not sent to a voicemail, they respond to emails and mainx requests same day, they are professional, the neighborhood is always clean, etc etc. I have no complaints. DO NOT go to Legacy on the Bay, it sucks, is old, bug infested, has two thouand kids running around, drunk contractors who live there one month, gone the next, and over priced. The gate is pointless too. I seen more crime there actually. And its on a golf course so say goodbye to your windshield and get used to dents in your car. The Alexan Henderson had rats because they let residents put their trash in the hallways and their staff sucked. So did Legacys. Neither of them answered the phone or returned emails once you moved in. Ive lived in all 3 complexs here in Destin. The Venue is the best and the price is the same as the others, but much newer, nicer, and better staffed. Hope it stays that way. All my friends from Eglin & Hurlburt love this place too. 3rd times a charm!!
