Second stay at this resort. Very nice, the only problem was that they closed part of a covered parking.

Inlet Reef gets a 5 star from us would have given it a 10 if possible.The grounds, staff, and the unit 411 were all awesome!! The grounds and unit were very clean and beautiful, also Ty was very nice & informative when asked a question as it was our 1st time staying here & we will definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great trip and enjoyed our stay at Inlet Reef. They had everything you needed right on location, ice machine, beach equipment rental etc. We rented one of the beach carts/chair from the kiosk system in the parking garage for our stay and LOVED how easily it was to pull across the sand with all our bags and coolers loaded up. Biggest down side to the trip is that we couldnt go out to eat due to the crazy wait times at local restaurants (COVID) so we enjoyed cooking seafood in the condo. Overall great location with good privacy and security.

In the past 3 years I have chosen to come to destin this is by far my favorite condo on the road.

One of the best taken care of beachfront rentals weve stayed at. Gated condos with 24 hour security in Holiday Isle. Fast check and check out. They will leave your key in the lockbox if you are running late for check-in. We stayed in unit 109 a three-bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that pictures just didnt do it justice. It was a very spacious unit for eight of us. Great pool, bbq area and restrooms are available so you dont have to go back up to your room. On the beach Will is taking care of you. He sets you up if you have chair service. He also rents kayaks and stand up paddle boards that we enjoyed for a great price. This was our second time staying at the Inlet Reef and we will continue to come back year after year.

Condo itself is ok, small pool, but clean and modern. The beach however is pretty small depending on the tide. Plan on renting an umbrella and chairs from the rental guy if you want some space saved, but even then, youre not allowed to setup on the front row with an ocean view. Direct ocean view seating on the beach is reserved for owners only, not weekly renters. If youre not here for the beach and get a good price on a condo, youll not be disappointed, but otherwise, Id book elsewhere before I came back to this property.

The constant ocean breeze and the crashing waves are the best. The beach is very close and everything in the area is a short drive. Kids had a blast.

Unit 503 was excellent. Clean and excellent ocean and beach view. So easy to access beach. One of the best vacations we had.

Just got back from an excellent week at Inlet Reef with my wife and family.They have an amenity I have never seen before! A smart locker system that allows you to rent beach equipment all from your cell phone. We used the beach cart to carry all our equipment from the condo to the beach. Similar idea with an automated ice machine on sight also that was very handy! Room was well maintained, great views of the ocean and we got lucky that the water was crystal clear at the time we were down there. All in all great trip! We will be back!

Beautiful place to stay. Quiet and family friendly! Beach service was 5 stars as well. Pool was clean and grounds were well kept. We stayed in unit 310 and the view was amazing. The couch does need to be upgraded badly and is very uncomfortable to sit in but when you are at the beach who sits inside anyway. Would highly recommend staying at Inlet Reef.

Beautiful & large 2 bedroom gated building ocean beach condos. Very large fully equiped kitchen. Huge master bath. Large master bedroom c/w walkout to balcony. Wonderful big warm pool & hot tub. Lots of lounge chairs and an upper sun deck. Plenty of parking, some in a covered garage. Close to plenty of shopping but the best thing is walking or just sitting and enjoying the beach. Alot of good restaurants. Bric à Brac is a hidden gem. Fatastic food (delicious Jambalya Pasta & shrimp. Mmmmm & dont forget the Bread pudding.) and a great live band.

This Condo is fantastic. Absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location is wonderful. They have a super cool new amenity that allows you to rent coolers and beach carts by the day or week as well as a large ice machine- all on location to prep you for a long day on the beach. The cart was handy for carrying all of our gear down the boardwalk to the beach. All in all great!

It cost $37 to rent a pre setup umbrella and two chairs on the beach. You are not allowed to bring your personal chairs, umbrellas, or even lay a towel down on the inlet reef club beach. We just wanted to drop our cooler and towels somewhere while we went in the water and were told we couldnt even do that. The pool is beautiful but youre not allowed to have floats, music, or drinks in the pool. We even got told my water bottle had to be 6 feet away from the pool edge. The sauna is locked at all times, the hot tub is closed.The restrictions are too much to actually have fun here. If youre considering this place please keep looking.

Best place to stay on Holiday Isle! We stay in Inlet Reef: Unit 214(which is really the 3rd floor). Place is well kept and its a modified 2 bedroom thats now a 3 bedroom. The unit is 1400sf. Property has covered parking! West side unit is great as you can still see the Gulf and the fireworks at the bridge! Staff is great too. Holiday Isle is so nice and quiet and off the beaten path.....yet, its right in the heart of Destin. 10 mins from the mid-bay bridge and Destin Commons Mall.

Wonderful place to get away

Flew in to meet family for a 3 day reunion. Private beach with calm water for our stay. Rented umbrella from the beach attendant and Yeti style cooler and bocce ball set from the kiosk system in the parking garage. Nice to have equipment available on location since I had to pack light. Condo was clean and had essentials for cooking dinners in house. (thanks COVID) Will be back next year when everything is back to normal!

Great beach time at Inlet Reef Club this past week. Rented beach buggy and cornhole boards for our stay from the onsite rental system; like a package locker controlled by your phone. Felt comfortable with social distancing while at the beach. Pool was well-maintained. Coded gate with on-sight security at the main entrance felt secure. Word of advise! Eat early or late for dinner, 50% capacity = long dinner waits.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed bringing our kids here years ago and returned recently for a family trip. It was just as we remembered it. Well maintained condo property. Some of the units need updating which I know is the individual property owners responsibility, but it is definitely a wonderful place to spend a vacation.

The security guard was very rude

We come here every year in March. They dont put up with the Spring Break partiers. The place is very clean and the staff is great. The most friendliest guy to get to know , is Will the beach attendant. Always willing to help and very hard working to keep you happy .

We loved our stay at Inlet Reef! Our condo was great and the staff were all very friendly!

This review is for inlet reef condo 119. The condo was older and smelled very musty. The ac wouldn’t ever get the condo below 76 degrees. The guest bathroom bathtub would fill with water while showering. Everyone had to use master bathroom shower. The master shower head sprayed everywhere but where you needed it to. The furniture and carpets were very stained and we didn’t feel comfortable sitting or walking around on them. We had to put clean sheets over the couches and wear socks the entire time. The master bed was terrible. We got no sleep as we kept rolling to the center of the bed and your feet were higher than your head. There was way too many personal photos and Knick knacks all around in every room. The kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes were pretty old. We feel this condo was not worth the price. Other than location our stay was not a memorable or relaxing one.

Pleasant and relaxing

We’ve rented several times from Inlet Reef but after our last experience are evidently not welcomed back. Our unit had ac issues which we immediately brought to attention of staff. On the first call, we were told the work crew didn’t want to come work on it after hours. We checked in at 2:30 and gave it a few hours to cool assuming it had been off, it was a warm day. We discovered several fans in the unit indicating they knew of the problem and left it that way. After our second call, a work crew showed up the following day.... to change door handles on the sliding doors. Still no ac work. It was never tended to during our 4 night stay. On day 2 of our trip, a beach “rejuvenation” project began. It made the water black with oil. There was heavy machinery operating outside the hotel 24:7. We asked for a partial refund because the beach is the only reason we would travel to Destin and we were unable to use it, and we received no warning from Inlet Reef. When we requested a refund they told us they didn’t know about the project. The umbrella guy knew all about it but rental staff didn’t. After a couple more exchanges and requests for refund, they granted an initial $100ish refund. A few more conversations and they offered a full* 1 day refund of $350ish. That’s less than a one day stay costs. After the final discussion we were told we “were not a good fit to stay at Inlet Reef anymore”.

Condos right on the beach that are so spacious and well maintained. We had a beautiful beach view from our balcony. It was close enough to town that you could get to anything, but off the main path enough that people arent all over the place- even on spring break. The condo had all the amenities we needed- fridge, stove, ice maker, washer, dryer, microwave, toaster. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good spot to get away to.

Super easy check in and out. Be sure to give them a call about two hours before you arrived. That way they can make sure your room is prepped.

This is our third stay at the Inlet Reef Condos and I can definitely say the condos are a great place to stay. The office staff is friendly plus the security guards really made our stay very welcoming. I would recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Destin.

Great location. Our condo was clean and in great condition. The walkway to the beach has a ramp, showers, and water hoses to clean up. The beach as clean. Cant wait to,come back here.

2019 will be our 3rd year coming to IRC. We love it there! Weve stayed in unit 204 and 111 and family stayed in 119. 204 is by far our favorite! We made sure to book early (January) so wed have it in May! But all 3 that Ive seen are very clean and well kept. Love the fully stocked kitchens for breakfast and the grills by the pool for lunch! Right on the beach, so perfect for the back and forth of beach to pool with our 3 year old daughter! I love that its quiet (stayed during spring break last year and not a single party was there, since Im old and all lol) and off the beaten path, but still so close to dining, the harbor walk, baytowne wharf and shopping. 204 always has beach service included, which is awesome! I honestly just adore this place and recommend it every chance I get!

Beautiful location, and the room is very clean. However, there is a new policy that only allows 2 keys per room. Even if you purchase a 3 bedroom. There can be 6 adults in a room like this, and 2 keys to split amongst them. Also, the pool was closed for 24 hours due to a child who got sick. Not IRCs fault, but still a bummer.

Little miss head of HOA, Heather was RUDE! Customer service doesnt exist here what so ever! We were thinking about purchasing and our decision was made after having an encounter with Heather. Again, very rude, unprofessional, unwilling to help, lacked knowledge and lazy. However, Will down on the beach helping with the chairs was AMAZING and very helpful! How he knew more about everything that Heather should had known blew us away. If you ware ever looking to purchase for pleasure or business I suggest going in as a visitor as we did and not mention you are a potential buyer. You will find out how your customer and/or family will truly be treated.

Been there about 6 times, once a year at least. Plan on making this our annual vacation for many years to come. Great pool, grill area, tennis courts, and beach. Cant beat it!

We’ve stayed here for years. Great place and maybe 100 ft from the beach. Units are very big and the complex is kept up well. Great for kids and families. Plenty of grills to cook out in the evening. Good beach service, they will set you up with umbrellas and chairs and it’s yours for the entire time you are here. The unit we are staying in over July 4th week has 2 chairs and umbrella free. I’m not sure if they all offer that service but 511 did. It was $35/day for a 2nd umbrella. You can walk to the pass where the snorkel tours stop (free snorkel adventures)! If you fish the pass jetty is very popular location. I’ve never fished but there are always people fishing there. Condos have the SEC network (a must for football season). We’ll walk down to the pass on the 4th to watch the Destin Harbor fireworks.

If it was possible to give no stars, I would. The front desk workers are beyond rude. Would never be back.

The staff is great. The room we had was over priced for how the accommodation was. The beds need to be peplaced old furniture that have been worn out. The place it self is great there is nothing really to complain about it.
