Whole experience in service from start to finish was absolutely amazing! Initially scheduling my appointment they took the time to listen to my concerns. Day of appointment, I was kept updated on what was happening and explained in great detail what needed to be done. I needed to come back for the remainder of the work to get done but was scheduled to bring it back in no time! Kim was absolutely amazing the entire process from checking me in, keeping me updated and very detailed after on what was done and what to do if I needed anything else down the road! Only go to Byrider if you want a car that is 2-4K more than it books for. If you buy a car there that is around 10k when it’s time to pay it off you will have paid 18-12k for it. They take advantage of bad credit and find desperate people that have bad credit. Look at any car on the lot and you will see it is well over the the book price. Not even close

He absolutley went above and beyond in helping me get mobile again. Never have I seen a car dealer go through this much to help someone get a vehicle,the man will work with you to make sure youre happy and mobile. He is the polar opposite of your typical car dealer. I wanted to get a car to go to church, buy groceries, do laundry and get automotive books 📚, from Public Library, little errands, I was in and out of ByRyder on Columbus North side in about four hours, it was very easy, you have to go there, wonderful, professionals and easy to talk to!!

Though not any of the employees fault, the company policies have left me with no car and no replacement. I purchased a car, drove it for 4mo/15,000 miles and the clutch/transmission control went bad. Due to parts shortages it will be 3-4 months minimum until it is fixed. Nopayment freezing or loaner car.

I came in today with the fear of not having good enough credit, they worked with me and drove off with a Chevy equinox, the guys here are very friendly and nice

Google asked for a review due to my recent visit (s) to this location. A relative purchased a vehicle from here and it has been in for warranty service far more times than it should be in the one year time they have had it. The check engine light has come on at least 7 times and has uncovered numerous issues since 3 days after the initial purchase. This person no longer lives close to any JD locations so that often requires family assistance with picking up the vehicle after paying to have the vehicle towed to them. Theyre famous line often times when you take the vehicle in due to an issue is that it needs an oil change 🙄 (man behind me while we werewaiting to be helped last time said the same thing). Well 2 oxygen sensors (chevy dealership replaced one previously under recall), exhaust manifold, transmission, and a few other repairs later...the engine light has remained off for at least a week and I hope this is the end of dealing with their one man service technician and service manager (though they are friendly, the hassle one has to go through in order to have an operable vehicle that timely payments are made on is ridiculous). I know they will be just as happy to not see us in the service center as we will be to not have to see them again 🤭

They harass you about any and everything but what u need help for. The service is trash and the cars are no good. They wont inform you on anything that you need to know but if a payment is due they will gladly be able to call you back a thousand times. I wish I knew how they were before I ever went there.

I am so impressed with Byrider sales and service... when I brought my 09 Nissan Murano it was determined by their service department that it needed a new transmission. They replaced it with a new one within a weeks time and its been running perfectly! theyve recently replaced the fuel pump and the AC unit... just awesome service coupled with knowledgeable technicians... I was able to drive my Murano to Jacksonville Florida without any issues! I am thoroughly impressed... I look forward to buying my next vehicle.Call me thoroughly impressed!😁

Really questioning all these 5 Star reviews I’m sensing they are made up By employees to get you in the door but anyhow. My wife bought a vehicle from this place a 2010 Lincoln MKX purchase price was $10K which is way to high to start with but the wife loved it so we proceeded. As of today she has paid $9100 on loan and still has $9000 To go anyone that reads this be prepared to pay DOUBLE of what the vehicle is worth. Your probably thinking must be bad credit WRONG it’s the cut throat loan these people get you in they pray on people that need a vehicle quick. They know exactly what they are doing to hide and not mention that you will pay DOUBLE of the selling price. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people you will regret it guaranteed.
