Byers Airport was able to get my car in immediately after calling! They were friendly, honest about pricing, and patient to explain my car’s issues in terms I understood. Other dealerships couldn’t get my car in for at least 2-3 weeks and that was depending if I could even speak to a live person to ask questions.

I worked with Greg Higgins and the process was seamless. He went above & beyond to ensure I had the right information about my trade-in (never lease with US Bank!) and somehow magically got me into the new car I wanted with the options I couldn’t live without…during the worst car shortage I’ve seen! Even busy, he ensured all his customers were taken care of and never appeared flustered, made sure we had questions answered & never felt rushed. Great experience - will use Byers in the future & recommend to friends and family!

Great experience! Instead of taking a day to buy a car I was out on the road with my new 2022 Subaru Outback in 1.5 hrs. Salesman, Brad Crader was excellent and the finance man, Trevor was efficient and everything was explained clearly. The best car buying experience I have ever had.

Overall, typically have very positive experiences with Byers. The staff is friendly and efficient and work is done in a timely manner. They even arranged and paid for transportation back to my workplace since the work was going to take several hours.Only downsides were no one was at the counter when I returned to pick my car up at 5:30. I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to appear. Also, seats and air controls in car were set differently than I had left them. However, they did wash the car.I’m happy with the service and price for the work done at Byers and will return whenever my Subaru needs repair.

Ashley was amazing! The service tech was also great. They had to remove my entire engine to replace an oil pan seal to fix an oil leak. I was given a car to drive for the week while my car was being fixed. My experience with Byers was top-notch!

If you want a Subaru, you should be buying it here. If you havent realized that you want a Subaru you should visit and youll see why you actually want one.Ive visited other dealers looking at different brands and models but I always end up here when its time for a new vehicle. Subaru has something for everyone and the sales people arent trying to squeeze you into a vehicle you dont need or want. They are knowledgeable about all the vehicles and can take what you want and find a vehicle that fits your needs and wants.The service department here is the best that Ive dealt with. The most important factor in that statement is that they run on time. Ive always been a fan of under-promise over-deliver and I am constantly surprised that appointments dont take as long as I expect them to and the quality is always top notch.

My 2015 Crosstrek XV hybrid had a check engine light and hill assist system error. When we called they were able to squeeze us in in a matter of hours that day. Although it was a long wait of about 2 hrs to run diagnostics and apply a software upgrade to resolve the issue, we were satisfied with our service. Thomas was attentive and the lobby had great coffee, water and snacks.

Very good service all around from start to finish. Practically paperless too. I still have my 09 Legacy which I bought new from them. Great experience!

Took vehicle in for service to have a wire tested and replaced if needed… wire was never tested as asked and repair was not done. Service center couldn’t do repairs as they couldn’t diagnose my vehicle unless it was caught up on mileage based maintenance…. Service associate was rude and told me it was clear I don’t put any money into my vehicle as they couldn’t verify any of the service performed previously…. I was only 5 to 10k miles past the suggested mileage to change spark plugs and got the run around and made to feel like I was a terrible car owner who didn’t care… needless to say I have no idea what maintenance was performed prior to me owning the car and no consideration was given by the rude associate that we are in the midst of the pandemic and people may have had their reasons for not visiting places of social interaction or that potentially other things prevented the maintenance…CAR NOT REPAIREDSYMPTOMS PERSISTThey took $300 of my money to fix “scheduled maintenance” things I could have repaired myself.. I didn’t let them perform any of the other repairs they wanted to do as they never even checked the wire as asked… I went out an purchased a new positive battery cable and performed the repair myself…This business is a waste of your time and money.. there is another Subaru dealer in town and I suggest using them instead..Severely disappointed and am still days later upset bu the way the service lady talked down to me.. I don’t need that in my life and sure as hell would never pay someone to do that.👎👎👎👎👎

Came in for a routine oil change/filter change/tire rotation/inspection, waited almost two hours for this to be completed. Was told by the advisor multiple times that it was almost done and just going through the car wash when that clearly wasnt the case. Other service customers there had been waiting a long time as well. I didnt receive a detailed inspection report like I always do at Germain Subaru. Will probably not be back for service. We did speak with a sales person who was great and set us up with a test drive while we waited.

I had a very positive experience with Byers Airport Subaru and, especially, Brad Crader. What will probably surprise you is that my experience with Byers has lasted 2 years! I started looking at 2020 Outbacks when they first came out and test drove a couple at Byers Airport. Brad spotted me shortly after I arrived and became my sales associate at that time. He answered a lot of questions about the car for me, as well as questions about the marketplace.I started shopping online and visiting other Subaru dealers, including other Byers stores. Those experiences were not so good. Sometimes no one on the lot spoke to me. Sometimes they started to sell without clarifying what I wanted and why. Sometimes they told me they would get with me shortly and never didIn any case, I went back to see Brad after a few months and by the end of the conversation two things were clear. One is that I prefer to by a one year old model rather than a new one. The second was that I really wanted a 2020 and didnt want to pay for it new. We agreed to stay in touch.Every so often Brad would check in to see if I was still looking for a car or to tell me he had something I might want to look at. He only called me about units that fit my criteria, which he clearly understood.For a variety of reasons I recently started looking again, more seriously. Brad and I corresponded by email. He let me know about several units, but none of them was perfect in my mind, even though they fit the criteria.When he contacted me a couple of days ago about the 2019 Outback I finally bought today, I was surprised. However, the closer I looked at the specs, features, and mileage, the more I thought it might be worth checking out. I asked him a bunch of questions by email, and more today in person. I drove it and its perfect.He and Twiley worked with me on the final price, the trade-in, the financing and managing a title question. It was all pretty easy.I stuck with Brad all this time because he listened! He asked me good questions, he gave me good answers, a few time he challenged me constructively when I needed it.Yes, I had a very good experience!

This was my daughter and I first visit to Airport Byers Subaru for my daughter’s Outback. This is my daughters first car so I wanted to show her the ropes on caring and taking care of it. Ashley was the representative that waited on us. We wanted to know what our next steps were based on mileage (first time Subaru owners) and she looked up the information to provide. She was amazing. Her customer service was impeccable and personable. She even provided reassurance that my daughter could reach back out if we had any further questions. My uncle recommended I get my daughter a Subaru as a first time vehicle years ago due to the safety these vehicles provide. So not only are we pleased with the Subaru Make/Model. Very friendly staff and nice, clean facility. My routine oil change was scheduled several weeks in advance, yet I was told when checking in that the wait could be as long as an hour and a half. Although the wait was only a little more than an hour, a wait of more than 30 minutes for this type of scheduled service is unreasonable and not customer friendly.

Service is great! I came into the sales room on Saturday, and they tried to help with getting the hatch to lock on my Forester, but couldn’t. I was able to leave my car in the service bay and was given a loaner car to use until Monday morning when it was fixed. Great team work! Love Byers Subaru!

Waiting was not a problem. I just simply dropped of car the night before and the car was ready after extra things done the next evening for pick up. However there was some dirty greasy marks on car even after a courtesy wash. I also feel some issues were added that I didnt know was wrong. I just hope they didnt nickel and dime me. I sure hope I can trust my dealer.

Quality of the service was good but during my experience there were some serious issues with communication. I brought my vehicle in for some routine maintenance as well as a remote start install and ended up having to take three separate trips to try to pick up my vehicle. The first time one repair had been made but my leaking tire had only been filled with air. Then it turned out I had a new key ordered rather than remote staff installed.Again the staff were very nice and apologetic and the quality of the work was good. But overall was a an inconvenience to have to make so many return trips

The dealer had mailed me a invitation for a free MPI (a courtesy multi-point inspection). This was very timely as Id noticed a rattle low on the right side of the 2014 Subaru Forester engine. Being my usual detailed self and in order to aid a quick understanding of my customer requirements I provided them with a typed explanation of car operational characteristics, my concerns and more.A service advisor stated that the MPI would not cover the inspection for the source of the rattle. My comments were that if they found an issue that would possibly be more work for them. Also as a professional technician that person would of course be interested in what the rattle was. Additionally the vehicle was going to be on a lift so it would be a courteous technician who would say.....wonder what that rattle is and is that more work for me/us?As it turns out the rattle was a broken exhaust clamp replaced for $25 labor. WOW!I was given the car back and the five related sheets of paper for the visit. At no time was the paper work reviewed with me. Simply pay up, heres the keys and be on your way. At no time did I feel as if I was a customer of any significance to them. Ultimately I did achieve the results I wanted of finding and eliminating the rattle.While there I did purchase the Subaru specific 14 rear wiper blades (4). Two days later I did my own front brake job.

From beginning to end, Byers Subaru airport was phenomenal. Though with each visit I had multiple members of my family that might be loud or distracting (children + dog), we were always treated not only professionally but very positively and welcoming. There was a low pressure environment to the entire place, but especially from our salesman Brad Crader, that made it clear he was there to help and answer questions, not just to make a sale. This is the third car I’ve purchased from Byers Subaru and I plan to continue using them for future purposes (though not for many years now :)

Byers Airport Subaru is a great place to buy a great car and Eva was fantastic with all the details of our purchase process, getting us accustomed to the new cars many advanced safety features, and answering all our questions quickly. We were able to do the entire purchase outdoors on a little bit of a warmer, sunny day, which helped us to avoid being indoors at this time. It was quite pleasant and stress free. I took the car for a recall regarding an issue with passenger air back as well as a recall for the wiper motor. The service for replacing these two part was less than 2 hours; which makes me wonder if they did change those parts. But I guess they are the expert in servicing Subaru, so I am giving them the benefit of doubt . The only things that bother me was that after making the arrangements for a loaner car with Subaru and a person at the dealership, when I delivered the car they said they had no record showing they had made arrangements for a car loaner. But at the end of the day a me standing for my rights they did find a car loaner.

They even buffed out a couple of scratches that was I concerned about. Wait time was about an hour which is pretty standard. Will definitely keep using them for service needs!!

I got my car through a lease from Byers airport and I really enjoyed the experience! However I recently got an oil change from them and I was not satisfied. It took 90 minutes to get an oil change and their “free” car wash didn’t even get my car clean. I would absolutely recommend them for buying or leading a car but I do NOT recommend their service department.

My car was in for the standard 12,000 mile service. It took a while longer than the hour and ten minutes the service rep told me to expect. When I went out in the lot to pick up my car the young man who drove it out was still drying it from the car wash. The outside of the car looked good and the inside had been dusted and swept. When I got in the car the hazard lights were going off and the alarum was sounding. It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out how to turn it off.

The Service Department at Byers Subaru got me in easily a couple days after I called without an appointment to have them review why my tire pressure light was on in the car. Once there, they were timely in looking at my issue and were upfront telling me what they thought it might be, and options if not covered by warranty. They were able to clear the light, but the analysis computer didn’t give an indication as to why the light was on. Rather than do anything else, they told me that it was ok to drive, and they didn’t charge me for the analysis since there was no result. I was satisfied with that. They also have a text system, so while you wait on your vehicle you can periodically check your status. Response to my text was almost immediate. It is a nice solution to having to walk back to the service manager and ask. They then text again to tell you when the car is ready. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I described to the service rep that I was hearing a new noise coming from the engine area while traveling at highway speed. I also wanted the mechanic to perform a multipoint inspection of the vehicle because I was planning a trip to the coast in June. I was willing to wait in customer area for several hours. She found me within 45 minutes and told me that the tech had determined a bad wheel bearing was causing the problem. She said it was under warranty and would be fixed within a hour. She found me again within the hour and said the vehicle was ready - including a completed multipoint inspection. I was very pleased with Subaru for getting me into service on a next day basis and very pleased with the first class treatment while I was there!

Bought my vehicle from Byers and this was my first service visit to get some maintenance and a recall done. When I got there the power was out but they got me signed in quickly for my recall and oil change. They never confirmed the pricing with me of how much the oil change would cost. They got my vehicle done in a timely manner that same day. When I went to pick up my vehicle the next day the advisor did not go over anything with me. Basically said my bill was 90 some dollars then fumbled with trying to get my card to go through their system. I was charged for a tire rotation as well, which I didn’t ask for since I have access to a shop that can do it. There was also a multipoint inspection line on the repair order that was never reviewed or given to me. Lastly, they put a car wash on another line and my car was clearly not washed (not a huge deal but it would have been nice). I’m a service advisor for a dealership so I know how this process goes and sometimes things slip and we forget to review every detail with the customer. BUT two things I always go over with the customers I work with are pricing and their multipoint inspection so they know what costs they may have coming up. Bottom line: it was an ok experience and the people were friendly, but the department has quite a few things to improve upon.

I have never had a bad experience at Byers Airport Subaru. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Theyve gone over and beyond for me and I would recommend the service staff wholeheartedly.

We brought my son’s “new” used car in for new brakes and learned there were several recalls that needed to be taken care of. The service person helped figure out how we could save several hundred dollars on the 60,000 mile service while we were at it. Very helpful!

I was visiting from out of state when my tire low pressure light kept coming on. I kept filling it with air but nothing was working. I took it to the dealership and they were able to tell about it pretty quickly and plug it because they didnt have the tire I need. They recommended I get a new tire when I got home. I had my dog with me and they were very accommodating with letting me bring my dog and since it was a rainy day but I also ended up taking my dog to the park across the street for a nice walk. They did not end up charging me and I was very appreciative for the service and friendliness of all of the employees.

It took 2 hours to get oil change and tire rotation. Seems a bit too long.
