I would recommend them to anyone whos just starting there credit or those in need of understanding that life doesnt stop when they have had past issues or poor credit history.

I dont have the BEST credit, so I went to Byrider to finance a car and start building up some positive credit history. The approval process was super easy and I was able to get the car I wanted! I took it for a test drive and was disappointed to see it was leaking antifreeze. I told the sales rep and he had the technicians put it on a lift and they fixed it right then and there before I even bought it! I also got almost 1600 dollars off in discounts. The sales rep (I cant remember his name unfortunately) was so helpful and worked with me to get into a car I really like and at an affordable price. The payments were in my budget, just 30 dollars more than what I had planned on paying. They also gave me a 48 month, 48,000 mile warranty on the car! Loved Byrider and will definitely be going back.

Recently bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze ECO back in March. Five months later, my car has shut down THREE TIMES, twice over the same issue. Ive had to pay over $100 for each Incident with assurances that the issues were taken care of, yet here I am stuck at work with a car that wont start.Only good thing I can say is that I got approved same day as my appointment. Thats about it. Good Luck trying to get a decent car from this place.

Horrible experience with this byrider location. Was pretty much lied to money was taken from me for repairs made and the vehicle is pretty much the same as it was when I dropped it off two weeks ago. Wont ever suggest using this location at least for service I suggested my son use byrider as he bought a new car also. He went to Hamilton Rd hope hes being treated better.

Fixed my thermostat in 2 day at half the cost for the part itself. Nice I did pay for extras with the warranty from there as advised by some previous reviews. Only giving three stars because the busted somenother hose which they replaced for free. And legit my breaks are really loose now smh.

We’ve had an awesome experience with them two different times now. Jamaree Obannon Has been extremely helpful. We got a car back in March, and someone hit and ran just in August so we had the car less than 6 months. We had insurance but not gap (I will always have it now!!) the auto body shop totaled it out and instead of leaving us with the amount of our loan which was a decent amount since we just got it, they did a “roll over” on the balance and added it to another car so we wouldn’t be without a car and still trying to pay the balance!!
