I have not always been a fan of this Toyota dealership, But my faith has been revived!I was treated with so much care from both Mahogany and Will.They absolutely changed my thoughts about the entire dealership!They both went way out of their way to make sure I was cared for, got good service and was out the door quickly with my 10,000 mile oil change and service. These two should be commended for their commitment to excellence!

I’ve came here a couple times. I’ve gotten my used car from here. It’s the best baby in the world. Everyone is super nice. You will have to deal with long wait times so recommend dropping off and going home and just having them call you when your car is done but otherwise they WILL take care of you and your car to the best of their abilities. Also, while my vehicle was being serviced checked with vehicle rentals Mahogany Nolan confirmed and assured my rental will be ready for upcoming trip, and no need for credit card to hold for rental. Tried to charge me $1300, for a $72 part. Told me cabin filter was dirty, but they never even checked it! Charged me for extra quarts of oil, that Ive never been charged in all of the 10 yrs since Ive bought the car!(Did my oil pan magically expand??🤔)What a joke this has become. Mahogany Nolen was very helpful with my service today. I came in for a rental car and I needed more document for the completion of the transaction. I had to go home and come back at the time her shift is over. She waited beyond her clock out time from work just to make sure that I got the car that I needed. That is going beyond work expectation. I made a service appointment for 10:45 am for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon booking, I chose the option to let them know I would be waiting. They also performed a frame inspection due to a potential recall from Toyota on my particular vehicle.I was given an estimated wait time of 1.5 - 2 hours. Seems a bit ridiculous and they clearly intentionally overbooked. I did not leave until 2:10 pm. Thats nearly 3.5 hours.They found that my frame did indeed need to be fixed by applying a corrosion resistant compound. They did not clear anything with me and just went ahead and ordered parts they would need. (This apparently was part of the unreasonable long wait time I had, though I dont understand why they had to order the parts then and there increasing my wait time even more). When I was finally able to check out, I told them I would have to call back to make an appointment to fix the frame because I have a long out of town trip scheduled for the next day... and they made a joke about the parts sitting around annoying the shops guys. Sorry, but not my fault you jumped the gun and ordered the parts without consulting with me.Good things are they did indeed change the oil and rotate the tires at a reasonable price. The waiting room was clean, but freezing cold.Long story short- Do not come here if you value your time, because certainly dont.

I had previously visited Germain Toyita on 2 occasions. The first i bought a car the car salesman amd the financial people were very helpful the man that helped me finish the deal actually knew others in my family witch then made this experience more comfortable for me! The second time I had to go back to get a car rental there were a few things wrong with my new car and the women who helped me her name was Mahogany such a beautiful name. So unique. She was very nice let me know all the details for the car rental was very thorough with instructions very friendly.

Shoutout to Will Turgeon in the service department. He did a great job explaining my options. One needed fix had the potential to get a little pricey, so he walked me through the cheaper option that might work, but alerted me to a more expensive option that might be necessary. His background as a technician meant he could describe all of this very well. He always took the time to have a non-rushed conversation, even though the joint was jumping! Im glad he has joined the service team.

Bringing a car in for service is never one of things you want to do. Both Mike and Mahogany were exceptional to work with. The work ended up taking much longer than anticipated. Mike was very attentive throughout the process and Mahogany provide unprecedented service and a friendly smile.

Hard to rate higher when they dont answer their phone. I have about a 30-40% success rate when calling their primary phone line, which is troublesome especially when they have my vehicle in service. I have left voicemails and not received call back.If I dig up direct contacts, I have a little more success...I know their phones are working because when I call (new) sales direct they answer every time...i.e. they answer if they think I might spend tens of thousands of dollars =/

Germain Toyota is the place to go for your rental . The staff are knowledgeable of the business and are willing to help you in any form. Most especially Mahogany Nolen - Customer Relations Manager she went above and beyond to make sure I got into the rental car I wanted.

I would give them negative stars if I could. The lease process was the worst I have ever seen. 4 temporary tags and still do not have license plates. Communication has been awful and always with an attitude. I would NOT RECOMMEND!

The car was a nightmare for all involved. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be but the time frame it took still caused a lot of stress on me. Once they finally figured out the issue it was resolved and handled professionally. All in all I was happy with service especially the tech. Just time wise was not happy about.

All I can say is I dropped my car off on Thursday for a wheel alignment. It’s now Tuesday I’ve had no communication from service center tech or customer service. I’ve called multiple time’s for the last two days with no response, service center said they would call back. No call. I am now about to miss another day of work bc my commute is too costly to Lyft everyday. I have left messages still no explanation as to what the progress is on my vehicular. They have had my car for 5 days no communication or explanation, all for just an alignment.

Mahogany and Asher are excellent members on the Toyota team. Whether it was finding the right car or fixing or fixing an old one, they were always there to help. I would highly recommend using Germain Toyota of Columbus and their wonderful staff that they have on hand.

I have used a local dealership to buy all my cars over the years. My 18 year old daughter was in the market for a car and just couldnt find what she wanted here. (Teenagers!) When she found and fell in love with a car online at Germain, i had my reservations. I thought no way could a large dealership make the deal and make us feel taken care of like my local guys. I was WRONG! I have to say the customer service at Germain was excellent. The sales associates and financing guy were great. Gary, our sales guy, was a big help and explained everything about the vehicle from beginning to end. He didn’t pressure us and was very straight up about everything. Our finance guy, Ryan, was also very helpful and showed extra care to help my daughter understand the process. He worked the numbers and not only got us the best deal but also made it possible to afford a great extra warranty. The buying experience was great overall and we are both pleased with her new car. We will be repeat customers.

Yo my service experience was on point until I had to cash out with Mahogany. Thats when things went straight up next level!!! Service so good that I almost went back in to buy a hat or anything just to hang with that Mahogany good good for another minute.

These people do not care about your time. Every time my wife needs to get an oil change, she makes an appointment. When we make an appointment we ask if they will be able to honor the appointment time and they say of course. Every time my wife shows up to the appointment, they tell her that it is going to be a while. It usually takes 2-3 hours while she is sitting in the waiting area. She had an appointment at 11:30am today and she is currently still waiting for them to complete (4 hours later). A Saturday wasted because Germain continues to assure us they will keep the appointment and fail to follow through. Never has a discount been given. We have been tricked for the last time.

Everything was fine until after the sale and asked for the keys. They gave me a valet key that cut and jagged my fingers. Only one place to use key entry. Now I do not have security or keyless locks on car... OR even a book to understand what I do have 😢😣 Very disturbing.

I went to Germain to diagnose my engine light, since previously I was given phenomenal customer service. I was told it was fine and to drive on it and if there were further issues to bring it back. A week later my car breaks down on the highway. I get it towed to their shop and I am told that now I need a new engine. Why could they not diagnose an issue like this a week ago? An addition to that they are charging me for a new diagnose it when I pay almost $400 the week before. What did I pay for the first time when I got my car looked at? They could not even get me a rental car so I can work while I wait for my vehicle to be looked at second time. That is terrible service.

Found a used Jeep online and started messaging a sales rep who stated we could do everything over the phone and they would hold vehicle since I’m 6.5 hrs away. Spent all morning working deal and had told them i would not use current car as trade if they couldn’t match previous offer and I would just pay cash down instead. Called to ask a question about when I could come and how to finalize over the phone and found out they just sold vehicle from under me! That’s horrible customer service and when I called to speak to sales manager I got put on hold then transferred and call rang over 50 times. Would not recommend anyone trying to work a deal and go on their word of holding a vechicle. The sales manager, Amy, stated they don’t hold vehicles even though I was told they would and that it should have been treated no differently then if I was in the building working a deal.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have Been looking for a car did several months and found the model, trim, mileage, etc. I wanted At Germaine. I live a little over two hours away and wanted to make sure that the car would still be on the lot at the time of arrival. I was Told Friday after close that the car would be held for me Saturday morning until my appointment. Upon walking in for my appointment I was Told the car had just sold. While I understand A dealer is in the business of selling cars, it was very poor service.

I recently bought a Tacoma from this dealer through Ashiq. I was looking for a rather specific truck, and was lucky enough to be in contact with Ashiq as they were receiving what I was looking for. He was able to help me get exactly what I was looking for with minimal headache on my end I was buying from out of town, and he made the process very smooth, taking information so that all of the paperwork could mostly be done once I arrived. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted to receive the truck when I picked it up, which they followed to the T. Overall a really positive experience, and I would shop with them again in the future.
