By far the best tow experience I have had. After being stuck on the side of the road and AAA being of no help. They basically left me stranded. I called several tow companies to no avail. I called ASAP towing and literally 20 minutes later he was there.The best guy ever. Great service, up front prices, literally everything was perfect.In addition, he’s really a cool and interesting guy. We had a very good conversation along the way. He turned a bad day into a good day. I don’t write many reviews but this man here, deserves it.

Wayne is awesome!! He came to my rescue on a busy Sunday, way out in Pine Mountain when no one else would come. He was extremely informative with live updates from pick-up to drop off. He was super nice and so cool! I won’t hesitate to pick up the phone to call him next time I am in a bind.

We were traveling from Florida to Tennessee last Sunday when our van broke down just north of Columbus. Called AAA and requested a tow. Called back just over an hour later and were told that the tow company had declined our tow because we were out of their area and that they had contacted another service. After a while (and several calls to the new tow company) we called AAA back and were told to keep waiting. We instead called several other tow companies in town only to be told that we were out of their areas. Finally, after having my family stranded on the side of the road for HOURS, and reaching out to the Muscogee County Sherriffs Department (shoutout to Deputy Golden), we were put in touch with Wayne at ASAP. He was about to head out of town for a job but delayed that one to come and get our van. He showed up exactly when he said he would (which was at midnight, by the way), explained his charges, and was an all-around nice guy. Wayne really came through for us when every other tow company in town let us down. HIGHLY recommend his services!By the way, he was also cheaper than any of the other quotes that I had gotten from other companies (before they told us they couldnt come out).

We called about 1:30 am on a very rainy night. The driver said he was actually done for the night but told us to give him 15 mins. He was there in 15 mins. He worked quickly and was professional. I recommend this tow company and would definitely use them again.

Great and fast service! At the time I called the Manager Wayne, i was late for work and i had locked my keys in the car while it was running. I was very fustrated with my situation. Mgmt. Wayne was very reassuring about being able to get the keys out. They were surprising fast. It could not have been more than 20 minutes before one of the employees were at my house with his tools ready to work. This guy was very fast and effortlessly open my door.
