Had a good experience overall here with my new vehicle purchase. Cole Dyer was my salesman and he was fair in negotiating and not overly pushy. I put money down weeks before the vehicle actually arrived, we agreed on a price at the time of the down payment as well as a price for my trade (they pointed out that this would be a non-binding price).When my new vehicle arrived about 3-4 weeks later, I thought there would be a good chance the price we agreed to would increase now that they had my down payment, due to our previous agreement being non-binding. However, they were true to their word and kept everything the same as we had agreed to, which was definitely a pleasant surprise. Id recommend Dennis to anyone in the Columbus area looking for a Hyundai.

Bought my first truck from them about a month ago , my rep Tony was great! But the back house for Dennis seems to be in very poor standing. Had alot of paperwork issues and other major concerns that were left half answered. Still yet told I would be have someone follow up about these issues and nothing has come of those empty words. This is all pertaining to the dealership not to my rep Tony knew his stuff and made it worth driving the 2.5 hrs to get the truck. So if you go , go see Tony. Just make sure you double check everything because The dealership did not sell me what was advertised.

Went for an oil change and tire repair. My appointment was at 9:15 and we did not leave until 10:57. Almost 2 hours😑.I understand they are very busy, at most places I couldn’t get an appointment until July or August.They had video games to play on an old, old Nintendo- that killed an hour.They didn’t have any snacks available and the coffee machine was closed.My car was washed, which I appreciate and the staff was nice…along with the game’s to play…3.8.

Just went there the other day to buy my first car from a dealership. I can very easily say I’ve been more than pleased with my experience. I love my new Hyundai Sonata sport! I had Chad help me, he was very kind and helpful and super understanding as well. I’ve looked around for vehicles at other dealerships before & more often than not they are super pushy… However, this was anything but the case at Dennis Hyundai. They were completely honest on top of everything else. Their financing manager Bill was also super kind & helpful with the financing process and getting me ready for my new vehicle. If you’re looking for a newer & nicer vehicle I would recommend this dealership especially if you’re shopping for a Hyundai. I work at an auto parts shop myself & will honestly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new car.

He let me take my time and walked me through my vehicle options based on what my budget was. Went in to have a coolant line replaced then all of a sudden my crank sensor went out and my check engine light came on. hasn’t came on not one time since i’ve had the car up until my appointment. now i have to pay out of pocket for something that they messed up while replaced another part. Shop with confidence

I was noting that your service department are short of technicians. I am sorry to learn that since 2009, I have serviced my Hyundai, a 2006, Sonata and in 2018 I purchased a 2019 Tuscon and continue to have it serviced at Dennis. My purchase was also at Dennis. I have always had excellent service at Dennis. I have worked with Nate over the years and have appreciated his professionalism with his staff and customers.

I have purchased 3 cars from Dennis Hyundai. I must say that I am losing faith in the team. I LOVE Evan, the service employee that I always work with, he amazing. The availability of courtesy cars is disappointing and the quality of work is not stellar. I realize I didnt purchase a Bentley but I do expect the basics.1. provide a courtesy car2. complete the work correctly so the problem doesnt recur3. use the products I request, not what you want to use... ( I requested full synthetic oil and was told I would get and did get that. The paperwork stated synthetic blend).

He also worked with me to get my outside financing approved, which usually they dont accept. Also my first oil change is free and my car came with 2 months left on the warranty. My husband and I bought a new vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience! We worked with Cole Dyer and he was great (definitely recommend)! I give their sales team members 5 stars as if you negotiate with them... you can get a fair price. I highly recommend Assad as he is very knowledgeable of all the cars.I bought my 2018 G80 from them recently and they followed through on each promise. Ensuring the lost second key was replaced ($300), the warranty repairs were done, and also items missed during the certification (cupped rear tires) were also fixed.I give the service manager Nick 5 stars as well. He works through his breaks and keeps a cool head and delivers good service.I give their actual service shop three stars though. In the list of items supposedly checked for certifying the vehicle, several were obviously not checked. The seat belts for example in the rear had coins in them preventing them from working ... I had to dig out the coins with tweezers so my kids could be buckled in. I believe whomever was working on my cars there was constantly putting Nick in difficult positions.My previous Genesis was put in there for warranty repair and they had the car for over week. I would call to check on the status and Nick informed of all the tests they had to do to confirm the propeller shaft needed replaced which included running the car with listening equipment in place... I believe Nick was told they were doing those things but my third party monitoring system showed the car had not been started for days nor had it moved from it’s parked spot. While my repair was done; it seemed to me someone was not being truthful, and possibly trying to keep me in the loaner longer to get the maximum reimbursement from Hyundai for the warranty service.

Okay place to get a Hyundai vehicle. Id avoid using their additional services.Might be industry standard, but getting an oil change there is extremely annoying. Even with a brand new car off the lot, they will approach you in the lobby or call you with additional things theyd love to sell you during an oil change. Every single oil change out of the 5 or so Ive had done, without fail, a service department employee has tried to get me to pay for more services beyond what I made my appointment for.Buying a car from this dealership also comes with DH Roadside Assistance. Its absolute trash, definitely get AAA in addition. My car was stuck in the snow about a month ago, called DH RA, they said it would be 6-12 hours...wow thanks. Ill just sit here for an hour and wait for the kindness of my neighbors instead. And more recently, my Hyundai is in the shop after being hit by another car. I locked my keys in the vehicle I am borrowing from family. DH RA said they cant help because its not a Hyundai. Wow thanks again. Love that.So buy a car from here if you want a Hyundai. Avoid for anything else.

Hes not pushy and does not play games like other used car dealers often do, which was so very welcome after I had a bad experience with another dealership. Went in ready to buy a new/used car, and went in with 5 in stock vehicles in mind from their website. After being informed that one Tuscon was literally sold like 5 minutes ago, and the other one wasnt actually in stock and was pre-purchased, I asked about 2 used Tuscons on the lot. I was told that I dont want those, because the new ones are bigger, faster, and better, and that I was better off pre-purchasing a new one that will be delivered in October. I then asked about a used Sante Fe, and after bringing the car around, Jay told me that he would rather me not test drive the vehicle. When pushing further, he told me that he would fight me for it because its the exact one hes been looking to buy himself.

I cannot explain how amazing Dennis Hyundai Dublin is. They went above and beyond to try to help me after I had a horrible accident and they even got me in a car the same day that I had to return my rental. They let me see multiple different cars they showed me every single option and they even worked around my gap coverage. I appreciate everything they did and and continue to do for me. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a car. Tonisha, and Asad were very professional and worked very hard to show me what options I had available. Gave me a great price for my trade, and a great price on the car. Probably the best deal I could have gotten from any dealer anywhere, and probably the best trade-in value Ive ever gotten from a dealer, period.Extremely busy, so a bit of downtime to complete the sale, but its irrelevant. It probably just means theyre doing something right. Salesman Alex M. was straight forward and negotiating with him was painless, traditional negotiating. For me, I made an appointment to look at a specific car, so I wasnt interested in the additional fluff that dealers sometimes throw at you. They respected that, and I left happy.

We have been waiting for over a month for a call from someone regarding our complaint. We have spent thousands at this dealership only to find out repeatedly that things we asked them to check were never actually checked. We have gone to 3 different mechanics and been told that this dealership is lying to us. It took them over a year to finally listen to me that there was an electrical issue with my car. I kept reporting it and they outright ignored me up until my car wouldnt start and had to be towed to them barely a month after they said there was nothing electrical wrong with my car. Surprise, they lied. Over $2500 later and getting written up at work, there was an electrical issue with my car. The service manager summed it up to well if we cant find anything we cant find anything. The service techs are always great but I feel this place is managed by people out to rip you off financially.

Stay away from this stealership! They will waste your time and insult you. I personally witnessed them talk bad about people who had just left after buying a car. And forget about trade ins. They will insult you there too! The sales manager that I personally dealt with was a pompous disrespectful individual, even the sales associate I was dealing with apologized on his behalf.

I did not receive an itemized description of the estimate to replace my Sideview mirror. When we talked to someone over the phone, they said the price would be about $300 less than the quote we received when we came in person. I would not have a problem with that if they had itemized the quote. It made me feel like they can’t be trusted to give a fair price for the repair.

We had a great experience at Dennis Hyundai. We went to more than three different dealers. The Dennis approach and products were exemplary. 15 years ago I would have avoided Hyundai. But Hyundai has come a long way. Hyundai has the best warranty in the car business. To make the deal even better, Dennis warrants the engine and transmission for as ling as I own it. Get ready Dennis, I keep my cars til the wheels fall off. My last three cars have been Goodwill donations hauled away. This Hyundai Pallisade is gonna test your warranty in about 10 years. I got a great deal at Dennis. Sure glad I did buy at Dennis.

This is the second time I have gone to Dennis Hyundai for servicing. The first time was back in August for a regular periodic appointment. Everything was handled excellently then.I am pleased to report excellent service seems to be a thing with them. :-)I brought my car in for repairs caused in an accident. They are a Nationwide Insurance “On your Side” vendor which made things easy as well.I am pleased with the service I received. I regret not knowing the names of the folks who worked on my car or I would thank them by name. My service writer Drew handled my needs well as did his colleagues who took care of me when I pick the car up after hours.I did not buy my Hyundai at this dealership but they will certainly be getting my business when it’s time for me to trade up. (I love my car, though, so it may be a while. :-)

Edited to add: while buying experience was excellent, once those papers are signed, youre on your own. A couple things that shouldve been taken care of werent, but didnt notice until after getting home with vehicle. My email and voicemail to dealership went unanswered.Excellent buying experience! Victor was assigned as the service rep for my oil change & multi point inspection. He told me it would be about 1 1/2 hr wait . They suggested I get an adjustment on my brakes , so I agreed to wait longer for it to be completed. Victor told me that the service Mgr had called an impromptu brief meeting with the mechanics when I inquired about how much longer it would be after I had been there over 2 hrs .I waited in the comfortable waiting area.Victor was very efficient and knowledgeable when he explained the add’l services suggested and was very polite and helpful in getting my payment processed as soon as my car was ready.

Drop off was helpful and courteous. After assessing repair needs I was informed they would have to order a part and it would take a few days to get in but could drive it until then. I went to pick it up the following morning but had to wait an hour. .. needed to be somewhere but i’ll live.Aggravated mostly how they turn a half hour of labor and $125 part into a $425 dollar bill. Starts with charging more that list price for parts then finding ways to bill extra time. Over it Mr Dennis.

This is in reference to the Sales Department.My husband and I came in on Sunday afternoon around 2 to look at cars. We werent even sure if we were going to be approved for a loan but we thought we would try at least. I have to say our salesman Jim Linsey was the best ever! Even though we are spending more per month than what we originally wanted, the whole experience was great! He was very patient with us even after we had him check different scenarios (used/new, standard/automatic, colors), etc. we never saw him roll his eyes, or treated us like we were ignorant; not once! He stayed about an hour after they closed to ensure we were informed about our purchase and explained everything to us in great detail.If my husband and I argue its normally over a car purchase but that day - we had a very pleasant experience and I have to give credit to our salesman. Two words....TONY WOLFE!!!!I have been stuck with negative equity for sooo long on my previous car (for one reason or another). I went in a met Tony, and 3 days later I was walking out with a new lease. I loved the fact that he did not pressure me, he gave me his honest opinion and wanted me to get in a s many test drives as I needed to seal my decision. I purchased a used Lexus at Dennis Hyundai six months ago. With that purchase they promised a free first oil change. I called on a Friday and was greeted by a very helpful scheduler. She made my appointment the next Tuesday. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted by my wonderful service man that took my info and told me it would be less than an hour and a half. I went on my way and while at the grocery store they called to tell me my car was ready. On arrival my service tech greeted me and took me to my freshly washed car. My billed showed their work and the cost of the oil filter. Total 89.95 but no cost to me. Thank you Dennis Hyundai this is my second purchase and I will be back for all my vehicles.

I told work will take about 2-3 hours but it took longer, called and sent text to check on work progress after 4 hours and left a message but no one called until it done. Also price is more than other places , I told CV joint needs repair and I agreed, received a call after few minutes and said I have to do tires alignment with this and that cost extra 99$, my friend told me it should be included with the CV work or at least they do it at reduced priced, I do know for fact goodyear would do alignment at 80$ and if you do any other service with them would reduce that to 65$, the other thing I noted when I got my car the mate at the driver was dirty and they left a piece on nylon on the set

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and with a great reference from a co-worker the salesman Tony was able to get me in ASAP to test drive and start the financeing process quick and easy. Chad was great to work with. We take our time and do our research because we keep our cars for longer than most. Chad was respectful of our process and never once applied pressure. He was easy to contact to set up test drives and the vehicles were always ready when we arrived. When it came time to seal the deal, there was some back and forth with the sales manager. Chad handled being the middle-man with grace and professionalism—he remained an advocate for us while keeping the interests of the dealership in mind. We visited many dealerships during our research and Chad was by far our favorite salesperson. In addition, he was one of two salespeople we met at 6 different dealerships who consistently wore his mask correctly. This was important to us since we are amid a pandemic.

My boyfriend and I were browsing cars for me for early next year. We walked around the whole lot browsing for ourselves and on the way back to our car Chad grabbed us. Chad was great, he was honest and not pushy at all and he even joked around with us. He said that he was relatively new but we thought he was doing a great job! He was really understanding of my needs (short county girl) and applied his knowledge to things I had no idea about (as I am used to older cars). I wasnt so sure about getting a newer car because Im so used to the prices that I get out in the country for new (but high mile) cars but at least this location was suuuuper affordable! While all car places want you to come to a decision sooner rather than later when I told Chad of my plans for early next year he totally understood and gave us his card! He gave us tips on trade in values as well. Will definitely go back to him. Dennis Hyundai of Dublin hired a good one!

Tony Wolfe was the best sales person I have ever met. He did what I expect every sales person to do with they are selling a fantastic product, let the product sell itself. I did not go into the Hyundai dealership to buy a car, but when we test drove the 2021 Hyundai Sonata Limited we were sold. Also, Tony got us an unbelievable deal. He was extremely knowledge able about the products, seemed to really enjoy talking about the product and did a great job explaining the features. We went to a different dealership (not Hyundai) and I told the sales person what I wanted and he did not know anything about the products. That includes 3 sales people and the sales manager. I really hate pushy sales people and sales people that show vehicles that are different than what I expected. Tony was amazing and I know I will happily buy more vehicles from him in the future.

Since I drive 80,000 miles a year and more, my time off the road as a courier is very limited and costly. The crew here is always efficient and respectful of myself and my time.On average I get an oil change once a month and anything else I tend to try and plan ahead as much as possible. I had been looking into getting a new car for a while. I’d bounced around between buying new or used and the type of car I wanted. I decided to go new because of incentives this time of year making the car payment pretty much the same as a used. I originally went to Ricart with my dad. Well they took one look at me and didn’t waste their time with me. They really weren’t willing to work out the payments and incentives and our guy was pretty cold and obviously trying to make a few bucks off me as a young female. I went to Dennis and our guy Roberto was the best. He was very nice and ran numbers on the cars. They had some 2020s left at a much lower cost and he was able to get me a few more deals to bring the cost down to what I needed. He even took the time to look into other options that may be similarly priced but bonus features. I eventually walked off the lot with a new car and a decent affordable car payment. I dropped it down to 4 stars because their website doesn’t update immediately so the car that we had been figuring was actually already sold but they were still going to hold themselves to the amount we discussed for the other cars regardless.

Saw this car on line it was the price I wanted and the car size I needed. Called Dennis Hyundai and booked an appointment with Jay Blanden for that afternoon. Jay let me take a drive in the car then let me take it to my mechanic. After his opinion I drove back to the dealer and made the offer. The parts to do a recall on my Tucson came in early so I was pleasantly surprised to get a call offering to do the repair sooner. My phone had stopped charging on the pad as well and the service team checked it at no charge (pun intended!). Their phones worked on it. The young woman who checked me in went with me to my car to be sure mine worked. When it didn’t, we googled and tried the suggested hard restart of my phone and voila! it worked!

The service department is too notch, they let you know what work will done and within a reasonable time frame. The down side to any dealership service department is the high cost of repairs or service. Overall the Dennis folks are reputable and good to work with
