Ohh I love the refrigerators they are so nice but 100% better here.

The Fridges last a long time and are very durable.

DONT BUY FROM HERE!! My wifes post below ⬇️ you can see they commented that they are having issues and would give a loaner.. lies!! My wife contacted LG herself and now they have a internal investigation because lg had our appliances in stock the whole time. And they offer a loaner.... lmfao they said the only loaner they have is out.. this place is crooked and a joke. I have placed a BBB complaint and imagine that no response. And that was over a month ago.. stop lying to your customers...I hope this place goes out of business!!!

We have been waiting for 5 months now for an appliance package that we bought specifically for the sale and the rebate. Our house will be done in less than a month and they still have NO date for when our range and refrigerator will be in. We purchased our cabinets to specifically fit around our appliance measurements. They dont seem concerned one bit and have no answers for us. So either we move in without a refrigerator and range for who knows how long, or get screwed into paying way over our budget by having to go elsewhere. We will never order another appliance from here and will be telling others about our horrible experience.

I recently purchased a fridge and a wall oven from the Bishpps Appliance store in Columbus. I thought the staff were very knowledgeable about the products and helpful with the ordering and delivery. Better service than the local big box stores.

My daughter and I have recently purchased 7 appliances between us from Bishopps in Columbus and we have been more than pleased. Great customer service and comparable prices to the big box stores. They resolve issues quickly. We highly recommend them.

Not impressed with this place. I have exact part number from my dryer switch. They can not tell me if they have a part for it. Must have dryer model number. Seems with todays technology they could easily cross-reference parts from the parts list. Doesnt matter if the parts are from another source. Cross reference them and put them in a computer. This will help in the long run.

The my were unable to install a microwave through a tile backsplash and unable to install a dishwasher. When I asked for references as to who could do the job, they couldn’t think of anyone. I want to shop local but with such bad service, I’ll be going with Lowe’s next time.

Great service. Very friendly husband and wife team. We bought our washer dryer from them. That washer dryer was not in their stock, it was special order. Transaction went smooth. The delivery was on time. They hooked up appliances for us. And the best part is, they offer service on the appliances bought from them. So I don’t have to worry about plumber/ electrician to get my washer & dryer fixed if needed.

Don’t think if you go to mom and pop place. You get better service. Save your money just go to big chain store . Less chance of a miss understanding!

Bishopps always does a great job of helping with exactly what you need and providing excellent customer service! This is where we go to get all appliances for our home. Ask for Anne, she does a great job!

Purchased a new washer 3 months ago. Was told that they work on the appliances sold there. I didn’t want to purchase from a big box store due to them not working on their own appliances. New washer is leaking on the floor. Called Bishopp’s 4 weeks ago today. Was told to call a serviceman that does their work. I called the serviceman. It said his voicemail was full. Called Bishopp’s again. They said to text the serviceman. 4 weeks later and still no callback. Who’s going to pay for the buckled floor? Not trying not cause trouble, just need someone to come and fix the problem.
