Spent $800 to attempt to fix fridge with them. Replaced a major part that was clearly not the problem. Refuse to return our phone calls.

Installed dishwasher very good service!

They came out to repair our dishwasher. The gentleman said he needed to order a part. They came back to install it when the part came in. They determined then that the part was not bad and supposedly fixed it. When we tried to use the dishwasher it still didn’t work. I called them to explain it is still not working and asked for my money back. They would not refund my diagnostic fee. Now I am stuck with a broken dishwasher and we are out $100.

I needed my Samsung dryer fixed and I called Mr. Appliance. The tech Cuevas was professional, courteous and had my dryer fixed within an hour. Thank you for the prompt service!

There are not enough good things I can say about Mr. Appliance. The owner of this business and his technicians were so kind and thorough in meeting my needs. They even came to my home on a weekend to make sure my appliance was correctly fixed. They are the only business I will be using for my future needs! 10/10 recommend to everyone in the Columbus area!

If I could give them a zero I would. This is not a professional company at all. You pay half upfront, they tell you it will be ordered and then nothing. I called on Monday after being assured it would be ordered—told it had not arrived as yet but they would call me the next day to provide a status. No call and no call Wednesday either. I called today and supposedly it was arriving today but they weren’t willing to schedule for repair install next day. Find another repair service. These people lie and you can bet you’ll be waiting for a refund too!! I asked for part to be delivered refused and they refused to take anything off repair due to their incompetence! WOW!! Said he couldn’t take a hit....I take a hit if I have to stay home to wait for them to not even have the common curtesy to call.

Its never fun to have appliance problems, but great to know I now have a very reliable, prompt, and trustworthy option when I do. Had 2 different appliance issues recently, and the Mr. Appliance professionals were great. The were very responsive, timely, fixed my issues, and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

So thankful we decided to go with Mr appliance of Columbus to fix our washing machine. They figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it quickly. Wonderful people that were easy to deal with. We will use them again!👍🏻

I called Mr. Appliance after locating them on Home Advisor. My refrigerator at my home had been leaking all over my kitchen, pantry, and laundry room floor. I had a previous company come over and look at it and they said there was nothing leaking but that was a lie and it continued to ruin my floor. They would Not return my calls and come back to look at the problem further. So I contact Mr. Appliance. They came out the same day as contacted and attempted to fix the problem. When it wasn’t fixed and I called them back they were out again within the hour and located the problem and Boom 💥 it was fixed!!! Such a Wonderful company!!!!! Very courteous very dependable and very professional!! I would Highly Highly recommend them for all your appliance needs!!!
