Horrible; they take your service fee of 65 dollars and tell you the repair is a the price of the fridge new.... they no you will say no to the repair. Scamm artist!!!!!

My washer stopped working. They came out, charged my $75 to tell me it was the control panel in 5 minutes. I bought a $353 control panel, had a friend help me install it. Still nothing. Come to fine out it wasn’t the panel it was corrosion on the display. Wiped it off and it worked fineLong story short I paid them $75 so I knew what was wrong. It cost me $75+$353 to learn they didn’t tell me at all.Would NEVER recommend. Better off figuring it out yourself than calling these “professionals”

Made an appointment on a vital issue. Then proceeded to cancel appointment saying they did not know how to fix the issue. Very very unprofessional. They also charge your credit card before any work is completed.

I called to see about service for my GE Refrigerator in North Columbus right near where this place is supposed to be located. They told me that they had a GE Technician that would be available the following day between 12-3. I stayed home from work to meet with person only to get a call, at noon when my window started, saying they didnt have a technician that works on GE. This place seems like a hoax to me. The only reason they got a star at all is because it is required.
