I came in and bought a dryer Saturday and it was delivered today. You have a new lifelong customer! First off all, the inventory was expansive with lots of options and price ranges and definitely got a great dryer at an amazing price. The staff was helpful and friendly. The delivery men went above and beyond in my opinion between the positive friendly attitude and making sure everything was set up and working and removing my broken dryer. I am so appreciative!

Courtious People but very over priced

Honestly for the stratch and dent or the newer models they were only 100 or 200 bucks cheaper Id rather pay the extra 200 for a brand new machine with warranty. If you need a cheap used washer for 300 to 400 bucks they had alot but they werent clean and smelled terrible. Just gonna get one from lowes next door brand new for 500 new 😬. If you do have a unusual size needed would be a good place to look though.

I would stay clear of this place.The property management company I rent from use these clowns to service appliances. They sent out a technician to my home several times to fix my fridge. Which never fixed a thing.Once I needed a new fridge they called to schedule the delivery, the receptionist had nothing but attitude about when it could be delivered. Once it was finally delivered it was dirty and missing the main bottom shelf.No big deal.. just bring me the shelf right? I had to call every day for a week and get met with attitude by the receptionist for a mistake they made. Well I eventually got the shelf but I hope never deal with this un professional company and its staff.

They have been wonderful to work with. As a landlord I am always happy to use them. My tenants say the installers are friendly and quick and very pleasant.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Spent $350 on a fridge and within 6 months the fridge stopped working twice. First time they came out and fixed 2nd time they said sorry out of your 90 day warranty. I left a message for Rhonda the manager who refused to return my call, had one of the associates call me. When I called back the next day I explained we are having the same issue as we did the first time they out and fixed they said sorry. Its $59.99 to come out plus parts and labor. I told her the first time I called for the service call I asked specifically Im concerned we may have this issue again after our 90 day warranty. I was told sometimes if its a reoccurring issue well make an exception and fix it again. Ronda said I would have never been told that..... implying I made this up. She was rude and very unprofessional. So we basically just washed $350 down the drain. This place has horrible customer service and sells appliances that stop working only a few months after owning!!!

So far so good! Decent price on a basic whirlpool wd set. The owner lady helped me load them and I had a good feeling about the place when she let my wife use their private restroom when we first walked in.My advice, go for the basic stuff. Theyre working great so far.

Ive been there twice to get power cords for my washer and dryer. Both cost around $20 and I never had a problem.

My Husband and I were told by a repair man to seek into purchasing a used Washer from Appliance Columbus. We went to shop and chose a Washer that was used but under a 90 Day Warranty. The GE Washer matched my Dryer so even though it was smaller we went for it. 400.00 later we own a worthless Appliance! This Machine has never worked properly EVER. We have had 3 maintenance calls in and the Maintenance man is super sweet but he’s surely not able to fix our issue. When I spoke to a Female who sold us the Washer she told me they have a 0 return Policy. Okay! So what about even Exchange? Nope! We are a family of 6! My daughter has Asthma, we are good people and this place is a complete sham! They will sellA defective product and then basically we are SOL! This isn’t kind and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

Im very disappointed this place is not only over priced but the stoves they got still have the previous owners crud stuck on them at least wipe it down people grossScratch and dent stoves 1000 you can buy a new one cheaper dont waste your time at this place

I bought a refrigerator from them last summer and I cant thank them enough.its been a great fridge no problems what so ever!! And their staff is wonderful to work with. Recently my deep freezer went out and I will be calling them to get a new one.i recommend them to anyone in need of a good appliance at reasonable prices.

They had the part I needed to fix my dryer but way over priced to the point that it cost twice as much as anywhere else and for the price they charged! 36.95 for the entire kit {Heat element, two thermostats, and wires} on amazon and $60.04 for just the heat element from them! Save the money and wait a day with amazon and save the money

We got a washer here it worked for about a month then had to have a service call on it come out “fixed” it and a week later it broke again. Spent a decent amount for it and already have to go buy another one every time we wash clothes we have to unplug it and reset all the buttons sometimes we have to do it a few times

Walked in there yesterday, seen a kitchenaid refrigerator that I liked. When I went to the desk to ask about it, I was given a rude attitude. She seemed annoyed that I had questions. The average price for this refrigerator is about $1,000 more everywhere else. Ill gladly pay that just to not walk back in that store!

They know their stuff! She found mine instantly without a part number. It will cost you for convenience. My part mailed was $15 and I paid $46 through them...but this turkeys not gonna cook itself. Im glad theyre here. Pic below was because I did it my damn self! #miraculous

Well I was there on Saturday to buy a new washer and dryer. I thought the blonde lady was really nice and very helpful. I was planning to buy here, but after reading these reviews Im afraid too.

I was able to find a pair for a very reasonable price. They delivered the next day and set everything up too. It was a great experience all together.

They have a wide selection of various appliances that are fairly priced , and had what i needed , i was in and out the store within minutes

Dont even deserve one star... came out to fix my side by side refrigerator and the guy came in stuck his hand in the freezer and said it couldnt be fixed never brought in any tools to check it out even bother to LOOK at it. I had another company come out and they FIXED it and only cost me $120.

Ive always purchased appliances from here and never had a problem until i bought a washer and dryer set. The washer wouldnt fill with water. After 3 trips out finally fixed it, but it leaked so i called again. Long story short the washer still leaks. Luckily when the dryer went out my relative referred me to an honest repair company that comes to your house and Ill be calling them to fix the washer.

I just purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set $600 when it was delivered it would not power on. Delivery men left and stated the repair guy would be here he came got the washer to power on but never ran it through a cycle to make sure it worked. He left I started washing and it won’t go through a full cycle it won’t turn to wash the clothes or rinse them. It gave an error code 3c or c3 and when I researched that meant a new motor was needed. Now it’s obvious the sold me a bad unit. I call they have repair man come today and confirm motor is needed he didn’t say he was coming back with on he said he would be in touch. I call business and rude later says she has to see if she can contact the owner.. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ALL THEY DO IS SALE BROKEN APPLIANCES AND DONT TELL YOU ABOUT NO REFUNDS.. I’ve also filed a better business bureau complaint. I will take them to small claims court if I have to. I will not let this go

I bought a used washer and dryer here that had a 90 day warranty. Ive had it for two years now and theyve worked great all this time. My dryer is starting to go, but I only paid $225 for both pieces, so I didnt expect it to even last this long. The salesperson who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I plan to go back to buy another dryer.

Paid over 400 dollars for a washer including a 35 dollar delivery fee. When the delivery guys came they sat outside for almost an hour making phone calls. When they finally were ready to bring the washer in they informed us the they broke the washer. We asked what would be done to rectify the situation and were told “since they don’t refund money we would have to wait between 2pm and 5pm for a service guy to come out and try to fix it. This was around 11am. We called the store and was given a “oh well” he”ll get there when he can attitude. This is not the company to do business with if you are in search for a new appliance. For a customer to spend over 400 dollars just to have a broken piece of equipment delivered to your house and given an oh well deal with it attitude is not the way to do business

A large selection of appliances at good prices

First of all, JJ and Key, the delivery guys were very professional and efficient. They were great people.Now, my problem with this company is that they, for whatever reason, do not include a DRYER VENT HOSE when you purchase a machine. What sense does this make? They wait til your delivery arrives and then tell you you need to pay $2/foot and $1/clamp. So I had my machine purchased by my landlord who increased my rent for the service and now I can’t do my laundry because this company won’t include a vent hose. Evette, the lady who answers the phone, her excuse was that she works with a lot of realtors and this was her first time working with my landlord and that she didn’t even have his contact info. she told me multiple times that she can’t have her guys waiting around to try and figure out what to do about a hose. Basically, we got your money and this isn’t important so good day. WHAAAT?! What kind of business is this exactly? I highly recommend that you find another appliance store to work with because this place is trash. It’s not the fact that certain things need to be paid for, it’s that it wasn’t clearly communicated and now I have no way to use the machine that I’m paying for. This was done because I do not have a vehicle to get around and have a 7 month old who I take care of. Very poor service. Very poor excuses. Very highly dissatisfied. -5 stars

***********DO NOT BUY FROM HERE***********I bought a used washer & dryer in January. Nothing but problems!!!! Problem one: Dryer stopped working so they changed the motor. Problem two: washer would bang hard while spinning (which is not normal) They adjusted it. Now today my dryer is not drying its letting out cold air. Which mean I have to spin my clothes multiple times on cold to dry which mean higher electric usage. I will never buy from here again. And to think I didnt go to appliance & mattress center on parsons all because I thought it was too far. The one good thing I can say about this place is when I do call to report the complaints they do manage to send someone in a reasonable time, which means I take a day off from work. Worst case sceanario it does not seem like this is going to workout so I may just replace the dryer on parsons.

Dont waste your time or money. They sale ol junk and should not be in business. They lied about checking and fixing the Dryers. I paid for the Dryer and delivery. I reported them the BBB! Less than 2 months of having the Dryer it will not start. It was really loud, when I drying my clothes. They try to charge me to repair it and said no refunds. Red flags!!! They lost my trust and business. Im going to tell my friends and family about this experience. Beware of this Place, take your money and sell you junk!!
