Had a super bad experience about a year ago and we said we would never come back. Well we needed a Fridge and Stove and was having no luck finding what we wanted at a reasonable price. Decided to give this store another try and had the Best experience ever. Taven was awesome, he was the first to greet us and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Today we left as happy customers.

We stopped in here to look for a washer and dryer for our new condo. We went here first before one of the big name stores and we are really happy we went here first! (We didn’t even end up going to the big name store). Mason O. helped walk us through a couple of different brands and gave his honest opinion about each. He was very knowledgeable. He also mentioned some of the brands that were on back order so it would take longer to get, which really help in our decision. We too advantage of their Labor Day sales and got a great GE washer and dryer! Mason also walked us through the warranty options and delivery options. He really could not have been nicer and more helpful. We are really happy we stopped here first!

I purchased a Danby wine refrigerator from the Sawmill Rd location. The initial refrigerator did not work. I talked with Adam and he worked quickly to find a replacement and had it delivered within a week. Wonderful customer service to resolve an issue quickly!!!

Where do I start... We have been here 2 times in the last 2 weeks to purchase an appliance. Trip one we needed a new fridge due to our 2 year old one going out. Greg done everything he could to get us a fridge within our price range. On the way out I noticed a small issue with it. Adam was quick to fix the problem. The next week our dishwasher went out. We made another trip down to get a dishwasher. Greg again went out of his way to get us one in our price range. We took the dishwasher home and noticed the washtub had a crack in it. I called and spoke to Adam and he said to bring it in and they would swap it with another. We arrived right before closing. Greg and Adam helped us find a different model dishwasher due to the one we purchased originally not being available. Adam was quick again to go through the dishwasher making sure everything was in proper working order before we left, they both even stayed after they were closed to make sure we were happy. If you need a new appliance this is the place to go! I will definitely go here to purchase my next appliance. Highly recommend you check this place out!

I originally had left a great review, the sales team is great. When it came to delivery and installation, I had problems. First, only half of my order came. I had delivered all new kitchen appliances and on the date of delivery I only received the refrigerator and stove. When I called the store, they said I was never even scheduled to receive my dishwasher and microwave. While the were able to schedule the rest of my delivery for the next day, my dishwasher wasn’t able to be properly installed due to my flooring. Which I understood, but now my dishwasher is not even working. I had also called the inquire about an ice maker for my refrigerator, and was told I would receive a call at the end of the day about it- and never heard back. This entire process was incredibly frustrating. I will not be recommending or using this company again.

Totally wasted my time and money!!! Worst worst worst service ever!!! I spend around $5000 with them, and the dishwasher they installed leaks & never works. I called the store right away and the first person on the phone told me they were about to close but someone could come help me fix it the next day. I spent a day waiting at home but no one showed up. I did understand that they might be understaffed during COVID, so I waited another day at home. Again, no one showed up. So I went to the store and talked with the second person who told me they could send someone to my house next day to fix it but he was not able to tell me the exact time. So I stayed home again for whole day and the exact same thing happened again, no one showed up and no calls from them either. I called the store again a couple days later, then the third person told me he couldn’t find my request on the system which means my issue had never been taken care of. He also said that no one who works there should tell customers they can send back a technician. He told me to let GE send a technician instead. I couldn’t agree with it since I bought the brand new dishwasher from Appliance Factory and also paid for the installation. Why should I ask GE for the improper installation? I didn’t even think GE’s limited warranty covers improper installation. Then he told me he would let manager call me back, but the manager never called back….. and so far, still no response. That’s so ridiculous. Does customer service ever exist in this place?I gave up so I tried to schedule an appointment from GE, but no available technician around my area. So I basically spent money on a brand new garbage. And I don’t even know what to do with it.

We found a great Whirlpool scratch and dent model fridge for a competitive price. Its the same fridge that we were looking at at the big box stores. 6440 Sawmill Rd #1, Columbus, OH 43235I was quoted a price by one employee on a front loader washer and dryer set that was such a great deal that he insisted i look at them before I looked at the scratch and dent models available.Once I looked around and seen the outrageous price for severely damaged appliances I then tried to inform the employee that I would take the only front loader set that he gave me pricing on.Sadly he was with another customer so we found another employee.With the new salesperson I was given a much more expensive price and he said they couldnt give me the price that was originally statedSeems very flip floppy to change prices and not honor a price given 10 minutes previous.I spoke to the original employee again who tried to make excuses and mistatements on what he showed me but then said I may have said that price, my bad.They missed a large sale of a matching set because of their dishonesty.

I called Adam at Appliance Factory on Saturday night and told him I needed kitchen appliances since I am remodeling my kitchen. He quickly went into action and found all the pieces I needed and sent me photos. Since he wasn’t going to be there on Sunday, he hooked me up with one of his amazing salesmen, Taven. The absolute worst. I called ahead of time to see if they sold the line of appliances I was looking for, drove 50 miles to be met with a store completely in disarray, trash on the floor, appliance Displays completely trashed. Store cleanliness was on par with the staff. Dishonest, lazy. Would not recommend going here. You will just throw your money away.

While wait times would be significant for the items we wanted, he attempted to guide us toward items we could have sooner, if we slightly changed our needs. Way too expensive for for either brand new or with dents. You can build a package on Lowe’s website for thousands of dollars less than this place and top brands as Samsung.

UPDATE: The store manager reached out very quickly to listen to my concerns and make arrangements. While we still cannot receive our appliances on the day originally discussed, we will not be paying any additional installation costs. We appreciate their attention to our problem and for taking steps to remedy the situation.I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the customer service at AF. The salesperson with whom we worked back in December to place an order for a full kitchen worth of appliances from the Fine Lines department no longer works at the store, and suddenly that has become our problem. We worked with her to have two of the three appliances delivered (one item is on backorder and we completely understand that) today. When we called this morning to confirm delivery time, we were told that there was no record of the delivery being scheduled. We paid for delivery for today! Our contractors will be in our kitchen today and tomorrow to install some of the appliances, but alas, delivery could not be scheduled today or tomorrow. When they offered to put our delivery on the books for next Monday I was told that I will have to pay for the installation of the refrigerator! WHAT?! No, no, this miscommunication is completely the fault of AF and its employees, not mine. Im not sure how I am responsible for the installation of an appliance that, if delivered on the day we had agreed upon and paid for, would be installed by my contractors. Now they have to change the delivery date and I have to pay more to fix their problem? We spent a significant amount of money in this store and I am appalled with how weve been treated. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. Now lets just hope our appliances arrive in one piece on Monday.

They are definitely scammers. Save your credit and your money and go elsewhere. They broke UDAAP compliance by using bait and switch tactics to get me to sign up for financing by promising one item then switching it out for another after getting me to sign up for financing. I have pictures of an advertised washer and dryer that I bought. They were advertised as $569 and the sales man, Tim Jackson, got me to sign up for financing to purchase them. They delivered much cheaper versions of the machines that are not at all similar. I have tried reaching out to them but I am getting the run around because they claim they dont know what to do about it. Also, the dryer they delivered was defective. They charged me for installation even though they just dropped the dryer off in the kitchen. They also hooked up the washing machine incorrectly and we had to fix it.

The worst service ever, I purchased a dishwasher and other appliances but the dishwasher they installed the next day leaked all over my floors and cabinet! The installer came out he was suppose to pull out the dishwasher to see damges of the cabinet but instead he reached under the dishwasher and said the hose was loose and tighted it and left! So this appliance factory fault and l still havent had my dishwasher pulled out or my cabinets checked or replaced its been since june22 and its july 9th mold could be forming! Terrible customer service ! They are giving me the run around and trying to give a cheaper dishwaser than what l paid for is this how you treat your customers! The only good Stanley steamer come and do my carpet but only to clean I had tell them no l need water recovery agreed to that! But en kitchenand cabinets still nothing has been done! So upset!

Prices are in line with most online retailers. We needed a new washer and dryer set and figured it would be good to support a brick and mortar business in our neighborhood. Salesperson, an assistant manager, wasnt very familiar with the brand we were interested in. So I had to look up the answers to questions on my phone. Delivery was good, but they took the special tool that comes with it and the special blocks needed for moving the washer. Called the store and salesperson got very defensive. Told me to come by the store and theyd find one. I asked them to call me when they had it and never heard back. Called the Presidents Hotline and left a message. Said they would call me within 24 hours. Of course I never heard from them either. Next time, I will just buy online. This is why brick and mortar cant compete. I wont be back.Update 9/18/2020: Never heard from the manager after he commented that he’d reach out and apologized below, nearly 10 days ago.

Found a great deal on a washer/dryer set, but couldnt get the website to place the order so took a chance and called the Columbus store. Mason there was fantastic! Took my order over the phone, had to check on a few things, called me back within minutes, and made the deal work!! Very pleased with the local store service and am looking forward to my new washer and dryer!

After doing some research online to prepare myself for the cost of a new stove as our current burners broke one by one, I came in to see if I could get a scratch and dent model for a better price. Greg Mezger showed me two on the floor, one a model to order, one out of the box and ready to go, and searched in the company warehouse for a third option. Updating my original review.... we purchased a gas range to be installed to replace our range that had died. It was installed January 21. We realized that night there were issues with the range - the stove top worked but the oven portion didn’t. Originally we were told we would be stuck with a faulty oven for an entire week before we could get it serviced or replaced. However appliance factory has gone above and beyond to remedy this and we will have a new range tomorrow, January 23!

Plus 90% of the lights are out so you can’t even see the scratches and dents. Terrible marketing ploy... Again, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I have ordered from appliance factory two times now, and both times have been extreme headaches. Both times they have not delivered as promised and I have been the one who had to follow up and sort things out. When they finally did deliver they did not install even though both times I paid for the installation fee. Even though their prices are pretty good, in my opinion it is not worth the headache of having to constantly follow up and check on their work.

Stopped-in to Appliance Factory on Sawmill Rd on 3/5/21 as we were trying to find a specific-sized & color Washer & Dryer and Refrigerator ready for delivery immediately. (During COVID-19, product availability has been extremely limited at Lowes, Home Depot, and Big Sandy, and we were time-crunched to get new equipment for our move-in date.) We met with Product Specialist Nick Lewis and General Manager Adam Brown. Both were extremely professional and accommodating with ZERO high-pressure sales techniques trying to push us to something we did not want nor need. Not only did they find the exact equipment we needed in stock and ready to ship, but they also had a Stearns and Foster mattress we desired for our new home. Adam then went the extra mile to beat all others pricing and work with us to ensure we had the absolute best value over all others (who didnt even have these items in stock!) We definitely will buy again from Nick and Adam. Their customer service and pricing is best in class!
