Joe was very knowledgeable and was able to squeeze us in same day. He came prepared to fix our washer, but turns out fixing it would be about as much as purchasing new. He gave me an honest assessment and lots of advice on purchasing a new set which was very helpful!

I called Joe in hopes that he would work on my vintage gas stove. Although he said no and explained why, I was very appreciative of not only his prompt response, but that he took the time to ask questions to help potentially point me in the right direction, and gave me resources of places that might still service it in the state. Joe came same day and fixed my dryer. He even had to go get a part and came back within a half hour. He walked me through the whole process and allowed me to vacuum out each part as he reassembled! 100% would recommend to anyone needing appliance repair. Thanks Joe!

Very nice, friendly and good service

I called a few places and nobody answers live just vm. I called A Hometown Appliance Service. Joe answered the call and said he could come by today. He was great and honest. Figured out quickly the thermal heater and fuse were hosed on my Kenmore dryer. Had the parts on his truck and replaced them. Put on the new vent hose i had purchased just to be helpful and also saw my washer was not level like it should be and found the legs were rusted and not adjustable. Found some wood boards and leveled it. $172 including tax out the door. Sure maybe i could have tried with youtube Like friends said, but at 600-700 for new, i am good with the cost and time saved.
