Very good appliance store! We ended up getting a better deal on a refrigerator at Lowe’s, but did buy our wall oven and cooktop here. Good customer service and easy to talk to. Their main advantage is the availability. Box stores have wait times and if you need something quickly this is your place good appliances a little less than box store prices.

They had such a wide variety, the place looked small from the outside. Very friendly, and helpful people!

We literally had all new kitchen appliances we had to refuse delivery on because the drivers said they wouldnt fit through the door (this was true for the fridge but nothing else) so we looked for alternatives. Upon arriving we found the same appliances minus the fridge, still with maunfacturer warranties (superficial scratch and dents), at a fraction of the price. The only compromise we made was on a different fridge and having to buy the vent hood separately for the stove. Literally saved us thousands and were getting near the same product.

Seems like a good place to buy appliances I went in for an actual part they dont sell individual parts and they were real nice and pointed me into the rite direction...

2 women were working when we arrived. One was walking around on her phone the whole time and seemed nice enough but couldnt really help us. The other one barely said a word to us but then acted like we broke into her home when we asked if prices were negotiable. We didnt know which is why we asked. Apparently theyre not I guess

The sales ladies were really nice and helpful. They offer great deals for scratch and dent name brand refrigerators like Samsung and LG. They have free delivery service available and set up for $35.

I’ve been here several times at this location.Many refrigerator, stoves, dryers and washers.Prices are close to retail. No savings.I would rather buy from retailer with warranty. Not impressed

Excellent selection and service. There was a delay with delivery, but the fridge was still delivered the same day. The delivery guy was great. Would definitely recommend this store if youre looking for a new fridge at a fantasy price.

Decent prices on products. Got a deep freeze for 350-400 because of the damage but we on the hunt for a freezer to put food in not to be the center piece for our house.

Our 20 year Kenmore dryer unexpectedly quit working on a Friday night. Saturday morning, my husband went to A-Co Appliance hoping to find an inexpensive used dryer in good condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband lucked out and found a brand new Samsung dryer (matched our Samsung washer) at half the price of a new one! The top was scratched, but that was fine with us. They delivered it , set it up for us, and hauled our old one away! We’ve owned our dryer over 3 months now and it works great! We had a great experience purchasing our dryer from A-Co Appliance, and we highly recommend them for all of your appliance needs!

Low prices on newer models,great service, friendly atmosphere

I’m old school and feel like I have always preferred the older washing machine vs high priced new ones. These guys have always provided great service and reasonable deals. Used these guys since I moved here 5 years ago. Never had an issue.

Good collection and a super friendly staff

Went yesterday looking for a refrigerator (with my kids). The lady asked what kind of refrigerator I was looking for I said a refrigerator. So she goes on to say well we only have new appliances no scratch and dent and nothing cheap. Yes I felt offended by her comment because I didn’t tell her I was looking for anything cheap. I have bought things from them in the past but I will never buy from them again. That was rude and very unprofessional.So they really should get no stars from me.

This store is located on 2nd Ave. Easy parking. They sell refurbished and new appliances..GE, Frigidaire, etc. Clean &, made new for much less than brand new! And, they deliver! Install! Remove old appliances. I think Mr. Hester owns another shop like this on Brown Ave. They have been serving Columbus a long time!

Bought my brand new refrigerator from them. Had a problem with the icemaker. I called them and like the tick of a clock they came and fixed it. Fixed, not patched!
