I have never seen a more professional and humble man as I did with Al. He was amazing. Not only did he fix the refrigerator with speed and great technical experience. He made the visit pleasant. Extremely nasty man who had an attitude and lied about when he would arrive at our home. We had an appointment for 1:00, he never showed. 30 minutes later, he still has not shown up. We called at 2:00 (an hour AFTER he promised he would be here) asking where he was, and he had an attitude claiming he never said he would be there at the time he gave us in the first place, which was 1:00. Trash service and completely unprofessional.

Aj was awesome! He showed up the same day (even though we called at the end of the day) and had it fixed and working better then before in like 15 minutes. He was nice, personable and told us how to avoid similar problems in the future. We will definitely be calling him if anything breaks again!

He came to my house to repair my dryer and, without any complaint whatsoever, he stayed until the job was done, after 8:00 p.m. He did a wonderful job and simply could not have been nicer! I learned about Appliance Solution from looking up a good and reliable appliance technician. Mr. Dunbar Jr. was prompt and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about his craft and profession. He was able to solve the problem. He is also a graduate, an alum of Columbus Technical College were he received his formal training; a diploma in major appliances. He has excellent customer service skills and is highly competent as a major appliance technician.

AJ came out to look at our dryer that stopped working, and diagnosed a couple of problems that would have made it too expensive to fix, and said we would be better off just finding another used dryer with a warranty. Gave us a good recommendation on a reputable appliance dealer that gives 1-year warranty on used appliances, so we will go that route. Only charged us $60 to diagnose the problem, which in my experience is very reasonable. AJ and his dad are good peeps, and we will contact them again if we have a repair need. Great experience. Mr Al and his son were my technicians.Very knowledgeable with the issues these washers can make. Had an issue with my frigidaire washer not spinning or washing completely turned out it was my hose being to far into the drain. Then they noticed my dryer door being on the opposite side of where I needed it, so they switched the door and made it so much easier to load my dryer from my washer.Outside of these repairs God sent words of healing as well.

It took about 30 mins. or so to get it fixed and my washer is working great w/o flooding. Ive been running my washer all day after it got fixed and I see no water on the floor. Will only use this company for all future appliance repairs. My fridge quit working and I was in a hurry to get someone out to look at it. This was the only company that contacted me back and promptly. Mr. Dunbar came out the same day and diagnosed the issue which was a bad compressor. He was so nice and very knowledgeable. He told me to check and see if I had a warranty (which I wouldn’t have done had he not told me to) and we ended up finding out that we did and the compressor was covered. A $700 savings! I highly recommend using this company.

Our KitchenAid dishwasher began to leak from the motor and I went online to find out who was authorized to do their warranty work. Even though our unit was out of warranty I wanted the best technician available to work on it. Appliance Solution was an authorized repair service and I gave them a call. Mr. AJ came out the next day as promised and diagnosed the problem. He called the manufacturer appliance service specialist and confirmed his diagnosis before he ordered the part. Mr. AJ then told me the total price of my dishwasher repair so that I could decide to go or no go on the repair. We proceeded and Mr. AJ ordered our part, called us when it came in and came back out promptly to replace it. I worked 40 years in customer service before retiring. My wife would say I am a bit difficult to please when it comes to receiving quality customer service. Mr. AJ far exceeded my service expectations and that is no small task. He was professional, courteous, respectful and responsive. We could not ask for a better service experience. He fixed the dishwasher too!

I have experienced multiple issues with a brand new Whirlpool dishwasher and had to have both the pump and a sensor replaced.The first service company (that I will not name) was unreliable. They were never on time and they lost one of the plastic screws that attach the front panel next to the floor. Rather than telling me it was missing and ordering a new one, they left it missing.After the pump ordeal, I realized the dishwasher was not heating during the dry cycle. I refused to use the first company due to all the problems I had with them.Instead, I selected Appliance Solution to perform the repair. The service rep was on time, very professional, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the sensor within a matter of days. He even found the missing screw that the first company had left on top of the dishwasher under the insulation. I highly recommend Appliance Solution and will use them again if needed.

AJ came out to fix a squeaking noise coming from my washing machine. He was very professional and polite on the phone and in person. I really appreciated receiving a call saying he was on his way. After AJ got here he was very detailed and explained everything to me. He also gave me advice on hook ups and how the drain hose should be positioned to allow proper drainage. I will definitely be recommending Appliance Solution, especially AJ.

Best repairman in town. He listen to me when I tried to explain the problem with my Whirlpool gas stove. Oven very difficult to ignite and stay on while baking. He was determined to research and find the problem and do necessary repairs. He took the bottom of the stove apart and determined the igniter needed to be replaced. He cleaned the other parts the igniter was attached to. I have had this problem for several months. Previously had two repairmen from different companies to service the stove: not. They never took the stove apart . They said it could be several expensive different parts. One repairman turned the stove on and of course it ignited with no issues and he did not try to look or check any parts, just stated needed to call when there was a real problem. Al made sure the stove was working before he left. Very neat, polite, gentleman.

Had this company come out for a warranty repair on a Frigidaire through Electrolux. First guy that came out, I believe the son was super nice and found the leak and the leaking part quickly. Stated how common it was for this company to have problems and that it was clear the part was defective. Parts were ordered. Claim was made with the warranty company for the damage to the hardwood floors due to the leak. The repair man said during the replacement it was clear the water leaking from the defective part was was caused the damage to the hardwood floor.The warranty company refused to repair the floor because they said the part wasn’t leaking. So they sent the company back out to confirm the damage again. This time the older gentleman man came out. He spoke with my wife and said nope it’s not leaking. My wife said yeah we know, the other guy fixed it. He wouldn’t make a statement about the floors and wouldn’t support what the first repairman said about the parts leaking. The parts were covered in rust. This company donesnt care about the consumer, only getting paid and keeping their relationship with a warranty company that has 1000’s of negative reviews on BBB. I would refuse to allow this company to do warranty work.
