Great Service went over and beyond to help inform my wife and I on the things that could preserve our washing machine.

I bought a washer and a dryer, and had a minor problems couple of times but each time they come out and resolved it. They are working great, I will use them again.

Bought a used stove/oven for $400.00 , hooked it up and oven and oven light didnt work, Hester said he would replace it, he did not, so 7 days later I returned the stove/oven and offered to sell it back for $200.00 and was told he would never pay that much for one. What a F-n rip off this place is. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone for anything.

I bought a washer and dryer set on 7/30/2020. The washer works fine, but the dryer quit on me the very first time that I used it. This company is filled with a bunch of unprofessional compulsive liars, and the owner is the worst. They dont come when the say they are coming, and they dont have the decency to call to tell you that they are not coming. I have called several times, and went there in person...lies, lies, and more lies. Today, someone finally came and picked up the dryer to fix it, and said that they would bring it back by the end of the day...so I called because its almost closing time, and was told that they will do it tomorrow. I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional in my life. They are horrible, and couldnt care less about you being upset, because they tell lie after lie. They dont give refunds, and wont even exchange it for a dryer that works. But no worries, because I know that they are not going to have it fixed by tomorrow, so I will be filing a claim with the BBB and a claim for small claims court, for a refund. They dont EVER have to worry about me doing business with them again, and for anyone that does, do so at your own risk.

Due to COVID-19 businesses has had to change how they operate. Hesters Appliance had my Samsung washer for over a month thats sad 😥 but it wasnt there fault 🤔 due to COVID-19 this virus affected all suppliers I for One didnt like being inconvenient but there was nothing I could do or Hesters appliances or even the suppliers. But I now have my washer back works like brand new 😁. Thanks to Hesters Appliance good service and great workmanship I have my convenience back 😀 Thanks guys 🤝

I purchased a washer a few months ago and it has broken twice. They repaired it the first time, but I have been without a washer now for almost 3wks. Either they dont answer or the person answers and says theyll call back. I work 2 jobs and dont have time to go to a laundromat. Plus, my washer should still be under warranty. I previously bought a dryer from them with no issue. I have referred several people here, not anymore after this.

I was in a tight spot to finish a job. They obviously understood because they jumped on my repair so I was able to keep my customers happy. Good people and hard working. Wont go anywhere else!

This business is crooks. DONT i repeat DO NOT BUY any appliances from this business. I shouldnt even call it a business, more of a bunch of bums who goes around different neighborhoods the night before trash day and pick up broken and used appliances. Fix them up just enough to work for a few months and then break again. Than gain your trust when they offer you a bs warranty of a year or two depending upon your purchase. Was greeted at the door and offered a great deal for a stove. The sales men were very friendly and patient with me. Met the owner as he was the one who delivered, installed and removed my old stove. He too was very kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

They never showed up..I called them and they said they would be right out..never showed up..would not recommend them to anyone!

I gotta admit they were extremely helpful and very easy going. You dont feel like theyre trying pump you for a sale. I would no problem doing business with them and would recommend them anyday and twice on Sunday.

I wasnt too happy with the customer service that I received over the phone however the repairman that came to my home was great. He fixed the problem I was having with my washer and explained what was wrong in a way that I understood.

The Salesman was very helpful and informative. We went to buy a dryer and ended up buy a washer & dryer set.⭐⭐ Warranty service calls; Weve bought a refrigerator and a washer/dryer from Hesters. Had to have someone come out about the refrigerator. He didnt have the part he needed and left saying hed be back. 2 or 3 days later my husband called them to find out what what going on with the part. They had to order it but NO ONE ever calls with any kind of update. We waited and waited, finally it was fixed after my husband called them several more times.⭐⭐ We had to call them for our dryer, its not heating up to dry clothes. I knew going by our previous experience that he wouldnt have the part. I was right! He left to go get the part. I waited for him to come back, knowing more than likely he wouldnt be back that day, it was too close to 5:00. But, I waited anyway, and had to miss my sons playing in the band. So, here it is now Friday, No call & no show to finish the repair. So, we wait..???

They have nice appliance

Little Tim is very unprofessional. They would call and say they would come at a certain time and don’t show up at all. He has done this several times. I even texted him several times and he never got back with me. Very unorganized and unprofessional. They do not uphold their warranties either! I will never shop there again or refer anyone. It’s not worth it.

Service was on time, fixed washer in no time. Tim. was honest , and didnt take advantage of the situation, which some might have. Highly recommend.

Decently priced used appliances. Had to open up the dryer and thoroughly clean it from all the dust and grime that prevented it from drying the clothes properly. Also had to clean the outside of both appliances.

Called about a freezer. Said I wanted it. Asked when it could be delivered. Was told they had to schedule it with the owner. I waited for a call. Didnt receive a call back after several hours. . I called back to be told I would hear about it the next day. Got no call. I called back. They sold it out from under me. NEVER AGAIN!

They have a good selection of appliances to pick from, prices are good, and they stand behind a one year warranty they give you. Cant go wrong here.

I went there today to purchase a used washer. I was given a great price on the Whirlpool washer that I was interested in , free delivery & a one year warranty included . After explaining my issue with my current washer, the owner volunteered the likely fix and demonstrated the repair on a similar washer that was for sale. Who does that ? Great experience, thanks !!

About a used washer machine from this place in March the machine went out in August so now they want to charge $55 to come out and look at it when its supposed to have a 1 year warranty on it. That was a waste of $200. I wont be back and i wouldnt advise no one to shop with them.

Friendly people. Sold me a used washing machine for reasonable price. The whirlpool washing machine worked good for 3 years. Just stopped working. I plan to buy another washing machine from Hesters.

Please do not waste your time nor you money at this place. I know You may be looking for a cheap dryer,washer, etc but don’t do it. They showed me twice!!! First time they said delivery was between 3-4pm okay 4pm nobody shows up so I called back about 4:30 and they all of a sudden have a flat tire but they are coming. Mind you they close at 5:30. Im calling and calling and nobody answers. So the next day i called soon as they opened and told them I need It deliveried today at 10am or I want My money back. They say okay that’s fine. 10 comes around and you know what happened nobody called or anything so i called them for the guy to tell me that he got me mixed up with someone else and told the driver not to come at 10 cause I was At work when I just Had to talk to them at 9am. I just Went up there and got my money back. Never Again will i do business with them or refer them to anyone!!!

They did a good job on my washer but the customer service was pretty bad. They would call me back several times to verify my home address and what time they were arriving, then left to get a part and said theyd be right back and it took almost 4 hours. I wasted my day sitting around waiting on this part. Also, the company only has one phone line so its constantly busy and when I kept trying to call them back from the missed calls, it was busy.

The service guy call me and told me he was on his way. I was at home waiting hoping to get my front loader Whirlpool duet washing machine fixed. Once he realize it was a part that would be experience to fix. He should me the part and explain the problem. Then he also said I could have a problem with the tub eventally. So,therefore I decide not to fix the washing machine. I asked him how much was the service call. He told me $45.00. I asked him if he could give me a receipt. He replied he didnt have a receipt book. That his truck had blowup and he was on another vehicle. He said he would bring a receipt back and of course he never did. I tried calling Hesters and the line was busy. I also tried to call the service guy back ,but he didnt answer. I also left a voicemail on his phone. The call was never return. That made me kind of suspicious.

I have bought 3 used appliances. Always had great service until yesterday. Scheduled a 11-1 however when I called to let them know to ring the front bell some other guy( who lied) said he was the one who scheduled my repair stated it was from 2-3(total lie) but I said ok. Well 3:40 comes still nobody so I called. They stated the tech was unable to find my house in Columbus but I live in Phenix City. So they apologized and said the tech would be here at 4:30. Still no tech at 4:58 but should be here in 20 mins still nobody until 5:53 then he say he was here to look at a dryer. I was then told the freezer needed to be plugged up for at least 24 hours to determine if its a freon leak( which was not told to me in ANY calls). Then was told I need to schedule another appointment and someone would call the next morning...NO CALL. I called and was treated like i had inconvenienced them for a whole day and said I need to find somebody else to fix it and I act like they owe me something. As angry and mad as I was the first day is an understatement... not only did I lose a full day of work but also had to toss out my other food. Would I purchase from them again based on this incident most likely not. It takes one bad experience that can ruin a business relationship.

Had my washer and dryer less than a year. Was told when I purchased it that I had a 2 year warranty. Dryer has broken 2 times now and it was difficult for them to get to my apartment on time or even show up at all the first two times. On the third time I made an appointment for a Monday morning because I am at work any other day. The appointment was for 9-10. At 12 I called and asked where they were and they werent sure what happened. Asked if 3 would work. They never let me know. At 3:30 they call and ask if I am home, and then tell me that they cant wait 30 minutes because they are booked up. However failed to make my appointment earlier in the day. Then told me I would have to pay for a service call, when I am supposed to have a 2 year warranty and it hasnt even been 1 year. I am very much over this place. If you want to run a business then show up to your clients appointments and actually have a system where you can keep up with who has warranties.

Everything is perfect except for their prices. Want top dollar for their inventory and offer bottom dollar for your appliances.

I have a front load Whirlpool dryer that just started making a loud squeaky noise on Monday. I called on Tuesday, due to the reviews Ive seen and told them what was wrong. They knew exactly what is was. Gave me a price and set my appointment for Saturday at my request between 9am-10am, which was perfect. Received a call from Chris, arrived and completed the job within the time frame. Also, the repair cost was affordable and reasonable. He was very professional, gave me advice on my washer and dryer for the near future. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a Maytag Washing machine in March from these bozos. It has leaked water all over my floor, it shakes so bad no matter what you have in it. The basin came completely detached and they came to repair it. The washing machine still leaks water on the floor at random times, it vibrates and shakes uncontrollably every time I use it. I WILL NEVER buy anything from them again!! Worst experience ever buying a used appliance. I deterred two friends from buying appliances from them and I will deter more!!! I have a BIG MOUTH, I am not afraid to use it!!! They were 3 hours late delivering it, that should have been my first clue!!!!

Don’t uphold there warranty

I was in need of a stove. I called , I was told there was a stove that I was looking for. I was sent pictures. Asked if he could hold I was coming from a long distance and was on my way. When I arrived(after driving 55 min.) I was told it was sold but that there was another outside just like it. But it was 20 more. For the same stove. And that the two other stoves were 275 .I said they are selling the same stove at Lowes for 319. And it is not used and no dents. I had bought several stoves from them in the past but this time they were rude and didnt stand true. I called the manager but still have not received a call back. . Lowes didnt mind getting my business!!! And will from now on...

A Columbus landmark of service

Sold me a washer & dryer with a 1 year warranty. Washer drum started not working, called repair man to come out, said he couldnt fix it & needed more parts, then never came back.I had to deal with the washer being incredibly loud, but it still worked somewhat to wash clothes. Then my dryer broke out, I called to have someone come look at my dryer, they put me on hold for 5 minutes while I heard them talking with each other in the background. They picked up the phone surprised that I was still on it, then took my info and said they would call me back. It has been over a week and they havent called. Their service line is usually busy, and when you call the other line they just refer you to someone else. The cheaper price with a waranty isnt worth the hassle.

They came out and worked on my cabrio washer and the service man fixed it within 30 minutes and gave me a one year warranty on the part! I would reccomend this place to anyone that ask me about getting their appliance fixed.
