Had our Pella Door installed last week. Being a post COVID world, the installation was postponed a couple times. Matt and Jared came last week and spent 3 hours removing the old doors and fitting the new door. Since our home has settled over the years, they had to fit a rectangular door into a trapezoidal opening. When they were done, it looked perfect. Now to work on the rest of the house.

I replaced all the windows in my home with the Pella Vinyl 250 series. When selecting them, Jim suggested putting wood trim around each window inside. What a difference that makes, really looks stylish now instead of so plain. The crew, Jared, Matt, and Craig, did a great job on installation. Very pleased with my new windows!

Choosing Pella for my window replacement company was the best experience I have had in a home improvement in 30 years. Everyone was extremely professional from the salesperson, Jason Potter, to the installer, Chris Fieger. Chris was always on time and very knowledgeable and an expert at removing my old windows and installing my replacement windows. He was the consumate professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. He has many years experience in installing windows and doors. I would never use anyone else for replacement windows. There is no other company that can compare. The warranty is incredible.

We recently had several windows replaced in our home. Nick, David and Sal performed the work over three days here. They were on time, professional, and did a high quality job. They communicated well through the whole process. We’re happy with our new windows, thank you!

Would not recommend! The door they installed was not measured correctly, it cannot be opened all the way as it hits the stairs behind the door. That, however, is not my biggest complaint. The employees lack of professionalism in working with me to get it fixed and lack of responsiveness is the biggest problem. Although I have spent 6 weeks trying various ways to get someone in sales to talk to me about the issue, no one would respond to me. We still cannot open out door. I would have expected more for the amount of money we paid. Very poor indeed.

Installers Jarred and Matt removed 18 old windows and did a very profesional and conscience job of installing 18 new windows. They were congenial and thoughtful, taking special care to preserve the foundational plantings and cleaned up all debris. We were very pleased with the work and it was done in a timely manner.

Sales process was easy, and our sales rep was quick to respond to calls and emails.That being said, the installation process was unclear, problematic, and drawn out. Our installation was initially marked as “lead-safe,” which delayed installation; install crew then said lead-safe precautions were not necessary and did not take extra precautions.Project manager moved our installation up one week, then multiple windows were not in from the factory, prompting another visit.One window was mis-measured, prompting an additional visit. The second window was still not exactly the right size, but the install crew made it work.Window handles were not drilled, prompting an additional visit from another team member just to drill holes.Pella made no effort to make amends for repeated visits, incorrect and delayed products. We had to stay on top of our sales rep to have any action taken.Install crews cleaned up reasonably well and communicated clearly about when they would be at the house and what they were doing. Thanks to our installers, Chris, Anthony, Jarred, and Matt.Products are an improvement over our 100 year old windows.

The young men who did my installation were terrific. Matt, Jarred andCraig. I am very pleased with Pella and if I need anything again, I want this team.

Extremely poor customer service if you need repairs after installation. We have brand new Pella windows throughout our new home and several have needed to be replaced due to broken seals or significant scratching. We have waited a year for one repair and 6 months for another. Still waiting for both. This is not a COVID manufacturing issue this is is a management issue. Buyer beware. No installation is perfect AND when you need them to fix it...plan on a SIGNIFICANT wait. Could be years at this point. I will never recommend or use this company again. Totally unprofessional. Kind of floored at the lack of professionalism actually. I thought Pella had a good and trusted name in the industry.

Had Pella replace a “competitor” bay window. All other windows in our house are Pella that we installed. They are over 10 years old and are still in the same condition as the day we installed them. We couldn’t handle the bay, so we had to have that competitor install. It was drafty, leaked, and lost the argon within 5 years. Pella has great products that last. Our installers were awesome. They did a very thorough job, very professional and really cleaned up after the job was finished.

The best thing about getting Pella windows is the installation team. Chris, Anthony and Derek are the best at what they do. They were on time, friendly, conscientious, and worked very hard until they were finished. I can’t say enough kind things about them. Big thank you to the three of them! Pella is very lucky to have them. The windows are very, very nice, too. The only thing I wouldn’t rate very highly is their customer service. Needs much more improvement. After they make the sale, they don’t call you back. That part is very frustrating and needs to be improved.

The ordering process was easy, and our rep was friendly and wonderful to work with.On the scheduled install date, the guys from Setters Construction got right to work. It was blistering hot outside, but they powered through and did an amazing job. They were professional and friendly and cleaned up after the project was finished (some rooms were even cleaner than they found them!).The install took a couple days, and after the first day my husband and I noticed that the dividing lines on the large front picture window didnt quite line up (its a box window with a semi-circle window on top). We figured we made a mistake when we picked out the windows, but the next day one of the guys came up to us and let us know they had noticed the misalignment and had already called our rep and the rep would be sending someone out to re-do the dividers and make it line up perfectly!Overall, great experience. The windows and install are lovely, and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get replacement windows.

Our windows from 1924 were “finally” ready to be replaced….My husband Jim and I met with the team from Pella Windows and after several back-and-forth meetings we settled on the Traditional Architect series for our 27 windows. The ordering process was painless thanks to Jim Gehm and Jay Hill’s installation team completed the herculean task of removing heavy metal casement windows out of our granite stone exterior and installing the new with minimal disruption.Thank you to the Pella team for changing the ambiance in our home, we don’t even hear the sirens anymore! We highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors of Montgomery if you are considering upgrading your windows.

We had a very bad experience leading up to our experience today. The installation of the products were not going well. The products themselves are high quality and beautiful to look at but the installation teams were not up to what you would expect from Pella. Pella made it right and sent out Jarred and Matt today. Jarred and Matt did an excellent job on my door installation. They showed me a couple of areas of concern of when the original door was installed and those were cleared up. They did an excellent job. You could tell they really cared about doing the job correctly.

Our home that was built in 2003 had Pella windows installed. The largest pane in a six panel picture window had a seal failure and needed to be replaced. Pella was able to replace just that window without having to replace the entire large picture window structure saving thousands of dollars and the result turned out terrific.

Arrived on time, completed installation in timely manor. Professional installation and workmanship. Windows look beautiful. Jarred bright was installer.

Updated Review 10/24/20:Me and my husband purchased a sliding door with built in blinds/roll screen and a custom front door with side lights. Has been a very frustrating, months long process that is still not finished at this point in time. We do not feel any product is worth the hassle this has brought us. This has been a series of people blaming each other and no one taking accountability. This is the timeline of our experience:5/2/2020- Show room visit, selected our doors5/3/2020- Submitted our financing approval to our sales consultant5/19/2020- Pella came to our house. Finalized payment and measurements. Called to schedule installation on 7/6/2020.5/31/2020- Notified by our sales consultant that our entry door has been delayed due to COVID shut downs. Rescheduled to 8/17/2020.Week of 8/10/2020- Received a call from Pella scheduler to let us know that our front door again is delayed. Claims that she has absolutely no way of tracking our door in the process of manufacturing. she has our sliding door, but she wants our project to be in one day for the crew. Rescheduled to 8/28/2020.Week before 8/28/2020 received another call from scheduler. Again wanting to push out our installation. Informed her that we want our sliding door installed and do not want this to be continued to be pushed out.8/28/2020- Installation day arrives for sliding door. Never received a call with ETA, Pella crew just arrived around 9am. Crew fights on scene and sends one guy home. Botched molding is put up to replace our current molding (included pictures attached). Black scratches all over interior of door. Did not have our roll up screen and had no clue where this was.Evening of 8/28/20- Send pictures to our sales consultant because we are upset about the quality of product that we received. Was told that the manager would be in contact with us with a credit back. No idea why our screen is not delivered as there were no inventory issues with this item.9/1/2020- Project manager comes to our house to inspect our sliding door that we were upset about. Able to clean off the black marks from door. Remeasured the molding and agreed all of it would have to be taken off and replaced. Really nice guy. Plan was to fix molding when our front door was installed.Silence from Pella for a few weeks. 2 more installation dates in September get post-poned again. Still no idea where our front door is in the process of being made and scheduler has no idea where our roll up screen is. We keep rescheduling because otherwise we get no updates from Pella. Post-poned installation to 10/8/2020.Receive call from scheduler as our 10/8/2020 installation nears again. We tell her that we want our roll up screen installed still. She states she will notify the Project Manager that we want our screen installed still.10/8/20- Again no phone call on our installation date to confirm. No one comes to install screen. Receive no phone calls.Evening of 10/8/20- Send an email to our sales consultant again to let her know that no one arrived to install our screen. She states she will look into this in the morning and let us know what happened.10/9/20- Husband tries calling Pella around his lunch break. Calls 3 times and each time gets hung up on when requesting to speak with our sales consultant. Emails sales consultant and gets an immediate response. Gives his cell phone, but she never calls. Instead the manager calls him to discuss our dissatisfaction with Pella.10/13/20- Manager calls to inform us that they are installing our screen 10/14/2020.10/14/20- Crew who came the first time returned to install our screen and fixed interior molding. We were upset that the crew who fought and did a poor job was sent back when we requested that they did not. Project manager comes. Remeasured the front door and said the one ordered in May measured an inch shorter than it should have been.10/22/20- Receive a call from the scheduler. Front door is pushed out another 6 weeks. Likely not getting the door for the foreseeable future and unsure when we will get it.

Jarred and Matt arrived on time, were extremely friendly, courteous and conscientious about their work. They put a drop cloth down before they began and swept up before they left. Couldn’t have been more polite.

We had 3 replacement windows installed by Pella. The installers Jarred and Matt were very professional and friendly. They obviously knew what they were doing. We are very happy with the new windows and definitely recommend Pella.

The quality of the door as well as the installation will have us doing additional business with them. Nick with Mirror Image installed my door from Pella and all my wife was saying was “I love IT!”

The Pella team did an excellent job! They were very professional and exceeded my expectations.

We contacted Greg at Pella Montgomery about replacing an old exterior door on our home. Our home was built in the 1880s so none of the openings are standard sized and there was a transom above the door. Initially, we considered reframing the opening to fit a standard sized door, but a friend suggested that we contact Pella about a custom installation. It turned out to be some of the best home improvement advice weve received.Greg came out a for an initial appointment in November to take some measurements and go over the different options that Pella offered. We were surprised that there were so many options available to truly customize the door - colors, hardware, glass types, dividers for the windows, interior trim, etc. It was overwhelming at first, but Greg explained all the different options and how they would impact not only the look of the door, but also the cost. We had the option to order the door and install it ourselves or use one of Pellas installers. Although it was an additional cost, we elected to have Pella install the door and replace the interior trim.We took a few weeks to make a decision and Greg and a colleague came out again in December to take final measurements and confirm the final specs of the door. After placing the order, we scheduled an install date about 6 weeks later.When the install date came and the door arrived, the installer and I realized that the door was missing a key component (the exterior molding that is built into the door at the manufacturing site) and could not be properly installed without it. This may have been my lack of experience in ordering custom products and not fully understanding all the options that were available. It was disappointing that the install would have to wait, but Pella handled it very professionally and re-ordered the correct product immediately without any additional charge.The correct door came and was installed in mid-March. The installer arrived on time and did an incredible job installing the door and making sure the interior trim work matched the other casework in our house. I am very particular about the work being done in our home and accepted that I may have had to make a few adjustments to the trimwork, patch some nail holes, repaint a few things, etc. Much to my surprise, the installer (really, he should be called a craftsman and not an installer) completed the job exactly as I would have and there was not one bit of work left to do when they were finished a few hours later. No touch-ups, no nail holes, no caulking, and no dust left behind. The installer came back a week or so later to install a custom piece of aluminum flashing around the door sill so that the install would blend seamlessly with the existing exterior trim. It was a small detail, but its the sum of the small details that really make a difference.A custom door is going to considerably lighten your wallet - perhaps more than youd expect - but the end product has exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. We use the door every day and we have had absolutely no regrets or second thoughts about our choice to work with Pella on a custom product and asked Greg to come out recently to measure for another door. My only recommendation - and again, this my reflect my inexperience with custom doors/windows - would be to make absolutely sure that you understand all of the available options (and there are MANY) and walk through them one by one with the salesman to make sure that the door you are ordering matches your expectations for the final product.Everyone that we worked with at Pella Montgomery - the salesman, the craftsman/installer, the scheduler, and customer service was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome of the project.

We had to replace a window sash due to a failed glass seal. problem was addressed and resolved quickly to my satisfaction. I would recommend Pella to anyone who needs replacement windows.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The service technicians that came out to measure were knowledgeable, professional and yet friendly. I was happy to get one of the two back for installation but the second installer was just as impressive. AND - they not only wear booties when they come into your home, they also clean up after themselves. Scheduling was a breeze - everyone was friendly and professional.

We couldnt do it with out his help,between product knowledge and answering thequestions I dont think to ask. He is the cornerstoneto having a successful sale and install. They installed two bay windows in my kitchen. Trim is real wood and matches the rest of the house perfectly. Outside they did extensive rework to make sure the trim matched the look of the old windows. Made a few extra trips to get it just how I wanted. Ordering more windows soon.

My experience with Pella Windows could not have been more positive. I had all new windows installed in my home and from the first time I met with Chet Navey, the sales consultant, I could not have been happier. He knew the product without any hesitation and any and all of my questions and concerns were answered promptly and efficiently. The installation date arrived and the installers were prompt and worked diligently to complete the job. They took care and were responsible workers. I would never hesitate to recommend Pella and I have had only positive comments on the new windows by others. The product is above reproach and those who represent Pella, in my opinion, are the best representatives Pella could have.

Enjoyed working with Chet Navey and the team at Pella windows. I had 15 windows replaced along with an ugly door. They spent 5 days here and accomplished a fantastic transformation. Windows are solid and weather tight. I now have a double door that I can open both doors for moving large items in or out of the basement. Much more secure. Great work!

Dealing with Pella Windows of Cincinnati has been the most stressful and troubling experience I have ever had. They lack basic customer service skills, project management oversight, urgency and execution. I contracted with them to replace all windows (33) on our home back in September of 2018. I was told that my installation would take 5 consecutive days beginning November 7th and here we are, 3 months later and the job is not completed. I had 3 damaged windows installed and while new ones were on order they didnt flash the outside leaving them all exposed to the elements for over a month and a half. I asked repeatedly for them to come out and finish it and I kept getting the run around. When the new replacement windows came in on January 29th, 2019 those were damaged. Does Pella not have a quality control process - this is ridiculous ?!?! In addition, I have different jamb depths across the house, unfinished interior trim and inferior craftsmanship (see attached picture). They have been to my house over 10 times over the past 3 months and still havent completed the work. I have had to make accommodations at work to be home for all of this and its been a massive inconvenience for me and they act like its no big deal. I have escalated this and there is zero accountability or attempts to remedy in an expedient manner. They have taken my hard earned money and have frustrated me beyond words can comprehend. The only reason they are 1 star is because I cant post if its not rated. I need someone in Pella leadership to step up and make this right.

Our GC is very quality driven and insisted we use Pella for our doors and windows. Upon entering the showroom we knew it would be a great experience. They had a beautiful showroom with all the doors and windows on pull out displays, and it allowed you to compare, open and close, and see the quality. We even upgraded our patio slider upon seeing the one they had on the boardroom in the back.Sure, you can get good windows elsewhere, and probably pay a little less, but we know that we bought quality that is going to hold up for many years.

We purchased a double entry door from Pella. Our sales representative, Robert Senile, was incredible throughout the entire project. He always responded quickly to emails and answered our questions. The installers were professional and knowledgeable. The person who scheduled the appointments was efficient and easy to work with. Were very satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend Pella. Thanks again to everyone who assisted on our project!

I had two French doors replaced with two sliding doors. I love them they have the built in blinds also. Couldn’t have been more impressed with the whole experience..From the salesman to the installers. They did a great job and really did A+ work. When I’m ready for replacement windows I’ll be calling them again....

Greg Grow was the salesman /specialist who worked with us. We had a horrible situation with a newly purchased home and he handled it so well turning a nightmare into something manageable!!! He gave us the best service advice and product and we could not ask for anything better!!!! He was very knowledgeable sympathetic and understanding whole also giving us information and advice on how to handle the situation with not only the windows but outside of the scope of his job. We cannot say enough about his professionalism knowledge and attitude. We would recommend him to anyone!!!

We purchased fiber-glass replacement windows for our entire house for close to $50,000. The installers came for 3 days, installed about 70% of the windows and then quit. The installers told me Id have to wait for 2 more months until they had availability to finish my house. I called the corporate line and the project manager. The project manager promised they would use all available resources to finish my project. The installation was rescheduled for a Saturday, a week out from my initial installation appointment. On Saturday, a different installer came and informed me that the original installer refused to come. The second installer was very polite but was not told what kind of windows they were working on and did not have the proper equipment. Also, while it was perfect weather for my original installation date, it was pouring rain for the second date. Net, nothing was done on Saturday and I was promised that first thing the following Monday they would find a date (soon, possibly the following weekend, to finish the installation). I received no call on Monday and am still waiting to reschedule. Meanwhile, I have windows and materials sitting in my garage and I cant park my car. And, they measured one of my windows incorrectly, so they had to reorder and I will have to set up another date to install the last window. I could have worked with a local, less expensive company and had the installation completed in a day or two. My neighbor had a whole team of installers finish their windows in a day or two. Pella sent two installers and a third helper. This is the most negative experience I have ever had with any product or service. Their windows are very nice, but they are difficult to work with. I do not recommend them, overall.

From sales to service, they knocked it out of the park. The sales representative was very down to earth, knowledgeable about the products, and helped us actually select a patio door style that totally enhanced the appearance of our family room while also adding a solution that would allow for easy in and out movement of furniture. The doors are beautiful.The service team kept me up to date of when they anticipated to arrive and were very polite, professional, and courteous throughout the install. They were done in just a couple of hours and made sure everything was clean before they left. Couldnt be happier.

I need to replace 9 front and side windows on my current home. Nikki and Fred came out to my house to discuss the choices I had and were very knowledgeable and helpful. They discussed in detail the different functionality and maintenance of each type of window. In the end I decided on going with the fiberglass windows since they are so low in maintenance. I will update my review once the windows are installed.Update: All windows have been installed and I could not be happier. The installers were very professional and as tidy as they could be. I cant wait to finish the rest of the house. I was nervous going with the fiberglass windows, Im so glad I did, they are beautiful and easy to manage. Thank you Pella!!!

Robert who was my salesman he did a wonderful job. He even came back to my home right before the installers were finished to make sure I was satisfied with the my new back door. The installers did a wonderful job as well. They were punctual, neat and quick. I will definitely hire Pella windows in the future.

I recently had a Pella rep (Greg Grow) out to our home to provide an estimate to replace a picture window. He was thorough in discussing the options, types of glass and in talking through what next steps were. He also followed up after the visit with transparent information that led to our decision to not pursue replacing our window. While Im sure he wanted to add a sale, he prioritized what was best for us.

Pella windows are the best quality out there. If you have an historic home or a quality new custom home, you need Pella. They are beautiful and lasting. Greg is a pleasure to work with and the team was very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our windows and the service of the team.

It is the customers service we received that I find invaluable. We received a very thorough walk through of the Pella products to the installation process from our sales rep, Lars. The installers provided us an overview of the work they would be performing and kept us informed through out the day. I will definitely hire Pella windows in the future!!

We just recently ordered our 2nd Pella 350 Sliding Glass door. The experience after the first purchase and install was first rate. Logan Wallace has been a great salesman to work with. He has supported us in home and spent a great deal of time in the showroom with us reviewing details and options. The door with the triple pane glass has reduced noise dramatically.We have more windows to replace and will certainly look to Logan and Mike the installer for our needs.

Justin visited our home on a Friday at 5PM and didnt even complain about my time choice! More importantly, he was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Justin came across as a trusted advisor rather than a salesperson and even recommended against changing the master bedroom windows as the problem was simple user error. Shhh, dont judge! Smart move on his behalf because now we trust him and will use his services for the windows at our rental properties in the Cincinnati area. Wholeheartedly recommend Justin and Pella!

My husband and I bought a home which already had Pella Windows installed. When we had an issue with a Window, we reached Emily Fischer (their sales person) who was incredibly professional, came to the house, identified that I didnt need a replacement window, but rather just some service. She helped schedule an appointment with their service department. Everyone in their Service Department was fantastic to work with - from the inside coordinator, Scott Sims to especially the team on the outside run by Mike Guy. Mike is fantastic! I wouldnt dream of using anyone else. Many thanks for their extra time and professional attention!

Our sales rep, Greg Grow, provided very detailed information and advice on options for our entry doors. We got a good price and great financing on the project, and Greg has been available for any questions or concerns weve had throughout the process.

John and Zak just left after completing a window install. What great service. I expected at least a half day the way things usually go, but they were in and out in about 2 hours. We had all new, architecturally appropriate, windows installed in our 1928 Tudor. Im so glad we went with Pella, the Montgomery OH, location. The guys were great at every step of the way. Jason was the point man on sales and service. He kept us on schedule, addressed all our concerns on colors and finishes and followed up every step of the way. The issue is the speed with which they are able to come out and execute a service call. We installed Pella windows in our house when we built in in 2009. We love them...except for the fact that a service call typically takes 5-7 weeks.I asked them why. The answer was that they were behind and scheduled 8 weeks out. However, this has been the case since we have had the windows for 8 years. I believe the market/demand is there to hire/train more service technicians.If we were building another house, as much as we love the Pella windows, this service response time would likely lead us to consider other window companies.

Salesman who came out for estimate was very informative, soft spoken, listened, and was very pleasant. I have been visited by Champion, Anderson renewal, and Pella. They are all good, but the Pella guy was very pleasant and not pushy and left when he had nothing else to say. Refreshing.

Pella is the best for a reason. From their sales people (Greg) to their installers (Justin & Mike) it just doesnt get any better. They were professional yet made you feel like you had known them for years. Sure you can buy less expensive windows but you get what you pay for. Everyone who has come to my house has had the same response of WOW!!! Now I can sit back and enjoy my windows and the view. Keep it up Pella, you are the Gold Standard.

The Pella installers were great. We had three sliding doors replaced in a day and a half. Left everything clean and painted. We would recommend them highly.

Pella was nice to work with all around. Robert Senile was our sales person and he was great. John was our installer and he was also great. Pella was priced right for the quality of the window, and I am very happy with the end result. I had originally got quotes from AE Door and window and champion window, but in the end Pella earned my business and I am very glad that I made that decision.If you dont buy your next windows from Robert your probably wasting your time and money.

We replaced all windows and several doors in our home using Pella. We had an awesome experience working with Emily. Her communication was excellent (weve worked with so many contractors on our remodel and good communication is so hard to find!), she was always accommodating, and most importantly we are very happy with the quality of the products as well as the installation.

We have used Pella windows and Doors for three home improvement projects over the last couple of years. We had two window replacement projects which we were extremely pleased with. We had a very conscientious salesman who helped us to select the proper windows for our house. Each project was different, so the salesman helped to guide us through selecting the best product for each of the two projects. Our 3rd project was the addition of storm doors. The salesman again helped with guiding us with selecting the right product for our doors. In all cases the installers were on time and the job exceeded our expectations. They always left our house cleaner than they found it.

I visited the Montgomery showroom this week and spoke with a kind older gentlemen by the name of Steve. He was very knowledgeable about the product and help us really understand doors and windows. We look forward to taking the next step.

I would not recommend doing business with Pella. Here is a breakdown of the chain of events that I experienced working with them.In August 2019 we signed a contract with Pella for the installation of two sliding glass doors. One door was for the basement and the other was for the deck. The original installation date was scheduled for October 4th 2019.Shortly before the installation date we were contacted and told that a door that would better fit our project was now available. This change resulted in a delay to our project. I believe that there was one additional delay in the month of October. At this point we asked for a partial refund. The door installs were now scheduled for November 8th.We received notification of another delay shortly before this installation. The basement door was available but the deck entrance was not. The basement door installation went well and the door works as advertised. The workmanship around the door was not as promised. We were told that the trim work would be painted. This was not done. We painted the interior and asked Pella to paint the exterior.After additional cancellations on November 8th and 23rd the deck door was scheduled to be installed on December 15th. Upon arrival the installer realized that he did not have a door handle. He was also concerned about potential wood rot issues. The door was delayed yet again.Installer came on December 22nd 2019 to install the door. After removing our door and windows the installer realized that Pella had given him the incorrect door frame. He then proceeded to frame out the door and cover it in plywood.I have taken multiple days off from work to be onsite for the installation. I have cancelled weekend plans to be available for the installation. The communication from Pella has been lacking. The salesperson has stopped responding to my messages. The install manager has been slow to respond as well. I’ve been told that I will receive a call by X o’clock and then never contacted multiple times. The installation crew while nice was late nearly every visit. The final product that Pella installed in my home is beautiful but it is simply not worth the hassle that I have gone through. My doors were finally completed in early January. It took over four months for my project to be completed.

We hired Pella 4 months ago to install 1 sliding door and 1 normal door. They had to reschedule the installation 4 times. The sliding door does not close properly. The normal door came in and did not fit, now Pella said they cannot put the door in. We have hired Windows Plus to install the door. Pella will not return our deposit and has not offered to fix the door that does not function properly. In my opinion they are going out of business, do not give them money especially up front.So update, they only gave back part of my deposit on the door they couldnt install. The did come and repair the door that didnt close properly, however in the process they glued the screen door shut.

We purchased windows for our new construction in February, 2018. Pella was paid in full for the windows and installation. More than one year after installation we continue to have issues with these windows that were never fully installed properly. Window frames and cranks are missing. Windows are not operational. Most dont open and close properly. Many do not lock, this is a safety issue for my family. Windows still have vendor labels and stickers that do not remove. Many of these are too high for me to reach. Pella should have installed all windows correctly so that they are operational (open/close/lock) and removed all the VENDOR labels and adhesive residue left behind. Pella will not take care of these issues and does not respond to the complaints from myself or my home builder, ONE YEAR LATER.Pella should complete the installation of the windows and replace all missing parts. Check each window for functionality, insure they all open/close/lock. Remove all vendor labels and adhesive residue from the windows. Return calls and emails from the homeowner and builder. Provide a timeline for all work. Provide a completion date for all work.My decision to use Pella for my home construction was a mistake. We decided to pay MORE for Pella windows. We really dont know what to do and dont know if this will ever get resolved. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this Pella location.

I am an architect and used Pella on a large commercial project. They have superior products in the window and door industry and have been around a long time. They are a first-class operation!

We are building a house in another state. Went to the store to see our window options. Even though we are not buying the windows from this location the staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We really appreciate it!

It has been a horrible go around with Pella and after starting the replacement process of my cathedral window with them in September, the job is still not complete and it is already the 2nd week in January! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your window replacements! They do not care about their customers and they will charge you the full amount up front ($7800) regardless of whether the job is complete or not. They do not return phone calls and do not take any responsibilty for their errors when the job is not completed as scheduled. Our install date took 6 weeks to get scheduled and then on that date (Nov. 25th), they couldnt finish the job because they broke the new grid they needed to install with the window. I have now gone through 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) without our window being completed. I have given them plenty of chances to make this right, and after leaving countless messages for many people at Pella, I have now resorted to writing this very honest and angry review of them. I hope you seek out a more reputable company after your read this review... I certainly wish I had. :(

We had a Pella sliding patio door which was having issues opening and closing. We called Pella and while it took 4 weeks to schedule an appointment, Greg the service tech was great! It was raining that day and he put on outer protective booties. He assessed the issue and fixed our door within 45 minutes. Well worth the call! The door is like new again. What a difference.

So I call the store a week after my doors were supposed to be in. Apparently they’ve been sitting in the warehouse for quite a while and no one bothered to call.The store says they will call the warehouse and the warehouse will then call me that day to schedule a delivery. Five days later no one has called.I call the store again and get someone else. They give me a number for service but cannot give me a number for delivery. I call service and service says they cannot connect me to delivery and they cannot schedule a delivery.All they can do is send an email to delivery and have someone call me at some point in time in the future.I’ve now waited two weeks for the doors that have been sitting in the warehouse. No one has called me and no one has been able to schedule a delivery.I have been reading all the reviews about the lousy customer service. One with think that by now Pella people would figure it out. They obviously haven’t.

Last year when we were planning to have all the windows in our house replaced (13 windows, vinyl double-hung), we did our research. Pella came out as the obvious winner, based mainly on their long-standing reputation of quality in construction and energy efficiency. Everybody we dealt with, from the sales rep (shout out to Emily F.!) to the installation crew were professional and courteous... Which I think is important when inviting people into your home. The windows were installed perfectly, and though there was a slight manufacturing hiccup (top sashes were difficult to open), they made it right and didnt ask me for a dime in doing so.They were so great, in fact, that now that were looking for new entry doors I didnt even bother shopping around! Thanks to everyone at Pella for your commitment to quality and service.

We had replacement windows put into our home and are extremely pleased with the product and equally pleased with the company. Our salesman took the time to review numerous options - we selected a 6 over 1 true divided light double hung wood interior/aluminum clad exterior window that matched the original windows in our 1927 home. Installation was schedule and started when they said it would be and completed a day ahead of their timetable. 26 windows in all. The quality. craftsmanship and professionalism was all I could ask for. One benefit I wasnt expecting was the noise reduction form outside, remarkable compared to the original windows.
