Great service. Company took time for total explanation of how my new siding would be installed. The staff from chi took time and came out with the best estimate of 3 other companies. Their company rep mike, that came to my house was professional and very knowledgeable. My home looks fantastic.

My dads roof starting leaking after a bad storm. I called C.H.I and they came out right away and stopped the leak and order the exact color shingles that matched the garage! My dads 85 and retired from building houses, so he knew what and how they were doing the job, He said it was a perfect job!! John took care of the whole job from working with the insurance to the finished job. Call them first, you will be happy you did!!

My son and I own and operate a home rehabbing business and take great pride in the quality of work we put on the market for potential buyers. In the beginning of our business we were always looking for contractors to add to our book of contractors just in case one contractor was to busy to get to one of our jobs, we would have a back-up plan so that we could keep the project moving. We used C.H.I on one of our homes and then a second, then quickly realized we could use them on several different projects and several different houses at the same time due to their job completion rate, the quality of work, the quality of materials, the quick response time when we needed them and the absolute dedication from our point of contact/representative Mike Hall. It was all way more than what we wouldve imagined. Its a well, almost perfect if you want good quality, professional work done on your home. If Im not mistaken I believe they do a little bit of everything I know they got guys that work there they can do anything that are actually professional and really nice. And just because I work there doesnt mean I have to say nice things about the place believe me and you if I didnt like the place or the people I would let them know they know it its just good people. Requested a quote for residential siding. The guy that showed up continuously interrupted me. Received the quote. Almost $24,000. For perspective, we have an investment property that is less than 1,000 sq ft on a slab in Eastgate. Literally nothing to it, no major demo needed or anything out of the ordinary. We had them quote Hardie Plank, fully aware it’s more expensive. They didn’t itemize a single thing on the quote so we could see where the charges were coming from. We priced Everlast composite siding ourselves for comparison. Full material list came out to just under $7,000. Even if Hardie Plank came out to $10k in materials, CHI is still claiming $14,000 in labor and markup for a two day piece of cake job. They clearly took price of materials, multiplied by 3 and slapped a number on it. I get that it’s the standard construction formula, but it’s just lazy. Zero perspective being placed on the fact that you are quoting the price of a new car for siding on a starter home. We also asked the rep that came out to quote other brands because we wanted to see a range of good, better and best in quality. That did not happen.

I had CHI Roofing come out and estimate my roof repair and work with my old chimney. After reviewing many other quotes in the Cincinnati area I chose CHI. They were very detailed and quick in their work for their great value. The roofers got my roof done in about a days work, the new shingles look great (no more indoor leaks!) the box gutter treatment was awesome, and the repair work on my chimney was detailed and great. All that and no mess on my lawn or driveway.Anyone that needs a roof or any other listed work they do I highly recommend. Additionally I’d like to thank Mike Hall with setting up the estimate, quoting, scheduling, and keeping me up to date.

Cant say enough about CHI. Ive struggled for years to find an affordable & reliable roofer that wasnt trying to upsell me or rip me off. They were quick, thourough, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend them!

They never called me back.When you tell a gutter company that water is leaking inside your home because of a gutter problem, you would think that would matter to them.

We decided to invest in our home rather than move so we called C.H.I. and they did a great job on our roof and the clean up was perfect. We were so happy that we went ahead and got 18 brand new windows and they are great. Rob and his staff are so knowledgeable and the work was completed in no time. Thanks Rob !!!!

I utilized CHI Roofing for window replacement in my home. They did a wonderful and timely job with the estimate and manufacturing. They provided the broadest manufacturing ranges for the windows being replaced allowing the replacement to be more cost effective than other companies bidding or providing estimates.Their manufacturing was quick (through a supplier) and I was surprised at how quickly the windows were ready.Installation took a couple days but the crew that worked on the home was professional and courteous.In terms of paying them there was issues through the financing party but CHI worked with me for a solution which was appreciated on my end.

Great company to do business with. People that I’ve dealt with on two separate jobs were responsive to my concerns. Work was completed both times in a timely manor, job site was clean when they left. Follow up calls were made to me making sure I was happy with work.

C.H.I Roofing did a few roof repairs on a house we purchased. They did a great job in a timely fashion. We had them come back and install gutters on our garage and installed a downspout for our rain barrel. Would have them back again for any repairs. Great company.

We had five estimates for windows and they each took 2-3 hours then Mike from CHI came and had us a price in 20 minutes he then showed us the window and stayed until all of our questions were answered. His price was the best and for the same products as the other companies. This company is the best!

C.H.I. did a wonderful job on our roof and because of their good work we had them put in new windows and they are great. The men were courteous and prompt, they cleaned up as they went along and we all know how messy a roof replacement can get in fact they cleaned up so well that I can hardly tell they were there!

My wife and I were scheduled to close the sale of our home in Pleasant Ridge at 10 AM on July 31, 2019. At 6 PM the previous evening were were advised that a very large tree branch had fallen from our neighbors tree and had gone through the roof of our storage shed. C.H.I. had helped us with flashing problems earlier in the year, so I called them first thing the next morning to, at the least, get an estimate so that we could work a deal for the closing. One of C.H.I.s men came to our home within an hour, looked at the job, and said I can do this. I said to him: I have to get that log out of there first. He replied, Ill take care of it.Mike called me, gave me a price, and the job was done by the end of the day. The most interesting thing about this whole affair was this: I had never met Mike in person; all of our communication was over the phone, and the jobs they had done for me were not big jobs. Yet, on that day, in a moment of near panic, they took care of a disaster for my wife and me. We werent charged a premium due to the emergent circumstances, and they did a good job for the new owners.Our closing went off at noon instead of ten.Thanks again.Ray and Nancy Messer

C.H.I. came through when I needed them most! I had hired another company to replace my roof but they did not finish the job correctly. Then a friend told me about C.H.I. I gave them a call and spoke the owner, who came out, looked at the work and immediately got someone to finish the job (including hole in the ceiling left by other company!). I called them to get a free estimate, which they advertise. I was told that they would get back to me to set something up. Three weeks later, I still hadnt heard from them. I called back and the guy told me that he was gonna look it up and call me back. Never heard from them. A couple weeks later I called on a Saturday and left a message. I left my address and phone number and asked if someone would please call me back. Once again I never heard from them. I picked them based on their online reviews, but based on my experience, I would look elsewhere if you need work done.

CHI is a wonderful company to work with. My partner and I contacted Mike for a full window replacement job on a 150 year old home that had been boarded up for many years. Mike went over several options with me with different budget options. We opted to move forward with a full house window replacement. The windows are top-notch quality and it made ALL the difference in the appearance of our once troubled house. Rob, the installer and his crew were amazingly professional, detail oriented and FAST! The entire window job (22 windows) in a 150 year old challenging house was completed in less than a day. Remarkable!
