I only wish I could post the pictures! The absolute worst install I have ever seen! I have mortar ALL over my brick! Its dried on there and looks like a complete hack job. The manager offered to frame the window to cover the sloppy job which is not at all what I want. They use sub contractors instead of employees.....I would NEVER recommend this company!

Youre not going to find a more professional, more thorough, and a more congenial company like these guys. WONDERFUL company and service in a day and age where most companies are assembly line minded and impersonal. Great price and high quality product without breaking the bank! My husband called and made an appointment to get a quote to replace 4 basement windows and they came out that same week. Quote was very reasonable so we decided to schedule an installation. We were impressed that they were able to come out the following week to put in all of the windows. The employee was friendly and efficient. The install didnt take as long as expected and he did a wonderful job. We were even impressed at how well he cleaned everything up when he was done. Time will tell how they hold up, but so far we are very pleased with this company.

I needed a replacement window immediately. Block-Tite was unable to respond immediately, but they made calls to some of their contacts to find someone who could do the installation quickly. Thats called going far beyond the customers expectations. This company understands customer service.

They took care of windows in my sons home! Huge improvement and security. Even he commented that he had no idea it would be such an improvement. They also did my basement windows. Did super job!

Block tite installed basements windows in my house. I was very impressed by the craftsmanship displayed by the installer Zak. Zak was very professional and installed my windows with a minimum of time and inconvenience . I would highly recommend Zak and Block tite without hesitation.

Extremely predjudice company showed up late to the job and workers repeatedly using racial slurs and unprofessional jokes while delivering half fabricated blocks/ windows that did not fit Properly! Do not hire this company!
