No other company we met with came close to their level of knowledge and professionalism, which made us really trust them. I had four different companies come out to give me an estimate on a new storm door and Western Hills was the only one that didn’t try to swindle me into also buying a new interior door and frame. Affordable and timely (when most everywhere is telling people 6 months minimum on home projects) my storm door was here in less than 2 months. Installation was quick and thorough. I highly recommend Western Hills Window to anyone needing help!

If I could give a zero star I would, I have done business with Western hill window for many years. Due to a fire at my home I had 12 window sashes that needed the glass replaced, I reached out to them because I want to support local business and they have taken care of me in the past. But Dan in the window repair shop flatly refused to help me, after I have lost so much for him to talk to me the way he did was just an addition to the hurt. I am really disappointed, cant believe I was treated like that. Better watch out dealing with a company like this. The level of cruelty really hurt.

I needed a window replaced and some siding and framing work around the window. Keith came out and basically told me that they were too busy and they wouldnt be able to get to me, but he knew a guy that would do the work. He gave me an estimate and told me that it might be a couple weeks. I never heard from either of them. It seems that nowadays companies are only interested in big jobs and that its not worth their time to do the small jobs. If I were wanting all of my windows replaced, I think they would have fit me into their schedule. I would definitely look elsewhere..

I ran all over the west side to find a place to cut a piece of glass for a vanity. Either no one would help me for various reasons or they wanted an arm and a leg. I stopped into Western Hills Window Co and I was back in my car within two minutes with my glass cut! I didn’t catch his name, but the man who cut my glass was friendly and did a wonderful job! Thank you again!

We had a new back door installed. They worked hard to match the style with the older front door. In that effort, there was a color coding mix up and the new door had a totally different stain. Even though this was likely an error on the part of the manufacturer, a new matching replacement door was provided and installed. No cost, no question, no problem. Sometimes the integrity of a business is best revealed when things dont go as planned. This is a solid business with an obvious culture of customer service.

Had an issue with a door that I had installed by them a few years back. Keith was quick to come out and fix it no questions asked. They installed our windows as well. We love this company and its customer service is top notch!

Never again will i use them. bought windows and doors with a lifetime guarantee, was told when they came out to fix a window. the warranty was no longer something they would honor since the company that made them was out of business. even though western hills window supplied and installed them.then they charged me 180 dollars to fix the window. 2 months later, same window wouldnt open. they came back and charged me another 180 dollars to fix the same window. apparently the first time they only fixed one side of the window.so here it is: they dont honor lifetime warranties or guarantees. they will inflate service calls by only fixing part of an issue so they can hit you for a second service call. stay away.

I need a sliding glass door or door on my back porch replaced a bunch of my windows need to be replaced Or fixed I think my house is moving or these windows or Tico or something or junk and then some of the gas is popping in between the panes of glass and then I need at least for right now the balance is replaced on the one window or two windows that don’t open right and then two windows in the front door open at all and I need a new front door and a new back door double doors I have a down at third line of credit, and 60 days and I have $8000 on my Fifth Third To get started
