Champion removed and replaced our 25 year old siding on our 3 story home and did an excellent job! The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful and the crew lead by Walter couldnt have done a better job. They were a well-oiled machine and worked very efficiently together. Overall, the experience and final result exceeded our expectations. Five star review all around!!

I have tried to be patient and allow Champion time to make my experience right but I now have to turn to a negative review. We purchased a new sliding door from Champion. Our experience started with false promises (lies) from the salesman who came to our house, from things like telling us the doors are designed to be able to open “with one finger” (it’s harder to open than our old door with a damaged track), telling us their comfort365 glass is “crystal clear” (it’s VERY green), and saying that an advantage to going with Champion is that they’re also a siding company and that they’d color match our exterior trim/j-channel to the color of our existing siding (they did not). Then on the day of install they took the majority of our old door off only to realize they forgot a tool and would have to come back the next day. The installer left the doors and the door frame propped up on our house and our deck railing right next to our kid’s pool where our children could have knocked them over and gotten severely hurt. The next day he came back and installed the new door. The screen came with a large hole in it, he didn’t have quarter round with him, and he didn’t have the trim he needed. He told me they would come back to replace the screen and trim. Our glass doors were covered in marks which look like scratches all over. He told me he thought it was the caulk that they use at the factory and that it would come off with some glass cleaner (it will not). There is a small scratch in the glass. I also noticed there were 2 dents/gashes in the frame (which can be seen in the photos I took while the installer was still here) and I noticed after he left that the entire door wasn’t installed level. The caulk job he did on the exterior is atrocious and he left our deck a muddy mess. The screen door frame looks used as it has scratches and black/silver marks all over it. The frame on the outside has some sort of yellow gunk on it that won’t come off. I waited for them to get back to me about the things he promised would be fixed so that I could tell them about all of the other issues. When no one contacted me within the next week, I emailed customer service asking for help (including about 15 photos of all of the issues) and they told me they forwarded my email and photos to the area install manager and that they’d get back to me. I waited another week, contacted customer service again, and they told me to allow another 24-48 hours and that if I hadn’t heard back from them by then they would forward my concerns on to the National Care Department. It has now been another 6 days and I still have heard nothing. This has been a terrible experience from start to finish and I could NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I am not one to write bad reviews but I am hoping to save anyone I can from making the same mistake I did. I am still waiting on someone to make this right but at this point I just feel like they already got our money so they don’t care to fix their mistakes. It has been 3 weeks since our installation and we haven’t even heard back about the issues the installer wrote down and promised would be quickly fixed, not to mention all of the other issues I found once he left and I looked everything over. This is not what I would expect for a $3500+ job.

Rodney is very knowledgeable and experienced, he answered all my questions and provided me with expert recommendations that met my needs. Very easy to work with and customer—focused! Awesome job!

Update 9-30 original install was on June 25Still waiting for them and I have talk to several different people at their company and they tell me they’re gonna talk to plant and call me back. They can’t even have the courtesy to call me back to give me updates. Horrible customer service and company!!!!!Been waiting for a frosted window thats about 3x3 for over since June 25. First window install didnt have the frosted glass so they install it with clear glass and then we waited 2+ months for the new glass. They call last week to schedule for install today and i get a call this morning that they made the glass wrong again. So, now i have to wait again and i this will now be close to 3- 3.5 months that i have been waiting for the right glass. Can not use my bathroom or bathtub, made me waste a vacation day for the install today and all the rep can tell me is to go pound salt and wait for the new glass replacement. Not good customer service and i will never buy or recommend this company to anyone!! When you know as a company that you screw up not once but twice you then take care of your customers. This is want a great companies do but apparently not you guys.

I had a really great experience with Champion Windows! The windows look great and the time it took from the estimate and installation was less than a month but I assume this time of year is not that busy. The team who installed my windows were very professional and thorough. I will say the only thing I did not like was that during the estimate they used a bit of an intimidation tactic to get me to sign a contract the same day. That almost made me not want to use them for job but the price was in the range I wanted compared to others in the area.

Today although it was raining Ms Wendy brought out the sun with her awesome customer service and sales experience!!! We are super excited for our new windows and having someone as bubbly as Wendy talk and walk us through everything and be so patient and of course understanding will seal the deal every time!!’ Thank you Wendy and you’re definitely invited to the next cookout even if it rains we can come inside and look out our NEW CHAMPION WINDOWS!!!!

I would like to thank Steve Persen. He made a difficult decision, easy and painless. He was very knowledgeable about window replacement and at no time pressured me. My husband and I have been waiting 5 1/2 months for my all season room to be built. They came out an measured then we heard nothing from them. Attempts to contact our sales rep and the Boise branch have been unsuccessful. Talking to anyone at Champion would be a miracle. We have left numerous messages with no return calls. They had no problem taking our down payment money. After checking with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Champion has had 500 complaints for lack of communication and unfinished work in the last year. On July 15, 2021, we finally got in touch with our sales rep and he informed us work on our all season room would begin in 45 days. Based on their track record, Im not holding my breath but I can be hopeful. I hope this stays on their wed page. They are very good a editing their reviews to insure only positive ones remain. Buyer Beware!

Chris cam out to our house to give us a quote on vinyl siding replacement. We were impressed with the warranty, quality of product, details about the product installation. All our concerns were addressed. Very impressed with Champion.

In October we scheduled to have our front door replaced, install a backdoor sliding door, our kitchen window and our front bay window to also be replaced. When Champion came out it was Camille Saleh and he had actually worked with us in the past. He replaced our front living room window. He remembered us and we knew we were in good hands. Boy were we wrong. He mentioned that it would probably be installed till the end of December. We understood and were fine. It is now the middle of March and not only is the job not completed but we have had very little communication about the status of the job and were told yesterday OVER text that it wouldnt be done till April 5th. The back sliding door was installed and the kitchen window. But after a week from installation we noticed the kitchen window has a crack in it. Unfortunately that isnt the only issue. When they came out to install the bay window replacement they brought the wrong window. We asked for one without the grids and they brought one with. Our contract CLEARLY stated no grids. As for the front door they came out and took the old door out and realized that when they measured they did it wrong and the new door doesnt fit. So now I have the old door literally patched into the space.There is foam installation holding it in and there are open holes at the bottom. They told me it would be 6 weeks to come in. It has been 6 weeks and now we are told April 5th. We have had little communication. No one answers our calls and to be quite honest I am pretty sure they have forgotten about us. I have a cracked kitchen window, the wrong bay window and my old front door patched in. To say we are unhappy is an understatement.

At our initial consult, we were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of our sales rep, Chris R. We decided to have Champion replace every window in our house and we could not be happier with the results. I know we received the highest quality windows available and it’s already made a huge impact on our energy bill. The installation crew was efficient, explained their process, and took care to leave the house clean and free of debris when complete. Very happy!

Salesman showed up a few minutes early and quickly measured my doors and windows. He made a solid presentation, and was very clear and professional about everything. I was looking to do some upgrades, but they arent urgent and the price was enough higher than expected that the upgrades will have to wait. Still, when I need to buy doors or windows, Ill call Champion first.

Arrived on time. Was pleasant. Siding was reasonably priced and the color choices were good.

Alan was our sales (factory) representative and he was amazing. He explained everything very clearly and showed us all the great details of the windows we chose to get. He answered all of our questions we had with no hesitation. Alan did a fantastic job!!

We got the pleasure of working with the Sales Manager. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We got quotes from many window companies but Champions quality and price were our best bang for our buck!

6 months later: Update.The doors came with the wrong glass, and Im still waiting for them to replace it. It was supposed to be ready January 31. It is now April 27. It was their mistake and they were in no hurry to help.The interior molding trim is not cut straight, edges are left jagged. The exterior of the door frame was cracked on install and the installers caulked over it. The installers did not adjust the doors and I had to have a tech come out over a month after the install to fix one round of mistakes.Customer service became unresponsive and I had to reach out to my sales rep.I thought I was getting a quality product but after 6 months, $10k, and a still drafty winter- Do Not Waste Your Time.Initial review after meeting with the sales rep: The rep was really excited about the product and the company. It made me feel confident I was buying a quality item. My new entry doors will update and liven up my house.Im the third person in my family to have Champion products put in my home, this summer.

I used Champion Windows in my old house for total window replacements, siding and for a sliding glass door. I was completely satisfied with everything. When I moved i wanted to replace my builder quality windows in my new condo. They did an excellent job matching the design to satisfy the HOA. All salesmen were very professional, the quality of the product is outstanding, the installers were efficient, timely, and neat. I cannot believe how energy efficient these windows are. I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants good quality windows.

Don Seig was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently, and was respectful of my home and my time. He spent as much time as I needed to look and choose what I wanted.

Ramon came out on 5/13 and did an estimate to install windows. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. Ramon worked hard to get us the best deal and make sure the windows were right for our home. Although the quote was not the cheapest we decided to purchase from Champion.

Nick did a wonderful job of clearly explaining the superior quality of Champions products and warranty. He took his time showing us exactly what would be included as well as the pricing options available. He was helpful in answering our questions, and did not make us feel rushed to make a decision.

I posted a review and they said call this corp office (this location) I did and never got a call back on my experience.Full review with update:We purchased our home in August 2020 and knew we had a window to replace; the home has Champion windows. I called in November 2020 to get one of them replaced, it looks like the seal is broken. When I spoke to Ashley, she said it would be a few months because of the pandemic and I was fine with that. January came and went and I called multiple times with no response from her. I called another number and got someone in early March and said it should be about another 3 weeks. I just made another call today 4/2/2021 and the window is still not in. I have already paid them half since that is what they requested… I thought I could trust this company. It has now been 5 months and 1 window is still not here and I have been trying to track this down for a while now. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. We were about to get them to put a sunroom on our home, but someone else is going to get that business.I am sure I will be waiting months before 1 window is replaced. Poor service, very poor service.Update 4.12.2021Below I got a reply to my review saying to call the customer care number so they could assist me. I called Friday 4.9.2021 and was sent to a voicemail. I left the voicemail with my name and number expecting a return call and as of today Monday 4.12.2021 I have yet to hear from this group.However, after leaving this review I got a text message from the girl who took my order asking when I was available for a window install. She did not have the courtesy to call me or even apologize for the poor service.I am sure I will never hear back from the corp group the way this has been going. I have two other windows that need to be replaced - I think they need to do those for free and extend the comp warranty for all the windows to lifetime as if I was the original purchaser for the poor service I have received. I doubt that any of this would happen and I will need to get windows from another company that can treat us with respect.

Don was great, very personable and honest. Explained the product and the process easily and perfectly so there was no confusion. He took our concerns into account and offered suggestions we didnt know were available.

Don was our sales rep and I could not say enough nice things about him. He is very well mannered and polite and is by no means is pushy. He wants you to get exactly what you are looking for all for a great price. I would highly recommend getting a a quote from champion and would recommend asking for Don as your sales rep. He was great.

We called Champion to see if we could get a quote on old window replacements. The Company scheduled a meeting time at our house with a Factory Representative, Nick B., whom showed up on time, wore a mask during the entirety of the visit, was extremely prepared and well versed with the business, its history, and why its windows are designed to meet our concerns (heat and wind).He was able to quote us a price, offered financing, and was able to schedule a second meeting with the measuring team to ensure his calculations are correct to the millimeter. The meeting went very well. We plan to do more business with Champion over the coming months and years, through various projects.

We contracted with Champion to build a four season room in September of 2020. I still do not have a start date for this project. This is totally unbelievable. This was to be completed by the end of March, however they didnt even file for the building permit until 4/28/21. A full month AFTER the agreed upon completion date (AHHH). Ive been totally ghosted by the sales rep who so quick to take our deposit and lock us in. In June I communicated with the customer service line, who promised a manager of VP would call me back - They ghosted me too. I know the building permit was issued weeks ago, but still no date is being set. I think I have been extremely patient with them to date, but Im at my wits end with this company because I cannot get anyone even to talk to me. Its hard for me to believe that delays like this are anything other an intentional. Is anyone in this company willing to take responsibility and ownership for the contracts signed, and for the actions of the individuals who work for you and who continue to ignore your clients?

READ THE FINE PRINT DONT TRUST THE SALES PEOPLE. We contracted with Champion only to find what they sold us was not representative of the product they demonstrated. We attempted to cancel 1 day after signing and they are charging us a 5% cancellation fee. We are currently disputing with AMEX as they lied about their products in order to get a sale. They could have kept us a potential customers if they would have said the salesperson misstated some facts about their product. Instead everyone I talk to about windows and doors will know they are con artists disguised as windows sales people.

We just purchased 18 replacement windows from Champion, Eric MCcoy was our salesman, he done a excellent job of explaining the structure of the window, we really like his presentation, absolutely no pressure from him to buy his window, I will follow up with a review after install

Champion was very thorough in explaining what I was paying for. Their doors and windows are the best that I have found - while exploring all options. The lifetime guarantee was definitely a plus! My dad was a customer years ago, so I have seen they live up to their word!

We had a good in home estimation and product review. Hoping that the installation process and product quality meet our expectations as well.Windows were installed earlier than expected and the install team was great.Now working to get resolution for a couple windows with minor defects that our installer identified that we would never have identified on our own.Love the windows.

This company put in a Fourseason room in 2018 for an elderly couple I’m close to. It has leaked from the get-go. They have called and called to have it repaired, only to have them come and tell them yes there is a leak and something must be done. I finally got involved and we had to contact an attorney. The repairs are taking place at a very very slow pace. I would not do business with this company. They may be wonderful at the beginning, but their follow up and work ethic are lacking.

Salesperson, Rodney, provided information we needed, answered all questions, showed us samples, very friendly - great!

From our first sales appointment with Camille we were so impressed with the demo that we cancelled other window appointments.The windows came in sooner than expected. Our installation crew of John Fields, Dennis and Jacob did an outstanding job. We could not be more pleased!

I was sold a sunroom rebuild in April, including financing, that was to be based on approval by my condo association. Salesman assured me they were the company to use because they manufactured everything themselves so no middle man...one stop shop...and guaranteed work forever. I was told the person who came out a couple of days later to re-measure would have all the information I needed to submit to my condo management company for approval. This did not happen. Champion received 1/2 deposit almost immediately which, of course resulted in my needing to begin making payments despite the fact that I had not obtained approval for the job because Champion had not provided the information. I called numerous times over 5 months trying to obtain this information. Most calls were unanswered and voicemails were not returned. One person in the sunroom department told me they worked on jobs in order and when they were ready for my job, they would contact me regarding getting approval from the management company. 3-4 weeks ago I received a call from Jennifer telling me she was now my contact person and she would be receiving the information for the HOA approval the coming week and she would email it all to me and once approved, they would get the permits and get everything ordered. After not hearing from her, I called her and she said she would check on it and call me back. This didnt happen. I finally reached her a couple of weeks later and she said she owed me an apology because she was supposed to have called me back. She then said she would check on the paperwork and call me back. Again--she didnt. Finally, 5 months later, I received a call from the original sales person saying Champion couldnt do this job because they couldnt obtain permits--additional firewalls and masonry was being required so they would be returning the deposit.I called him back a couple of days later to try to get additional information about why the permits werent being approved...surprise, no call back. I then called the city where I live and was told NO APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN submitted for work on my property. When I contacted Jennifer to ask for details on the permits, she told me it was my HOA who was refusing to allow the job. Impossible since they didnt have the form in my possession for the management company nor did the president of the HOA know anything about it. His background is in building/construction and he suggested it was possible that Champion simply didnt want to do this job. When I told Jennifer the HOA hadnt received anything, she backpedaled and said maybe she was confusing me job with another job. Deposit has been returned to the financing company--happened within a day or so. Financing company is processing a refund of money I paid to them (minus what seems to be somewhere around $40-60 for some reason) but remarkably it is going to take between 2-4 weeks for them to refund my money.

We went with Champion for replacement doors and windows for our older home that was long overdue for an upgrade. We are so very pleased with the finished work. The upgrade changed the appearance of our home in a most favorable way, giving it curb appeal it had been lacking.We are returning customers to Champion to continue our home improvements and we based our decision on the professional, courteous service accompanied by their superior products.Our most sincere thanks to all the Champion team.

We are working on our second Champion service. We purchased several windows last year and were very pleased with the experience. Installation guys were great. Now we’re buying new siding. I think we can count on Champion for quality products.

Great at explaining the product to us walk around house with me looking over things I would like done to my house with new siding and was able to assure me it could be done . Great on the beak down of prices with every . Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had my screened in porch updated to a three season room in 2020 and the install when smooth and we were very pleased. Prior to thanksgiving the lock on the patio door became inoperable and we could not lock it. I called to schedule a repair and due to the pandemic I was told it would probably be at least 3 weeks before they could come out, understandable. I never heard back. I called again around Christmas and I was informed again they were behind due to the pandemic. I explained it was a safety issue as we use this door to let our dogs out back and we couldn’t lock it. Also informed would like to install an additional safety device in case it happened again, which I knew would be our responsibility to pay, but I was told the patio door lock would be covered since it was recent. Come first of February of this year still did not receive a call or update. I called another company and they came out the next day and replaced the lock and put an additional lock on the next day, of course at our expense. Now, today (2/10/21), your service department calls us and asked for me to send a picture of the door! You installed this and should have a record of this, but this is besides the point. While we were happy with the 3 season room, if you need a repair on a Champion product they lack in customer service.

Made replacing all of our windows in our home a breeze! Answered all of our questions we had when they came for an estimate. Champion installed the windows in less than a month from the time the estimate was done and I was told the estimated install date was late April/early May! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Champion to anyone and everyone! I will definitely be using Champion in the future to replace our sliding door in our home.

So upset. I had all the windows in my home replaced by champion. Was so pleased with my install experience & loved my windows until my new bay window leaked with the first hard rain. Champion seemed great at first, I called & they sent out a repair guy who seemed like he knew what to do & fixed it. The man recaulked around window. Since the first repair I have had them out 3 additional times. Each time someone different. Each time the person had no clue what the previous had done. This last time I was left a service bill in which I do not think is right. They state its been 2 years so now I have to pay $99 each time they come. I would agree if this was a new issue but its leaked since install & theyd had 4 chances to correct & still have not. I do not feel that should be my problem. Poor customer service. I called & asked to speak to someone. I was just told sorry you signed an agreement there is no one you can talk to.

For one thing their Lifetime Warranty on their products is a complete lie. I had them installed a wall and window in our spare bedroom and in the possess of doing so they didnt install an exterior moisture barrier which caused the interior wall of our house to take in moisture and caused mold to form and after contacting them within an hour of finding this issue we were contacted by head of installation Mark and he told us that they refuse to fix it even though their Own website said If something breaks, Champion of Cincinnati will fix it. its that simple.

This has been a horrible experience so far. Signed a contract (5k deposit), they then came back and said we need to pay an additional 3k due to the fact the windows we signed a contract on do not work where they said they would after he measured them. Its been almost 1 month, they have my 5k deposit and nothing is done yet because they have another proposal for me to look at. Again, this after our contract is signed. Looking back all they wanted was for me to sign a contract and then adjust it later once I was committed. Stay away from Don Seig and his boss Brady Morris. At this point I just want to get my money back and to go with another company. Do not be pressured into signing a contract before they do their official measurements. The review below is the one Don asked me to initially post after we signed the contract:Don was a great person to work with. On time, professional, easy to talk with. Would recommend.

Review your contract VERY carefully and make sure you dont take the salespersons word for anything! Transparency and honesty are not attributes needed by their sales team and they will say anything to make the sale. Trust for us was a costly mistake!

Cannot say enough how personable and polite our salesman was. Camille Saleh made the process painless and enjoyable. He took the time to have personal conversations and bent over backwards to make our purchase exactly what we wanted.

Champion replaced my aluminum siding with vinyl. Wish I had left well enough alone. It looks terrible. My neighbors said That was Champion, wow they dont do very good work. I was overcharged for a 1500 sqft house that only needed partial siding. Im thinking about taking it to Court. Dont believe a word the salesman says. Im so disgusted. 1500 Sq. Ft of siding was what I was charged for but was not all used and so many flaws. Ugly seams, Im worried rain can get into the seams and eventually cause mold and mildew. They advertise they design, build and install. But the install is done by subs that cant understand ENGLISH. What a JOKE The salesman said my soffit was fine and didnt need replacement. Another lie. I had another company come to my house and not only the soffit but no vinyl accessories. Now its going to be 2300.00 to pay another company to fix Champions mess. They charged me almost $17,000.00 and didnt complete the work. Im going after them. Dont ever use them. Not the same company as years ago, bought out and evidently dont have the credentials the original owners had

Very disappointing. Have had siding fall off 4 times. About a week to come out and fix each time. Additionally, they put the gutter down spouts upside down. I like the style of the cedar siding the offer, but havent heard back from the guy who sold us the contract. Poor customer service and no follow through.

Champion Roof is still under warranty. Have called 4 times to have a service call. Small leak/over the stove vent. Still waiting . BTW informed Service call (under warranty) is a flat fee of $99.00.

Our new Champion screened In porch turned out way better than we had hoped for. Now that its done we wished we had done it sooner.My wife and I decided to have our elevated porch screened in. We took a few months researching all practical options available. We contacted builders to get design ideas and costs. We also looked at all the major and regional “online” companies that offered screened in options. We contacted several of the companies we found on line and requested quotes. Several of those companies visited us and provided concept details and quotes. After a detailed review we decided to go with Champion. The project was just finished a couple of weeks ago and my wife and I more than pleased with the results. We both gave the Champion a 10+ on the results. Champion’s design was the cleanest, had the least restriction on view, provided a seamless integration into the existing structure, they removed and replaced all the gutters to match the existing trim and matched the existing roof shingles exacting with the same brand and style. One of the best things was Scott a manger at Champion suggested black railings vs tan, which the structure was. This was a perfect choice because the railing color matched our stair railing color and black blends in with the screen material so you tend to lose sight of the railings. And from the outside the black adds a great design accent. Scott also suggested applying the screen on the inside vs the outside which we are now glad we did, this will make replacement if necessary easier. At the start of the project Dan, the lead installer, worked with us at every step explaining what they were going to do and discussed options and provided tremendous design input. His crew was great. They didn’t damage anything, cleaned up every day after work, organized and stored their equipment. After the project was completed they cleaned and wiped down the entire structure before they left. We can’t be any happier with the results. Our building inspector even commented on how well it turned out and made the comment that Champion does the best job and has the best designed and nicest system, which also reassured us.

They use a good tactic to get the contract signed. It took them 2 months to make and install the windows. It was the beginning of our struggle with many issues.One of the windows came with a broken glass and another one has a lock problem that we couldn’t lock it. I was promised that they will get it fixed soon as it came broken from the factory before installation and no one called me for two weeks.I called and emailed them many times and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get everything done.It is now over 10 weeks and never heard back from them.Additionally, the electricity bell went up after installing the new windows and the noise is worse than it was with the old windows. They have no problem for me to wait until they get the glass and check the windows during their visit that I do not know when it will be.I paid more than other estimates hoping to get better quality and warranty. I neither get a good quality nor a good warranty.

**Update 3/25/21This issue still has not been resolved or worked on at all since I first posted this. Granny has talked to their customer service multiple times now. We have contacted the better business bureau. I will continue to update this review until this matter is resolved. Do NOT use this company.These people have completely taken advantage of my grandma. They were to do a job at her house in December it is now MARCH. The job is half complete and they left supplies and tools littering her yard. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. She has called multiple times asking for someone to come out and finish the job and they continue to give her the run around. 100% would not recommend.

Our representative was very thorough in explaining what was included when purchasing siding from Champion. The quality and warranty is worth the extra cost.

Don showed up a few minutes early for my home estimate, which was great. He was very professional and courteous at my home. He demonstrated their product compared to others and its value. I am happy with how the appointment went.

The installation was good and we like the windows for the price. But we are experiencing very poor customer service. One of the latches is broken and windows won’t latch, installed a year ago. I called customer service and they said it would be over a month before anyone called me back just to set an appointment, it’s been 3 weeks... others have also waited months!!

We replaced a broken window with Champion a couple of years ago and Rodney took great care of us. We were so glad he could take care of us again when we were ready to upgrade the rest of our windows. Easy-peasy!

Do not buy from champion windows. They are very unprofessional dishonest, and never held up their end of the contract we signed.

Salesperson came on Saturday which I like and he was very knowledgeable about the product and explained everything well. He did get a little confused about the delivery times for the different products but all in all was a good experience.

Stealing money,,they dont deserve one star even,,,, I paid $6000 down payment to install a small sunroom at my back porch, they told me it takes 3 months to receive your order ,,2 weeks later,,after the measurement, I decided to not build the sunroom because after I calculated my budget I found that am losing money, so I gave them a call to tell them I canceled the order, they told me ,,we cant refund your $6000 and I didnt sign any terms said I will lose my down payment if I cancle the order, am not satisfied,, not recommending Champion at all.

After doing our homework on windows and meeting with Champion Window representative, we were impressed with the quality of the presentation and product offered by Champion.

Chris showed up on time and ready to explain everything to us! I changed my mind a million times and he didn’t get upset and continued to give me new quotes. Finally we decided what we wanted and everything is on track to be perfect.

Very educated about the product. Was never pushy and came with examples of product.

In late-July, we met with the commercial sales manager, Camille, to discuss replacing our windows. He was FANTASTIC. Extremely courteous and professional. Because we were in no rush to replace our windows, we scheduled installation for October. However, our windows came in sooner and they were installed in September. The installation crew was very professional and did a great job of cleaning up after their work. We could not be happier with Champion!

I had a great experience with Champion from booking appointment to meeting with Corey. He was knowledgeable honest and I just love the warranty.

Champion replaced the siding on my house this summer. The gentleman who gave us the estimate was professional and the information we received on price, scheduling and necessary repairs was accurate. The installation crew was hard working, polite and professional. They did a great job and we are very happy with the final results. They cleaned up each day to make sure there was no nails or other materials laying around. I am having Champion replace two entry doors. I trust Champion to do a professional job and I will recommend Champion to my friends. This is a five star company.

They have a beach very well maintained .camping areas very opened .shelter houses .small cabins to rent. public restroom and showers.
