They had a technician out here promptly after I called. TJ was in and out very clean very thorough very informative. Definitely my go-to spot for any and all garage door needs.

Everyone from Cincinnati Door was very communicative, knowledgeable, and respectful. Steve Penn was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I had. He was fair and competitive in pricing and proposal. Their install guys did a great job and were quick to come back when I had a minor issue, which was fixed by TJ - He was great! They also did my parents and wifes parents garage doors, both of whom received the same quality service.

These guys are awesome!! So far we have had new windows installed as well as a new garage door and everything looks fantastic and are working as they should. Super friendly installers and excellent customer service from beginning to end. Waiting in the install of the siding now.

We were very impressed with the service Adam provided replacing our garage doors. He introduced himself upon arrival, evaluated the old garage doors. He explained the services he would be performing that day. There were issues with what the warehouse sent and he was not able to complete the install that day. New panels needed to be ordered to complete the work. Adam put the order in that day and left us with fully functional garage doors but two panels did need to be replace. Adam arrived today to replace the two panels and they doors look fantastic. Thanks Adam!

TJ did a great job servicing and improving our old garage door and opener. He tuned it up, replaced the noisy metal rollers with MUCH quieter nylon rollers, and replaced the molding. We are very satisfied with the results.

Installed a new garage door. The appointment was made and the installation was done within a week. The installer was polite, on time and knew what he was doing. He had everything working in about 5 hours. I was surprised with all the things provided such as motion lighting, the outside opener, the wall remote provision of temperature and time. The whole thing is really quiet too.

It was time for a new garage door on my 24 year old house. I shopped around online and called several places. I scheduled 3 estimates, and shopped for price and quality. I decided to go with Cincinnati Door because they were never pushy, offered me many options on quality color and style, and at the end of the day I just got the feeling they wanted me to get what I wanted, not what they wanted to push on me. Steve after discussing options, I narrowed the choices and Steve wrote up a quote for 3 different doors. He left it with me to think over with now pressure and I appreciated that. Their prices were right in line. I made my choice and called Steve 2 days later, and ordered a special order door. It came in within the quoted lead time (3-5 weeks) then they scheduled the installation, and did it in 1 day. They re-connected my garage door opener, which was only 4 years old. Everything is working great Love my new garage door!

Recently the spring on my garage door broke. I called these folks and they were able to give me an estimate for the work on the spot and schedule someone to come out same day. Enter Adam! He was awesome! Adam came earlier in the window I was anticipating him, was courteous, and professional. His work was done in less than 30-40 mins if that. He walked me through everything he did and definitely went above and beyond. My garage door is back to working and I am stress free!

I’ll change this rating when this is resolved (one way or another).Had $2,000 (approximately) worth of work done at my home this morning by an installer named Mike, and his crew. On the surface, these guys were great. Showed up when they said they would, were courteous, properly protected my floors from damage, did their work quickly, thoroughly cleaned up their mess, demonstrated the operation of the door and window that they installed, gave me paperwork to sign, shook my hand, and left.I am quite adept as a carpenter. In fact, I am a Journeyman. During the installation of the window, I noted a couple of irregularities. First, they popped the new window in and seemed to just proceed to fasten it into the rough opening framework without checking it for square/plumb/level. I did mention to the installers that the opening didn’t look right. I actually asked “is that opening really that out of square?”, referring to the glaringly obvious difference in the gap (top to bottom) between the new window frame and the jack stud (vertical structural member on the house), with the window sitting flat on the rough sill. Yes, I know that you usually never find a squarely framed opening when remodeling. Houses shift. Which, coincidentally, was also the installers remark. However, I would think that if the vertical (jack) studs aren’t plumb looking, then the sill (horizontal) isn’t level, and the window was sitting directly on the sill.When they wrapped up and left, I broke out my plumb bob to check their work. Sure enough, measured against a main upright frame member on the window itself, it’s 1/4 inch out of plumb over 41 inches. That is a lot over such a short distance (especially for $2k). I didn’t bother looking at anything else.I called the salesman (Mark), left a message, sent pictures...etc. he has assured me that on Monday (today is Friday) they would begin the process of taking care of it by scheduling a different crew (at my request) to check it out and fix it.We shall see.

Helped get my garage door back on the rollers and re-wire the door pulleys. The entire experience was great. From the phone call to book an appointment to the service tech to the work completed. Everything was perfect.

A previous contractor told me to replace my faulty garage door opener. The technician from Cincinnati Door & Opener made minor adjustments to the garage door opener control panel, tightened the bolts on the garage door, lubricated and adjusted the springs and track. The garage door works PERFECTLY! now. Thank you for being honest, knowledgeable, and doing the job right!

Was driving to work this morning and the ass hole driving one of the companys trucks, license plate #PIM4167 decided to ride my ass all the way up from getting onto the highway to getting off the highway. If your divers cant set good driving examples for the company then your company sucks. Learn to teach your drivers some respect.
