I was fortunate enough to see their work firsthand and decided to hire Economy Glass & Window. I came to Google to get their contact info and was surprised at some of the reviews as it didnt seem like the same company I saw work on a large commercial property. A property I use those same Glass doors everyday while at work. The quality is superb, sleek and with sophisticated style. My husband and I decided to hire them for a shower door installation. They stayed true to their appointment, set expectations for a price quote as well as an ETA for installation . Economy Glass and Window was very afforable, and arrived promptly on time . I was even impressed that the installer cleaned up after himself. He was thorough and focused on the task at hand. The end result was better than I anticipated after choosing our door options. I had zero issues as were described in other reviews. Everything went very smoothly and we are very happy. We will definitely use them again.

I watched this company for weeks in a mutual customer property. I was impressed with their professionalism, craft, and style. I decided to hire them for my home and I couldnt be happier. Soon, ill have them back to finish the other 3 glass doors. Thank you!

I gave very precise measurements for a laminated glass panel. Explained this to the woman who works in the back and she assured me that was alright. Well my glass was cut out of square, and now theyre telling me its not out of square enough to warrant a replacement. What a joke.

Heres what you need to do, after you get a quote from here .... call another company! theres a reason Economy Glass is the least expensive option in town, you get what you pay for.#Never4getit

I reached out twice to get a quote on a job. They couldn’t even reach out to say they didn’t want it. They just ignored me. Person on the phone said they would pass info onto owner to get a quote. If you’re too busy, just say that. I used Dickey Glass instead. They responded promptly and did a great job.

We replaced a large, half dome window in our living room. And a quarter round window in our family room. After we got several bids we decided to go with Economy because they were professional, they made sure I understood everything about the procedure and provided quality products. The ordering process was longer than expected due to quarantine shut downs but Economy made sure I was kept informed. The replacement procedure went extremely smooth, the servicemen arrived on time, worked quickly, and were extremely professional. I would recommend them for any of your glass needs!

They should erase ECONOMY from their name. They charge arm and a leg for small project. I would NEVER use them again. The good reviews must be from friends and family. My experience was very unpleasant to say the least. Remember folks, there are plenty friendly and honest companies out there deserving of your business. Always get more than one bid before choosing your company. Remember that YOU are the BOSS and they need to cater to YOUR needs. Wish all of you lots of luck in this crazy take advantage of people, call any price they want field of business.

Gave me an appointment for 1/5/21 but never showed up. No call either! Took my business to Seeger Glass. Will see.

We contracted with them to have a large mirror, 2 medicine cabinet doors, and a shower door replaced. The first difficulty was in getting the quotes, they seemed very busy. When the large mirror was installed I noticed immediately that it was shorter than the space where it was installed. Chris told me that he made it shorter so that they would be able to install it without damaging the mirror or tile. I found that explanation to be inadequate and my price was adjusted. However, the gaps on either side are still noticeable. Our second issue is with the shower door. Where the two sides of the frame are mitered together, there is a small gap. I contacted the shop on December 2, and have not heard back from them. I am very pleased with the quality of the mirrors and door, but not with the customer service.

Just had two windows replaced and one was a special order. We were thrilled with the service that Paul delivered. Turned out our window was extremely hard to get out and Paul never gave up until the job was completed and done right. Don the owner was hands-on and very accessible during the whole process. I love the owner Don and his front desk gals. They made the process of picking out glass shower doors super simple and gave me beautiful options. I am beyond impressed with the guys that came out to install it and their work. Its a beautiful finishing touch to comolete our remodeled master bathroom. Happy customer!

Horrible experience from start.Sent the desk lady email of work to be preformed with pics and dimensions and never heard back from her.I called a week later and asked if shed received my email.oh there it is.was her response.Put me thru to the installer who told me hed be over that day to look at the work to be preformed.Never a call or a show up.Its been two weeks now and Im very pleased to say I got the real professionals at Jacks Glass on it.Thanks economy glass.I made the right choice not to go with your services.

Very pleased and impressed with the installer that worked on our windows in our 100 year old house. Although it took some time to get things scheduled, the installer took his time and carefully replaced glass in 5 windows. He was polite and informative and thoroughly cleaned up (even sweeping around his truck - just in case). I will continue to use this company!

Trying to find someone there that has the time to spend with you in order to give you product information is extremely difficult. For that reason I purchased elsewhere.

Great company. They installed a broken window the next day in our retail store. Don can down the same day I called. The prices were also great, and the staff that installed our window cleaned up very well. I called Jacks glass, and david told me if would be 3 weeks before they even could come down and give me an estimate. Then he told me if would be another 3 weeks to order the window. Use economy Glass!

I have ALWAYS done business with them. And I have steered many people their way. I wanted some bathroom mirrors, that they installed years ago, removed, & then rehung after the new countertop was installed. Don, the owner, didnt even attempt to work with my schedule, basically telling me to pound salt, in an extremely rude & ugly manner. Too bad, because his wife is very nice. But, I will NEVER go to them for glass work again! And I will let everyone I know how I was treated. Called Ryans All Glass & they were more than happy to accommodate me.

Very helpful, answer every question I had

I had an old wood window frame that I wanted a mirror put in to hang on the wall. When I went to pick it up, the mirror was in backwards. They agreed to fix it. When I came back later that day, I told the lady I wanted to see it before I paid. The older guy kinda grunted under his breath. When I saw it, I said this is unacceptable, they had put another mirror on the back side. Besides the fact that it was now twice as heavy, it looked like hell because you could see the edges of the mirror. The older guy came out and said whats the problem. I told him it was done wrong, he wanted to argue with me. I said How hard is it to put a piece of mirror in a window frame, you are the professionals here, I didnt think I would have to explain how to do it. He told me he didnt like my attitude... I laughed in his face and had them take the mirror out of the frame, I proceeded to tell the guy his customer service skills suck and left. Seeger glass on Crookshank did a fabulous job the same day.

Great people ! came and measured and had my shower doors installed faster than I got an estimate back for another company ! Highly recommended!

Ive brought 5 big pieces of glass here and needed 6 cuts. Of those 6 cuts, 3 were wrong. The first 2 pieces that were cut wrong were supposed to be cut to the same length, but when I got them home they were an inch off. My next piece was 72x27 by 1/2 and it had a chip about half way up on one side. I needed a 70x4 piece cut off to use for a big aquarium that Im building. It was very important that I didnt get to 70x4 cut on the side with the chip because the chip would be a weak spot on the tank and would blow out when the tank is filled with water. So when I drought the glass in I asked the lady at the front desk for a tape measure and a sharpie. I told her exactly what I was doing and what I needed while I drew on the glass where to cut. I picked the glass up a week later and when I got home I noticed it was cut wrong. They ignored the lines I drew for them when I dropped it off and cut it the way they wanted to. They cut a 72x4 piece off the side with the chip and then cut the other 72x23 piece down half an inch. As of now they are refusing to fix or even apologize for their mistake. They are telling me that I either need to bring my glass back in so they can cut a new piece off of it of or I have to pay for them to order a new piece in. A 72x27 by 1/2 piece of glass cost about $1200. And they just ruined my piece wont fix their mistake. If nothing is done then I will be filing a lawsuit against them.

I flip houses and I have used them for several projects. They finish on time and at a very reasonable price.
