The install crew led by Marty was extremely professional, and very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job of making sure my home wasn’t torn up while they worked. Best of all, my windows are gorgeous! My neighbor, himself a contractor has already contacted them to do windows at his home. I would highly recommend this company!

Installed 9 windows yesterday..from the time we ordered through installation everyone at the company was very professional. Kept us apprised of the status on the windows entire time. Emily was great pre and post installation. James and James were our installers...awesome job VERY professional. Couldnt believe how quickly and efficiently the installation went. This is the second time I have used this company in two different homes. Both times EVERYTHING has been great. Great sales experience, great install, and quick repair of one screen that came with a small rip. I could really tell that the installation team knew what they were doing. They had their routine and whipped through the job quickly with minimal mess. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the windows! So easy to clean, and the tinted glass really cuts down on the sun and the heat. Dont bother with multiple estimates unless you just want to see what a great deal you are getting!

Living in an older home with rollout windows I was not sure what or where to begin. I decided to go with Windows Direct. My project manager Brandon was on time, professional and provided great information about my window choice. Emily from the office called to make sure I was satisfied with the visit. Windows Direct is a great company to do business with.

Everyone from the salesman to the ladies in the office were fantastic. Everyone seems to care about you and your job. They were great. It did seem like a long time from when we bought the door until they got it installed. Other than that they did great.

Frankie came by today to give me a quote on a picture window. I was happy as always with the whole experience!! Took a long while to have our windows and sliding glass door installed but it was due to COVID, understandable. Had an issue with sliding glass door and windows. Had a gentleman come out and fixed the door issue but still waiting to hear how they are going to fix the 10 windows issue. It’s been a week and no response as of yet. Salesperson Brandon G was to send us something and we were told it would take 3 months to receive but he would bring one out to our residence, that was told to us on July 6 and have not seen him as of yet. So these issues are way I rated this company a 3 star.

Interviewed 5 companies from national top of the line to down and dirty cheap. Windows Direct has a good quality product and good prices. Signed the contract today with Frankie today. Will update at installation later this summer. Work was completed July 24 and I’m super happy with the job. Installers were very good. Extremely conscience. Already referred them to my neighbor.

They have hit the mark on price, friendly service, quality windows and craftsmanship by installers. I love how smooth my doors open and shut so easily now. I have seen nothing but a high level of service from Sales person, to customer service personnel, installers to the owner stopping to do service work. I was given three month window on delivery from the start. They were right on schedule for install week two of February. Two guys in the deepest snow in twelve years installed 11 windows and 2 doors in 8 of snow. Not once were they negative in any way. I love to see guys love what they do and want to go to work!

Nick Grow came out to discuss installing windows in my home. He was very knowledgeable about his products. He was also knowledgeable about the existing windows that I already had which helped confirm I was making the write decision. Nick was very thorough in his presentation and answered all my questions and addressed each concern. Very impressed with the initial consultation. I feel very confident that I picked the right company.

Excellent from start to finish. Due to to COVID and lard number of custom windows the time from purchase to install was almost 6months, but it was worth the wait. Everyone provided exceptional customer service, they cleaned and took away all debri as promised. It was like they were never hear except I have beautiful windows. After the discounts I was presented with pricing well below my expectations. Looking forward to getting the new doors installed. Had all of our windows and 2 back doors replaced and installed. All three crews (first round of windows, second round-basement window were on backorder, and door crew) were awesome. The whole team was great to work with. When they came to do the basement windows a few weeks after the rest of the install they even checked the previous work and did screen repair and caulk touch up. Highly recommend.

OK so here we go! We bought a patio door from this company October 2020 and the salesman had told us 12 to 14 weeks we finally got and appt end of March. So install went good but on the second day after install on a sunny day the door was loaded with scratches on the exterior, now the door had been painted to the color we wanted by windows direct usa, and installed by them so we contacted Ty the customer service rep and she made a report to fix it. Now this is the point the fun began, we get a call form Ty that on this given day 2 repast would be out to buff the door, OK so the one guy shows up and cannot do anything with the door because there are deeper scratches and that he would have to order new doors for both sides. He leaves and 1.5 hours later a sales manager from Indiana shows up and attempts to buff door and he replies he would have to order not new doors but just the surrounding exterior of door. So those parts come in Ty calls us and I also informed her that the door will not lock also, so she places it on the work order. A service rep shows up with new exterior door surrounds just to unwrap them and find they also are not only scratched but chipped! So he decided not to install them for fear they were not any better than what was on it already and leaves without fixing the non locking door, along with the service people they send out need to clean up there cardboard and plastic wrap out of the driveway he left it in the drive. So I called Ty back and ask to talk to the owner of which she replied that he is on vacation and maybe out of the country, so no call,text,email or anything, I should have gone with my instinct and get a Pella door. I was terribly disappointed. I called in to confirm my appointment, and somehow got accidentally transferred to their call center training area. I could hear them but apparently they couldnt hear me. I heard the conversation one of the trainers was telling the trainee. What I heard him say definitely made up our minds. No thanks. Theres no way I would do business with them, in my opinion..

Installed four windows to replace worn out ones. The two techs spent about 3 hours on the job. Wore masks since a newborn in house. Cleaned up so I did not notice any mess at all. Both young men polite and professional and deserved their tip!

I bought a condo in which the windows were in bad shape so the previous owner used windows direct to replace the windows and transferred the warranty in my name.After a very short time of living at the condo- rain came pouring into the master bedroom through the top of the window.Windows direct apologized and came out and fixed it and were super pleasant.But I would soon have other issues and one visit to reset the windows turned into at least 7 or 8.Finally, another window began leaking in my office room and I had to call windows direct again.The man who was said to be a manager or “higher up” came and caulked around the inside of the window.I asked “how is that going to prevent the water from getting in the walls in the first place?”He deflected and said that I must have a siding issue because this was the last time he was coming out and I was confused and speechless.I was told that windows direct would no longer come out until the siding was properly repairedI was left feeling pretty defeated as I did not see any indication that the siding on my condo was damaged (except for a dent that was far away from and underneath the window).I had to ask two different contractors to find damage to my siding and both contractors did not see any.Knowing I couldnt call windows direct back since they were refusing service despite the 10 year warranty, I asked a different window repair company to come out and assess the issue.They came out, reflashed, reset, and resealed with what they insist is better trimSince the other company did this, I have not had a leak in my windows when I was having at least a cup or two enter from the top of the window every time windows direct tried to fix the problem.All my windows leaked except one since windows direct installed them. I was embarrassed and was made to feel like an annoyance asking windows direct to come out and keep fixing an issue- but the condition of my home is important to me and I felt like soggy drywall and soaking wet carpet was worth the embarrassment of asking windows direct to keep coming out.They were kind and professional at first so I initially didn’t want to leave this review but I never got an apology or follow up after a few calls and emails so I feel like this review was necessary.I’d avoid business with them

Greg Crow stopped by from Windows Direct and gave me an estimate on my shower project. There is a hole in the floor of the shower and black mold present. The price and warranty he quoted was very reasonable. It is just unfortunate that I did not qualify for financing. This was no fault of Gregs who did all he could to get me or one of my family qualified. Now, I am just faced with a bathroom that is a danger to my family.

Buying windows is a huge decision. There are many window companies to choose from in the Cincinnati area. I feel I chose the best one around here. Pete was prompt, professional and answered all my questions. I feel I received the best bang for my buck. The ordering process was well explained and simple to do Thank you.

We were pleased with the windows but when one window was delivered the one window panel was cracked and the worker still installed it. He took pictures to get it replaced but when I called for repair they had no record so I took pictures and sent them.It has been two months and it has not been replaced. We have had contact with two people but the response is terrible. They are not calling back.

We saw a commercial for Windows Direct and called them to come give us an estimate for new windows in our upstairs. The representative who came to our house was Greg Grow. He was very professional and helped us with a fantastic deal! The quality of the windows we’re getting is amazing for the price. Better than other, more “popular” window companies. Ordered two special windows and frame and casing on Apr 29. ( Contract signed ) . They told me it will take 6-8 weeks and i said that is fine. After 5 weeks they called me and they asked for additional money for casing even it was included in the original contract. I agree on additional cost for 758$ for two casing . After 12 weeks from original contracts, they scheduled the installation and they brought only window, no frame no casing . Installer was nice guy and mention due to missing parts he cant install the windows. He left. I Called the window direct and now they tell me I did not agree with additional cost and they need another 3-4 weeks to order casing . I have proof of accepting additional cost even not needed based on original contracts. Now they are threatening me to take me to court if I dont accept the window without frame and case. I am ready .. See you guys in court... Never ever will order window or service from you guys. Worst Experience so far ...Fri May 29 , 11:44 AMWindow direct sale personI’m going to need to send over a contract for the new casing it would normally cost $600 per window and we are doing at cost at $758 for both. Going to be completely custom made and that will take care of the entire window and will look amazing and build so much value to the house. I apologize about everything but sometimes in this industry some things come up but I assure you by the time this is all over you will be happy with the results because we want to make sure we get it done right the first time. We strive to not make mistakes but things do happen. Joe has been in the window industry for 20+ years so I don’t know what happen but I assure you it’s not an everyday thing that your windows are just different than your normal windows and we had to make sure to get it right but we did put a rush on the windows so you could be looking at 4 weeks till install and we projected 6 to 8 weeks so we may be a week off but your not going to be waiting 6 months and we move faster then any other window company out there. I’ve worked for many and this company is by far the best company in the industry as far as value.Me:Ok use this note as my agreement for now . Tell them go head and start ASAP please. you can just add the additional cost to existing contract.

I have installed 5 windows and two patio doors.It was a professional work well done.

Placed an order for Replacement windows and front door 8 weeks ago. I was told order would take 6-8weeks. I have not been contacted . I have left 4 messages at the Blue Ash store to receive an update and haven’t received a call back. I also texted my salesperson and they didn’t respond either, but installation is not their job. When spending this amount of money, I would anticipate better service or at minimum, a call back. Terrible customer service.

I’ve recently bought an apartment complex which unfortunately needs all the windows replaced, we have 30 windows to be put in. I do thorough research before calling for estimates or to speak with a sales associate. The apartment complex I purchased is off of Reading Rd. To be fair I have not used Windows Direct as I stated prior I like to do my research. After reading the reviews I am quite concerned. The poor rating reviews are in grave detail and give specific dates and explanations as to why the customers are unhappy with Windows Direct. I also read the “feedback” that the company gives to the unhappy customers and I’m absolutely speechless. I will not be giving my hard earned money to this company after reading how hostile and unprofessional the responses are to these customers. Again, I have not and will not be using this company to install my new windows. I’m interested to see if I too get a snarky comment back on this review especially since I have not used this company. I feel absolutely terrible for the customers who had poor experience with Windows Direct but appreciate their honest feedback and thank them from saving me the hassle of dealing with poor and upright rude customer service.

I was told there would be a 6-8 week time frame to installed my windows. Due to the pandemic I understood the it possible would take longer than expected. There was no communication when I should be expected my windows to get installed. Once my windows where being installed there was a defective window installed. I later reached out to Windows direct for this issue to get resolved in a timely manner. Due to them having to send someone out here to look at the window panel barcode to order a window they order the incorrect panel to have installed and had to reorder and schedule another installment date to repair the broken panel. No one commutated with me on the installment plan. It was later identified to me that the installment of my windows need to be sealed and repaired to keep the air from coming in. The cost of the windows are two expensive to have to run into these types of issues and lack of communication.will upload pictures at a later time.

Brandon visited my home, thoroughly explained product options and benefits, financing, and manufacturing details (product is proudly made in the USA). Many great options available, all options are performance rated better than other well known manufacturers. Easy financing and installation team did a great job. Highly recommend Windows Direct, everyone I talked to and met were great.

Not professional, not prepared and uses sleezy sales tatics. I was trying my hardest to not write this review, because I was always taught if you having nothing nice to say, dont say it but I have hit my limit of tolerance with this place. It took over five months for me to get my windows replaced, granted my windows are a custom size but once they were done and they called me to schedule an installation time they were rude and then the day before the installation was scheduled they called to reschedule. Once my installation team arrived there were only two people and the team made me aware that was not the normal amount of people for the job they had to do and one of the guys got into an argument with one of my neighbors because they parked in my neighbors spot (I live in a condo complex). Because I live in a condo complex, we are not allowed to have signs up and the sales representative was aware of that but the installation team still put one out. Now, one year later I need my screens repaired and I was told by my sales representative that I could get them repaired for free anytime, when I call to check there is now magically a $50 fee attached. Granted I can easily repair the screens myself ( and I will be) but its the fact that they lied and it is not a one time mistake, it seems like every part of this company is unorganized and rude to their customers. So, learn from my mistake and stay away from this place. It may be cheap but you get what you pay for.

Just had a rotted Andersen window replaced as well as a Storm Door by Windows Direct.Pete came out and was very easy to work with and super knowledgeable. He gave me an awesome price on both products and it completely transformed my bathroom.The Storm Door is by Paragon, who is one of the leaders in the industry and the window is manufactured by Sunrise - one of the most respected and best window manufacturers in the country. I had done exhaustive research on several window companies in Cincy and found the Sunrise window to be the best in the business.Installation was by Tony who was respectful, professional and courteous. He cleaned up and the installation is TOP NOTCH.I cannot say enough on how pleased I am.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WINDOWS DIRECT!
