We had a great experience with B, B & F.We needed a mini-split installed in our guest room, and of the folks who came out to meet with us, they were the only ones who behaved as if they would actually like to do the work. Matt Asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what we needed, and came up with a range of options to choose from. Companies are so busy right now, it was refreshing to work with a group who were responsive, and appreciated our business. Great crew, quality product and we are very happy.

If I could give a ZERO STAR RATING I would, a technician or owner as we learned, chose to inaccurately test a 36 year old system and reported it was working without issues for a home inspection despite other reputable testing. This owner chose to please a customer of 25 years instead over integrity and honesty.
