This was almost the only auto repair shop open on Sunday and you could get walk-in service which was really nice. Good quality, friendly staff and reasonable price.

It’s difficult for my husband and I to get our oil changed, because we only have one car. So we dropped the car off and waited around for 2 hours only to have them say they didn’t actually change the oil, because they didn’t have the filter. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of our lives and not even calling to let us know you couldn’t change it. I will never go to Walmart again. Avoid getting anything done here. It’s worth the few extra bucks to not have to deal with them.

Son went to have tires changed they apparently crossed thread the lug nut taking tire off and blamed it on shelor they pwould not change the tires wasted an hours and half there for nothing would not recommend walmart for changing tires at all

The minimum of friendly and not so fast this day. Mostly due to understaffing so not the fault of the people there.

They failed to tighten my drain plug which has ended up costing me HUNDREDS in oil repairs and almost cost me my engine.

Went here for tire replacement, and did not work out since desired model was unavailable. No fee was charged. However, information about a body damage on my car was reported to my insurance agency, which now causes my insurance rate increases. Totally nonsense

The desk staff are friendly and receptive to questions, but the work done on my car was shoddy and honestly dangerous.I got two new tires, and the lug nuts were not attached properly to one of my tires. My car started making noises shortly after the tires were replaced, and the noise progressively got louder. I was convinced something was wrong with my wheel bearing (...because how does an automotive technician forget to attach lug nuts properly?). I came to find out, when I went to have my car serviced at another place, that the Walmart technician hadn’t done his job on this standard service. The technician at the dealership said the wheel could have fallen off at anytime while I had been driving, which still angers me as a mother who prioritizes the safety of her child.A manager did apologize and did reimburse me the costs incurred from the dealership for service, which I did appreciate, but no one (manager or staff) seemed particularly surprised this had happened, which is alarming as a customer.I’d recommend price matching with other car dealerships in the area and avoid using Walmart for tire replacement. Saving money is great, but it’s nothing compared to the safety of your family and yourself.

Been to this one a few times and always some little problem. Nothing huge just small stuff. I had 2 light out and knew it but the check list says they are good. Didnt check my atf either. Said it was a sealed transmission and its not. Bruce the manager is always nice and helpful.

They have good customer service. There is a long wait (~2.5 hours) which is understandable for the fact that too many customers and short staffed. Staff care about customers. Lower price compared to other places.

If you have ever dealt with NBT, this experience was awesome. Polite, quick, no upsale push. Especially that we watched the young man that put my tires on, torqued, test drove, retorqued. Impressed. Sarah was awesome! If you have used NBT in Cburg, switch, you will be Happy!

Service was reasonably quick, but it took just as long for me to pay and get my keys as for the actual service. They also didnt do everything I paid for and I had a lot of trouble finding the place. What can I say, its Walmart...

Ordered tires online, they arrived much sooner than expected. Excellent service. Had them installed on a Saturday and one of the center caps broke during the process. Service manager Bruce Sarver made it his personal mission to get me another one ASAP. He installed a new one 3 days later, no charge.

Stripd my oil pan plug not once but twice cant stand the place highly recommend not goin there

Was told between forty-five minutes to a hour for a simple oil change. After over two and a half hours of sitting in the waiting area someone finally decided to tell me they couldnt do anything to my car due to them not having the right filter in stock. They had cancelled the entire thing right after I sat down, but decided not to tell me. Wasted forever waiting, and then they tried to charge for the services. Refused to pay on the grounds they didnt actually do anything and after a manager agreed I was right, they let me leave. Worst experience with customer service, professionalism or anything of the sort ever. Would not come here again.

Services are consistent and honest advices are provided. They don’t do a lot of services though, so sometimes they would recommend people to go to a full mechanics to get things fixed..

Although I bought a battery from here, the battery was defective. I tried switching to a new battery. Also, my battery still had time on warranty. However, the workers checked the battery and they opposed the battery exchange. Obviously I had warranty, receipt and the original battery. I strongly requested for my battery to be exchanged and I requested to talk to supervisor but they did not show up. I also explained how the battery was defective. They gave me a hard time.Finally the worker said, I can allow for the battery exchange this time only but no more even if you have time left on warranty. I really dont understand what he is talking about it. Because this is Walmart. I can return or exchange the product anytime with a receipt as long as it is not damaged. Even if the product is defective, it should be able to be returned.However, the workers were not polite, the supervisor ignored my request and customer service was terrible. They did not seem to know what warranty is or what a defective battery is. Most importantly, they did not know what good customer service is. I had been purchasing batteries at Wal-Mart for almost 10 years. Despite this, I will not buy batteries at every Wal-Mart ever again in my life from this point on.

Had Michelin tires installed from here at a great price, but somehow they managed to put on all four tires without noticing that my brake pads were completely worn down - almost metal on metal. They either werent paying enough attention to notice or they didnt bother to tell me.

I just got my tires put on here. Cheapest prices I could find and good service.

Oil change went accordingly. But on the way home car didnt drive right. I checked the air pressure in my tires and about fell over. I small car has a standard psi of about 29. I HAD 55 LBS OF PRESSURE IN EACH TIRE.!!

Dont buy tires or BS warranties because it ends up costing you a ton more $....they take more then 3 hours to plug a tire and longer to replace one!... so save yourself a TON of time and extra $, DONT DEAL WITH THEM!

Bruce (TLE service manager) did a super job for me. I came in slowly leaking air from both front tires and others couldnt figure out why. Bruce spent some time on the problem and figured out it was a bad TPMS gasket and fixed me right up. Thanks!

I purchased 4 tires and I get the road hazard warranty for a reason my tire has had a slow leak i take it in wait 2 hrs just for them to tell me there isnt nothing wrong with it I swear they didnt even look I bring it home my husband found a big peice of metal in it why purchase road hazard if there to stupid to fix it.

Absolute garbage customer service. Workers and supervisors alike are extremely disrespectful and slow.

Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change performed with the incorrect oil. They corrected it, but it took another hour. I get there when the shop opens, but the wait time is always terrible.
