The gentleman who helped me this morning really made the start of my day great! I got stressed when I realized I needed to drive three hours away to catch a flight this afternoon, when my tire pressure light went off. My tire gauge tool is broken (of course) and I wasn’t sure what to do in such a hurry. I drove into snappy lube and they helped me immediately. When I asked him how much I owed him for all of his help, he told me I owed him nothing but a smile and have a safe trip!The kindness of others is what makes this place great. I will most certainly return!

$90 for an oil change!!?? Ok, full disclosure, it was full synthetic. But I called walmart afterwards just to price check, 45 bucks. Fairly quick, friendly service, but cant justify the price.

These guys do a heck of a job. Its been a while since I have paid to have my oil changed..but they checked all the fluids and condition of my brakes as well. Fast service, friendly people. Will continue to go here.

Fast service, stop whenever Im in town and need service. Make sure they tighten filter and drain plug - new staff here is good, but former guys have left them loose

The people working there were very unprofessional. Leaving oil from his hands on the drivers door, hood fenders and inside the drivers door and steering wheel. And when ask to have it wiped off he gave me I could care less about your problem glare and wiped the outside of the door only. Will never go back.

The blacksburg Snappy lube is wonderful! Reason being the supervisor at the location does good at his job along with the customers!That is the only location we use!!

Brandon (I didnt catch the spelling) is the best mechanic I had ever dealt with. I was on a road trip from New Jersey and my Toyota avalon needed an oil change. He took me right in and said something no other mechanic had ever told me. He said my vehicle was in pristine condition and it only needed an oil servicing. He was honest and courteous. He didnt try to upsell me and was apologetic when I had been waiting for him to finish the oil change. If I am ever stuck in Virginia again that is who I am going to!

Tony and the team are great professionals! Ive searched for a place for minor repairs and oil changes locally and found this team to be honest and up front when offering services and recommendations without the added pressure. I wont be heading elsewhere anytime soon!

Went in for an oil change the guys there where very polite and helpful. Mike and Brandon seemed to be very knowledgeable and brought issues with my car to my attention that I was unaware of. All in all great guys, great company, highly recommended.

Basic oil and filter change. 34.95 gets you a filter and 5 quarts of oil. Mine takes 7 quarts so it jumps to 50.66 which is high. quick service, did not have to wait.

Been going here for years. Consistently fast and courteous. Mechanics seem to genuinely care about the quality ; and are willing to answer questions about mysterious car troubles.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They cross threaded two of my lugs causing the studs to break and they wont to fix it. By far one of the worst customer service experiences speaking with the district manager Nate Royal. He wanted to blame me for the cross threaded bolts because I had “worked on the car myself” as in taking the tire off. DO NOT go here unless you want your car messed up.

They take pride in and care about the work they do. Got my oil changed with these guys while I was in a pinch right before a big trip hauling flowers for a wedding. After I picked up the car from them and drove to pick up the flowers, car was smoking. When I mentioned this to them they came to me on the complete other side of town to check it out, aprox 35 mins away. It was only some spilled oil burning off the engine, nothing done wrong. BUT the willingness to make sure their work was done right is clearly valued by this business.

This place used to be great (Robert was the man), but is under new management now. They are much more focused on selling products regardless of need. They also put the wrong coolant in my girlfriends car and were not willing to admit to the mistake or fix the problem.

You have a great guy working at Snappy Lube #24! I did not get his name but he was bearded, wore a hat and very friendly. We had minor issue with a lug bolt. This man was extremely professional,courteous and helpful. I know how most other places would have handled a problem like this and I am so glad that I was there and not some other place! So few people have the integrity and honesty to do the right thing. You have a great employee in this guy and he will build a huge base of loyal customers for you. He sure impressed the hell out of me.

Came in wanting a basic oil change. I had two different employees try to sell me $200 worth of services, when only about $100 worth of service was needed after inspecting the vehicle. I will go somewhere else in the future.

Snappy Lube came recommended to me so I decoded to give them a try and lets just say that I am glad I did! Ever since I baught my car it has had a faint noise, honestly Ive gotten used to it but the guy working on my car, Mike, came to me and told me about the noise and exactly what it was. Not only did I get my oil changed but he definitly went the extra mile and checked my car over and even fixed the noise, in an hour! Something every other mechanic has NEVER been able to do. I am so pleased with this place and even more pleased with Mikes honesty. I feel I can trust him and I do trust him with all my vehicles. He is honest, runs an honest shop, and isnt bad to look at ;-)

Got behind in getting my oil changed. Called and told first come first served. Showed up and waited my turn. All went well. Appreciate this business staying open til 4:00 on Saturday. Will go back again.

I love Snappy Lube. Mike Mcloughlin is an amazing mechanic. He was paitent, thourough, and client centered. He was so willing to put my needs first that he stayed after closing hours to help me with my car. I have been going to Snappy Lube multiple times and my wife hows as well. Snappy Lube offers efficient service work much care. I enjoy the entire process. I highly recommend Snappy Lube, you should definitely visit. I let everyone know I can about Snappy Lube!!!!!
