Went to Arizona on a business trip and decided to try this nail salon. Sooooo soo happy I did. They were amazing and gave me exactly what I asked for! I have had so many compliments on them! The first time in years I have been happy with a nail salon. I would happily travel from Orange County, CA to here again just to get my nails done again! 🥰

Very clean. They have everyone wash their hands when they come in and all employees are masked. They never reuse any part of your pedicure tools, including getting a new file and a new pumice stone for every person. Its nice to feel confident that youre getting a clean tool every time, unlike some other salons in the valley. We are always offered water or a drink of some type and they have an extensive selection of colors.

I had Amy as my nail tech.. she gave poor service, was rude not only the first time but the second time as well. She was super fast and in a hurry the whole time. Nails came out not even and gel polish was streaky. I thought a second time of going to get it fixed I would be happy with the result. But no. I wasted $50. I will not be coming back for any service

Very friendly staff and clean inside. Prices are reasonable as well. The parking lot gets really busy because of the restaurant next door but other than that, its a very nice place to have a self care day.

His is the second pedicure I got from the lovely ladies at grand nails lounge in ocotillo. They’re all very kind and beautiful people. The first time I came, my girlfriends and I came after a long day of work and the ladies made sure to pamper us. The next time my friend and I came, where he had an ingrown. His nail tech was more than happy to relieve his pain and was careful to not hurt him. He said she got it out super fast and it didn’t hurt at all. Other than the pedicure service, they have a very sleek, modern salon. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service.

Never going back. The work was fine just communication couldve been better but when trying to talk about it with the front desk clerk because it was my first time there he said Im not subservient to you and wouldnt let me tip the persons who did a fine job. Who the hell is he?? Why is he making a decision about how much money they are able to get?? Funny the problem was communication and I can see why with his quick fuse. He said your money isnt good enough. Unbelievable

I have changed my review to a 5 star because I have gone back twice now, since my mom frequencies this salon. Both experiences have been great, and I will continue to go here. Faith and John have both done my dip nails...they have done a great job. I think my conclusion is I am just not built for pedicures:) Everyone is professional and the place is clean.OK...plenty of other places around that do better. I went with my sister and got a pedicure. I told thr technician maybe 5 or 6 times that I did not want a manicure- thus, she kept asking and even had the owner come over and ask me for the 7th time. I am extremely sensitive on my feet and explained to her that I do not want them scrubbed - she ignored and laughed at me every time she went to scrub them when I was startled. Its not funny - I am sensitive enough that it is in fact painful to have them scrubbed, and even massaged incorrectly. The polish is okay - again, nothing different than someone else can achieve. Overall the place is clean, and many people frequent, so maybe it was this specific person that was terrible and not exactly the place. However, based on some of these other reviews I will continue to visit the other nail salons that are near Ocotillo.

I walked in with two other friends today, and they immediately seated us and got to work. This place is so pretty inside!! Would highly recommend checking them out!!

I love this place! My daughter and I have been going to Grand Nails for over a year now. They are so friendly and courteous and really care about their clients!

I chose this place because its convenient to my home, and the staff are always welcoming and professional. I was happy to see pandemic safety measures being followed. It was wonderfully relaxing.

I moved to AZ a year ago and this is the 7th nail salon Ive been to because I couldnt find one that always did a good job; might be great the first time, but thats itGrand Nails are consistently proving they know what theyre doing! Great staff, friendly people, amazing selection of colors to choose from, and lots of options depending on your budget. I splurged and did a 2 color gel powder dip today with Jennifer and Im so happy! Grand Nails Lounge is amazing! Thanks you!

I am new to the area, it was the closest place. I regretted that I went there. She was too fast, my nails was ugly. When I told them to correct it, they were talking another language. I do not recommend this place.

My manicurist did my nails and I am totally obsessed with my nails. She took her time and made sure that did it exactly how I ask thanks so much.

Would not recommend this salon. the ladies are rude and go too fast. The towel they used for my manicure was DIRTY from a previous person (GROSSSS) and so I left half way through my manicure 2/4/2021 . Again do not go here if you are looking for top notch service - this location would be a last resort

I love how welcoming the staff are. And the salon has a nice interior design. It’s very luxury! But anytime I get my eyebrows waxed or even a pedicure they give great customer service!

This salon was a nightmare I got fungus from the fill they did on my nails, the woman who did the full was older and super aggressive. I called to get a refund and the man at the front desk would not issue a refund. I would never recommend going here I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and I’ve never had this happen.

I always make appts but this day I called and asked for a nail tech whom was good w Dip. John was my nail tech and was good.

Horrible pedicure. Did not even clip the nails or paint the entire nail?? Manicure was sloppy with polish all over the skin of my nails. Definitely would not recommend.

Rude and entitled owner. I didnt give a tip due to poor service. Was called names and told me he knew my kind . Will never step back in there. Even if I just didnt have money for a tip I spent $60 for the service. Guess that is chump change.

So this is the second time I come here and I should have learned my lesson the first time I came here but I decided to call in and let them know about my experience the first time and the manager asked me to give them another try so today I did and I realize I should have never given them a second chance I actually left my phone on translator and listen to the whole conversation and how badly they spoke about me and my children but thats not all I asked them to do simple design and she messed up on it I let her know that she messed up on my design and then she got lazy on the whole design and didnt do what I had initially asked her to do so overall my experience here was trash I just truly wouldnt recommend this place!!!!!

2 years ago I started this place and now very loyal. Always get in when necessary, enjoy our time there and leave so happy. The owners are great people who know how to run business and the technicians are so experienced. Do yourself a favor and check them out xo.

I got a pedicure and it was fine. Not the best but certainly not the worst. The massage chairs were wonderful, and the foot tub did have protective plastic which was disposed of after each client. I didnt see them sanitize the nail instruments (as in, they were already at the stations and not in packaging which is a little concerning).

This place is amazing! They did a great job on my nails and I am definitely coming back. An employee named Anna does a great job with intricate designs, so if you want a specific design, ask for her! Great work!

This is a top notch nail salon. My nails and toes look like I just had them done and it’s only been a week! My cuticles are not dry and are very hydrated. The salon is beautiful and owner Danny is charming as ever! They have a great selection of polish and gel selections. This is my new nail salon hands down!

So yesterday I went to get my nails done. This was my third time going there. The second time bringing my one year old daughter. I had an appointment so I got seated and started soaking my nails. My daughter starts crying. She doesn’t like anyone touching me. So she’s crying really loud. I apologize to the people who were there and were bothered by her crying. I know she’s loud and can be disturbing to other people. As she’s crying and I’m sitting there trying to calm her down while already soaking my nails. The owner looking frustrated walks up to me and says, “do you wanna come back?” I said “oh! You’re kicking me out?!” In my mind I was like no that’s why I made an appointment to come today. But after this incident for sure I am NOT going back!! He basically was trying to be nice kicking me out. I proceeded with getting my nails done but I looked at my baby and told her we’re not going back. She cried MAYBE five minutes. Not even that long. She was fine the rest of the time. I know they were super busy but that doesn’t mean you kick a client out. As a professional myself. I’m a hairstylist. We deal with kids like that all the time. We never ask a parent “do you wanna come back?” (Your child is too loud) NO! That is not profesional!! You deal with the crying child. That is your job!! Not ever going back to that place!!!

Such a clean, organized, stress-free, cute place. The waterfalls instantly relaxed me, the music was calming. Everyone is so nice and engaging but not too much (just the perfect level of talking when you want to relax). Willing to help figure out what is best for you. This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a new nail salon ASAP. I found this place due to how close it was to my house and I am so thankful I did! Wonderful service, wonderful people, clean environment and decent prices! They will be seeing me every two weeks. :)

Service was decent a few months ago, but has declined considerably. Ownership doesnt seem to care. When there is a nail shop at nearly every intersection, you need to do something that makes you stand out. As service declines, this salon has no other differentiators, and they are expensive.

I just love this nail salon! I come out for business 1 to 2 times a month and stay at the Holiday Inn across the parking lot. Rich, Anna and Jen are the best. Everyone is kind and professional.

I had my nails done for a very special occasionCindy was the girl that did my nails no shame to her but to the manager she had her working sick the manager looked at my nails before I left and they were talking in their language and the manager looked mad I asked if everything was ok and she said yes she let me go with horrible nails my cuticles were never touched from the start my nails looked like I’ve had them for a week or so then my nails were super crooked and uneven for the price they charge is unacceptable. My lady was sick she should have gone home.

WORSE PLACE EVER!!! It was my FIRST time there and got a full set with MATTE gray gel, before I left they were already stained black. I told Jennifer and she took the stains off with nail polish remover. I left and less than an hour they were stained again! She states it’s my pants staining my nails!! So I called and instead of offering fixing the issue changing the nail polish or something she said she can only remove it with nail polish remover (since they are gel) and she wouldn’t change it to another nail polish or anything like that...I explained that is going to get stain again and basically she didn’t Offer to fix the actual issue. To make it worse that place is super EXPENSIVE and now I know how bad their customer service is! I don’t mind paying as much as is needed for my nails but If they are so expensive I expect them to look good!

Let me just start off by saying first impressions are everything. I walked in to get a full set and the guy at the front asked “Would you like dip powder instead? It’s the same price and it’s healthier.” I declined and said no I just wanted acrylics, and he proceeded to say, “Is this just going to be a one time thing or are you actually going to maintain them?” First of all, this isn’t my first rodeo, I don’t appreciate the condescending tone. Second, how is that relevant? Of course I’m going to maintain! So I sit for a few mins and he approached me again to ask if I wanted dip powder. I asked him how much the difference would be if I came back for a fill and the dip is more expensive. So I declined, AGAIN. I asked how long the wait was and he wasn’t sure, so I said I would come back. He stops me and says, “Can I just say something? Acrylics are becoming less and less popular so it’s going to be hard finding a cheap place that does them well. I’ve seen some horrible ones.” And I said, “Well I have two places I usually go to but I just moved to this area so I’m trying to find a new salon.” And he says, “I’m just saying you’ll see for yourself.” I will never come back here again. This guy was extremely rude and condescending and did not make me feel welcome. You need to change your attitude.
