Had 3pm appointments for a adult pedicure and kid mani and pedi. Service wasn’t started until 4pm. My child’s services were interrupted at least 5 times to service other adult patrons. My pedicure had cold water and a cold “steamed towel”. I was charged full price for my pedicure and $15 for my child’s service. The only reason we didn’t walk out was because my child was looking forward to getting her pink and glitter nails and didn’t want to disappoint her. If you wouldn’t treat an adult patron like that, it’s inexcusable to treat a child like that who’s also a paying client. If you don’t have the resources to complete the service, then please just say so.

I called for an appointment and they were ready on time. The massage being long enough is important to me, especially if I am paying for a longer one. She did a good job with the time and amount of pressure. I enjoyed the experience today.

Nice place and I was hoping to really like it. However, my pedicure was mediocre at best. I paid for the additional callus removal and I ended up coming home and finalizing the exfoliation to get my feet to be smooth myself! The tech had left both my feet roughed up still. I also asked for short toe nails as I suffer from ingrown nails and the shorter they are for me the better, but the tech did not listen. She said she would file them down and she never did. I got tired of repeating myself.Not to mention I asked twice to use soft pressure during my leg message because I was 36 weeks pregnant and my requests were ignored. Very frustrating experience.

I came in for a pedicure. They got me in right away. The gal had me pick out a color, sit in the chair and started my pedicure. She pulled out a pencil box with her tools. Not sanitized, yes this is during the pandemic, and to make matters worse, someone else’s cut toe nail was in the box. 🤮 I looked around as people sat down for different services and not once did I see an employee get their instruments from the sanitation box nor did they pull out instruments from one of the envelopes used to put instruments in while they are being sanitized. I get they each have their own instruments but have 2 sets so one is always being sanitized while the other one is being used. Gross and wrong!!

I love this nail salon. The staff are friendly and always take walk ins which is important for me as someone that is always on the go. They have a good choice in colors and services. The only downside is the towels that they use are soaked in fabric softener which my skin reacts to. Other then that the place is great and its right by my house.

This is my go-to nail salon! It is clean, staff is friendly, & my nails always turn out beautiful! I also love that they offer organic products! I notice there is not a terrible chemical smell, and even felt comportable coming a few times during my pregnancies. They take walk-ins, which works great for my unpredictable schedule! The only complaint I have is that the music is always on a radio station, which isnt very relaxing (especially during commercials). Would love it if a soothing soundtrack played. Other than that, I am a very happy customer and highly recommend this salon!!!

This place is perfect! Not only is it close to work, but its clean, cute and comfy. I got a no-chip as this was my first time here. At my old shop, the no chips only lasted 7 days. Im writing this 7 days since and my manicure still looks great! No chipping and my nails didnt break! Definitely recommend this spot for anyone that wants to get pampered in style.

My first time here. They are wonderful. The salon is clean, spacious and technicians are talented, Long is amazing . Its 12 miles away from me, but so worth the drive! My new favorite place

I have had pedicures here a couple times. Very clean and they dont try to sale you on more services. Received a gift certificate and decided to use it for the SNS dip nails. Three days after having them done two nails were chipped...I go back in and they do fix them. A few more days later three more nails are chipped. I went back in and they did fix them, however the nail lady actually asked me if my nails were weeks old- there is hardly any regrowth! She seemed very bothered to be fixing them. Best part was tonight another nail chipped. Wont be going back! When you spend $40 on nails they should last at least 2-3 weeks before chipping.

Herbal nails was very well kept & very clean, but unfortunately I got a nail tech that could care less. It was more important for her to talk on her phone the whole time then to pay attention to the pedi she was giving me & her work showed that! I had to go home and fix my toenails.

My SNS nails has lasted a month! My nails grow fast or I would keep them on. I’ve never tried anything that is so strong! They are also very friendly and have great customer service.

Don’t go... worst service ,low quality staff. They are taking their own language its so worst and words also worst....working staff is so worst even no good service...

I have lash extensions put on here by Courtney. I love this place and Courtney so much I drive 35 minutes to get there!! Courtney is the only person allowed to touch my lashes!! She does an awesome job for an affordable price! Go give it a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!

I really appreciate the friendly, professional care I receive at Herbal, the owner, is an expert in her craft. Shes always lovely and personable with me as she is with everyone else who comes in. Her facility is sparkling clean. I am happy to recommend Herbal to my friends.

Had a pedicure at this new salon. Very clean and nice interior. Not friendly. Average service, especially for the price. The nail tech forgot to give me my own Police back. I called, they were clueless. I went back there to look for it. They found my Polish and gave it to me. No apologies said for my inconvience. Poor customer service!

We have went here many times because I like the products and meeting friends. But they just dont last a week and it peels and chips and looks dull.

This place is very neat and very clean. They prefer to use dipped powder, which they have multiple colors!I will only see Hai, though. He is great, takes his time, and knows how to interact with clients. Some of the other technicians are demanding, which makes you feel rushed and uncomfortable. I would recommend this place, but only to see Hai.

Went in for a gel manicure and had a terrible experience...the manicurist left a gap unpolished. When I asked to have the paint go all the way to the cuticle...she said okay. I had to have my left hand sanded and repainted. They told me it was the polish...She rushed and 1 finger was rough and bumpy. On our way out another woman complained she was cut 3 times. Dont waste your time or money.

I went to get sns dip nails. The same day one of my real nails broke half way it hurt really bad. I call the next day to speak to a manager and she didnt care she never apologized she just told me to come back and they will fix my nail. You can not fix my nail it has to heal.I will not come back because if my nail broke the very first day they wont last for 2 week.

Came to Arizona and purchased a groupon for my nails. I did by mistake forget to make an appointment but expressed I was leave 2 days later. I was more then willing to make an appointment for a day while I was here but then I was told they already reached their Groupon limit and couldnt take me until after I was going to be leaving for home. Groupon was great and refunded my money but thats horrible customer service. I would have come back but they were unwilling to work with their customers.

I will go to that nail salon for the rest of my life
