The staff is very friendly, professional, and talented. The entire experience was a joy that improved my day. My nail artist & I bonded over emotional movies that were playing in the salon. I highly recommend this salon. I asked for purple & green acrylic and I am adoring the result, shown in the photo.

The location is nice. It’s not super up scale but the price was. I only got basic acrylics nails no polish no gel nothing. Just the tip with clear acrylic so I could paint them myself later. Tina did not do my nails but the nice lady who did, unfortunately did not do a great job. My nails we very uneven at the tips. I am glad I have nail files and things at home to fix it. Other wise the $40 I was charged was just a waist of money. They stared lifting day one and had to fix that myself as well. They lady’s are nice but overall if you want something and you have ocd this place is not for you.

Amazing customer service! Welcoming atmosphere, fair prices, clean and friendly staff. This nail salon exceeded my expectations and that is why I have been going there for 1 year now! I get the gel French pedicure and go every 5-6 weeks at a time and have never had a chip. My fingernails have had the same gel color for 3 weeks at a time and also have never had a chip. This place should be the standard for other salons to follow. They can sometimes take walk ins, but they book up really fast, so dont expect it! Best to call to make an appointment. Tina, the owner and Christine, Lily and other staff are top notch!

I’ve been hopping from nail salon to salon for months trying to find a place where I could get a nice dip mani that didn’t come out looking like thick claws, and I finally found it here! Amy did an AMAZING job — so careful and precise! I loved how she got all the way back to the very edge of the cuticle so it’ll last longer, and she shaped it so nicely that even from the side, you’d never know it was dip and not gel! They have a great color selection too, and this is the first place I’ve found that had regular polish to match dip colors so manis and pedis can match! ❤️

Walked through the door with my best friend and daughter to be stared at like I had a third eye. I was rudely asked if I had an appointment to that I responded no. I picked this place based on reviews and I understand if there is no availability but a little customer service and politeness go a long way. It isnt hard just to be kind. Wont ever go here again.

Wow. I’m speechless and impressed. They were so kind and accommodating. We came in last min and they were able to take use while following social distancing guidelines. I loves that the owner asked us, the customers to wash our hands right away. They listen to want you want and had great warm customer service. We’ll be back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Every worker here is so friendly and very easy to understand and great to talk to! They’re very professional and friendly. I got a manicure and pedicure and the price was more than reasonable! Two weeks later and my nails still have not chipped with regular polish. Very happy with my experience and I will be back!

These ladies are the best. I am a perfectionist and it took me 6 month of trial and error to find a nail salon that performs to my OCD standards.

The best nail place of all time! I moved to the area a year ago and could not find a good place to go. My nails kept breaking off from the other places (I have had nails for many years so it wasnt me not knowing how to have nails). i then discovered this place and will never go to another nail place. They have every color you could imagine. The owner has the best attention to detail when doing your nails and is such a nice person. They keep very up to date on nail trends and styles so you can get anything you want. I can not recommend this place enough! I always get complements on my nails. This place is the best hands down!

They use mma monomer it is very bad for your nails they are a cheap chop shop unless u want damaged nails don’t go here

I have been a client of Tina’s, the owner, of Sassi Nails for over 12 yrs and wanted to respond to the review of the gentleman that was in there a few days ago and said that the customer service was awful. That isn’t at all how Tina responded to the gentleman as I was in the salon getting a pedi from her. She greeted them with a Hello, how can we help you? Let them know that she has only been doing “appointments only” due to COVID and would be happy to make them an appt another day as she was booked that day. His response was “Well, it says, walk-ins welcome”.He was the one that was super rude when he came in the door, I actually commented on it when he left. And then to see his comment...I just had to respond!!

My daughter’s 7th birthday was last weekend and she wanted to get her nails and feet done with her best friend, so I took them here and the experience was amazing! I called them the day before and asked if they would let me put flowers and balloons in her chair to surprise her and they were happy to let me do so.As soon as you walk in you get a friendly greeting. The entire staff was friendly and actually interacting and engaged with their client. The place is super clean inside! The work they did was exceptional also. The girls wanted Christmas designs so they free handed ornaments and snowflakes and it came out spectacular!I give them an A+ and highly recommend Sassi Nails.

I had gotten acrylics for the first time at a different salon and they were done terribly and they ruined my natural nails (which were super healthy and thick). Thanks to Tina and Lily for helping me get the acrylics removed and getting my natural nails taken care of with a wonderful manicure! ❤️ I have an appointment for a pedicure this weekend and I cannot wait!

New to the area and needed a nail salon. Lee is a top choice for pedicure, the massage is not quick and she will tell you if she thinks you need a different color. Which she was right. And lilly does an amazing dip, actually took the time to walk me through each step. They get to know you and the are a cute team. Very pleased. Been back twice and will continue to go.

Loved this place! It is so clean, cute and soo spacious which is rare for a nail salon. The ladies made us feel welcome right when we walked in. I was not a fan of the nail tech I had. He was super rough, made me bleed and wasnt the nicest. But in the end he did do a good job. My 2 friends loved the ladies that did their nails. I will definitely be back, Ill just ask for a different tech!

Amazing! Cannot say enough about them. I broke my nail packing for a trip and stopped here on the way to the airport. They fixed my nail in a hurry and were so nice! I ran out of there, but will definitely go back.

They say walk ins welcomed, I walked in and yet they told me I dont think its going to happen today for sns nails when I came at 4:30, and they close at 7pm. Bad customer service. Didnt try to book me for the next day or anything. Wont even waste my time again here.

My brother in law and I dropped by as walk in customers and are very happy that we did. The ladies were very accommodating, warm, friendly, and efficient in their work! The shop is extremely clean and well laid out and we were treated extremely well. We both wanted a mani-pedi combo but they let us know upfront that there might only be time for a pedicure because of pending appts. We were okay with that because we hadnt made an appointment and their was literally no wait time which was awesome!! They actually made the extra effort to complete both combos before we left by working as a team. We were well served, no short cuts were taken and the people with appts were taken care of immediately upon arrival! Our thanks to Christine, Lilly and Ms Lee, we love the results of your hard work and will definitely be back again even though its a little out of our way, I feel your shop and staff are well worth it!! Weve visited many salons in the area and yours is by far the best.
