Everything about this place deserves 5+ stars. They were cordial on the phone, and super attentive in person as well! I would highly recommend this place to anybody. Both technicians that worked on my nails did an awesome job. I got a full set with gel, a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. I was happy with the end results!

The gentleman in the front was nice my nail tech was rude and the quality of my nails is horrible for what I paid my moms came out worst and she paid 100. You can still see my real nail and I got them done for my sisters wedding so super dissapointed never again.

Ok.. here we go.. I’ve been going back and forth about wether give this nail salon 4 or 5 stars. Let’s start with positives.. Definitely Wheelchair accessible. Wide hallway to rest rooms but needs a transfer bar to help the disabled in restroom. Tables are perfect height for a wheelchair to slide under. Overall extremely clean and very friendly staff and owner. I believe the lady who did my Dipped manicure was named Mandy. Overall she did a great job. They only thing I didn’t get was a light hand massage after with lotion, which is my favorite part of any manicure. It very well could have been my fault for not reading what the details of service. I was a bit disappointed. The pricing is fair. You are paying for a beautiful relaxing environment as well as high quality nail products. My nails were done over 2 weeks ago and they have not chipped or color fading. They are grown out but still as pretty as the day I got them done. So I do recommend Venice Nail Lounge. I will be back and this time I’ll get a pedicure.

My favorite nail salon! Every time I come in Im always helped right away. I go in for fills every two weeks and my nails always look amazing up until its time for my next fill. Love the atmosphere! Everyone is so nice and eager to please their customers.

I had Jesse she was very social which was great we shared laughs and had a good time, while she was giving my nails a fill she took her time and didn’t rush and they came out exactly what I wanted them to look like, I asked just for a simple color n she did it really good better than the other places I went she is overall one of the best nail techs I’ve been with, and I’ve been to a lot over Arizona state! The whole business inside was soothing and everyone was very joyful and talking it was a good experience and I will be going back to Jesse!

Awful Experience. This was my 3rd visit and trying to communicate what I wanted did not work.The nails look cheap and very tacky and definitely not coffin shaped.The tech didnt even try to get the design right even with the use of stickers.Just stuck them on regardless of aesthetic and appearance.I was so tired and fed up I didnt even have the energy to direct and felt like it was an annoyance if I did.

I came to get my eyelashes done for the first time with Becky. I love them so much that I keep coming. I started doing my nails here too, and they’re flawless! Becky works quickly and does it perfectly. It’s worth it to have great service, and she really does an outstanding job.

I have been going here for almost a year and always have great service, today we went and very disappointed with service. It was my first time bringing my husband and kids with me. They were excited to check it out because I always talk about how nice they are. We got there 15 min before they closed and I usually dont like to go places when theyre closing because your services are rushed and quality is low. However, they had a full lobby and when I asked if they could do 4 pedicures they agreed. My husband never got his pedicure. When I told the lady he was still waiting for his pedicure, they ignored me. My daughter never got her hot stone massage, which I intended to pay the full price for of $35. We have gotten better service elsewhere for only $20. They also ignored my request for a glass of wine. Dont think Ill be going back ☹️ service should be great whether youre there at opening or closing. Last I checked our price was the same as everyone elses.

It was okay. The place is beautiful. Though my service was DEFINITELY rushed. I was completed with a pedicure and eyebrow within 25 minutes. The lady was super rough too. For the pedicure, they charge an extra $7 for callus removal, which is okay, though she quickly did that and didn’t make my feet as smooth as they could of been.she rushed through everything. During the eyebrow wax, she rushed and was being super rough, pushing my head and stuck her finger in my eye socket. It was uncomfortable. I think it’s a beautiful nail salon, but the customer service is not the best.

I try to be open minded when going to a salon with predominantly vietnamese techs because some have done great work and are professional in terms on speaking their language in front of the clients. This place does not seem to care about that. The women kept talking about me in front of me and a couple ladies even came up to me to see what my nail tech was telling them. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location. And I was charged $10 to apply nail polish to my 9 yr olds nails. No clip included. Thats ridiculous. I couldve done it at home myself.

You can drink bubbly in a massage chair while getting your nails done. Gorgeous environment and friendly staff. Walk ins are readily available during the week but you may want to book an appointment if youre going on the weekend

Literally the best pedicure I’ve ever received. John (with the koi tattoo) is amazing. He was able to fully get my ingrown toenails (which for some reason most other salons don’t spend much time on) while being gentle but very thorough. His attention to detail and level of care will have me coming back. Thanks!!

DO NOT GO HERE, AWFUL customer service! I was made to wait 10-15 and party of 3 who arrived after me, got seated before me. Owner gave lotion as a make up and was nice. After I was seated, I was helped by a WONDERFUL gentleman. After 5 minutes, the party complained that they had requested him and I got switched to another person who did not seem to care about what she was doing. She was trying to do two sets of nails at once. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a great luxury pedi/gel with Holly. My toes look great overall, there were a few spots that could have been cleaned up better. Was happy with this service tho. Then, I decided to get my nails done and was placed with the first gentleman that sits upfront. He was very nice, but my nails were not fully painted. Looking at my nails from the top they look ok but once you look closely they arent painted up to the cuticle nor painted fully to the sides of each nail. Was very disappointed. I wasnt able to go back to get them fixed due to just being in Phoenix for spring break and we had other obligations. Would recommend this nails salon I just would make sure your happy with your nails before leaving.

Great service here! My nail technician made sure that my nails looked exactly how I wanted them. He was very nice and professional. We came in as a walk in this evening and were brought right back I will definitely be back here!!

Everyone was amazing!! My daughters soccer game got pushed up unexpectedly while we were in the middle of pedi and she still needed tips. They shot into action and the whole service was finished perfectly within the new time limit. Everyone was so friendly and precise even under an unexpected time limit. I am so impressed and will only go there forever. Bonus, mimosa!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Everything was so dirty and the nail technicians are extremely rude. I have been there twice, the first time was a terrible experience but I thought I would give it another chance. The second time was even worse, they messed my nails up horribly and the woman that did my nails yelled at me for not being able to understand her. She was so rough with the manicure and then told me to “go!” When I was done. Don’t ever ever go here, save your $$!!!!

Ive tried out many nail salons and I have weak nails and theyve broken before, other places the nail techs would give me almost grossed out looks because of my nails which was always embarrassing for me. I went to venice nail lounge and my first time I had becky and wow Ive never had a nail lady so sweet, she remembers me by name now. She told me she will take care of my nails and that together we can help them grow healthy and she gave me some cuticle oil to help me. She told me to ask her to repeat herself until I understand her which is so genuine Ive never had any other nail lady say that to me before. becky is amazing 10/10 she is the queen of nails!!

Liked ease of making appt. Appreciated no pressure or upsale re choices &/or design. I dont feel like technician was rushing which really like! Not trying to be mean but honest, drives me nuts when things arent even... massage was just okay for legs & feet but I felt cheated as barely got rubbed on 2nd foot. I do wish did a little more with ingrowns as well.Liked removal of gel with file vs soaking in acetone. Went home & saw nails not short like asked, had 2 file myself. Overall - okay experience.

I came to this salon with high expecjtations due to so many positive reviews. Im going to a wedding this weekend and wanted my nails to look good!! I called to schedule an appointment and was really happy when I came in and was helped right away. The pedicure was mediocre and they rushed through it. After the pedicure a guy took my shoes and purse to the station I sat at and casually threw my shoes on the floor lol. He took my polish off and then left. Afterwards a woman helped me. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she flopped it and when I tried to describe in more detail what I wanted she shrugged me off and basically rushed me through a terrible manicure. The nail tech was constantly checking on other customers. At one point she jumped up from the station in the middle of painting my nails to talk to another customer. In the process of running after her, the tech messed up my paint. Never apologized when I brought it up. It was exacerbated by the fact she knew it was my first time visiting the salon and that I had a wedding to go to. I paid nearly 100 dollars for a terrible experience. I spend a lot of money on my nails at my old shop and wanted to find a new place that does designs in a beautiful environment, but this whole experience was very disappointing. I will not be coming back. Keep your money and go to a local shop with lower prices. I wish I could get my money back!!!

This is my second time at Venice Nail Lounge and it did not disappoint! Queena was my nail technician and she’s AMAZING! She’s detailed-oriented, patient and makes sure I’m happy with my nails throughout the entire process! I will definitely be back for her because she’s that good!

I first tried this place 2 years ago when they opened and it’s only gone downhill. We use to get the treatment offered drinks and had newer comfortable chairs. Well I went here this week, I was not greeted in a friendly manner. They were clearly to “busy” to take on as many clients as they did as they didn’t have enough workers (didn’t know that upon walking in) Even when I asked how long my wait would be. They rushed me to sit in a chair instead. I rather be told it’s 30 min wait then having to sit in a chair for 30 min with my feet in cold water. My services were rushed because they just wanted to start somebody else. My massage was maybe 5 min out of the 10 I was suppose to get. My arm massage was exactly one minute instead of what the deluxe offers. My nail polish is un even. I even asked her to correct and instead she just put more on. When she was doing my services she was told to go quickly because another was waiting. Not ok. I am paying for the services as well. There was 2 of us both getting mani and pedis Maybe don’t take on so many clients when you can’t perform good work. Prices have all gone up, while services quality have gone down. The gentleman at the front was not friendly when checking us out. I won’t be returning.

I really enjoy coming in here. Im always greeted by a smiling face and the guy who I see his name is Ming. He is the funniest, sweetest, nicest conversationalist Ive ever had. Not only does he make sure that my nails are done but he does my eyebrows and he even does pedicures. All of his designs are freehand. I sip my mimosa while he goes to work. And Im entertained the entire time that Im there.

The first lady messed up my nails making them crooked and some nails were longer than the others. Becky did an okay job index fingers were still longer and skinnier than the rest of the nails but she did a wayyy much better job the the first lady. The shape was an okay coffin shape. Wouldnt be the first place I recommended and will be the last time coming here.

Becky is the QUEEN of eyelashes and nails. I go and visit her and her amazing staff every 2 weeks (even though I totally dont need too but its my preference). I get compliments almost daily about how amazing my eye lashes are, and I cant tell enough people about Becky and refer her at every opportunity.If you have thought about lash extensions and are scared or have heard horror stories, I can guarantee Becky will put your at ease and will give you the lashes of your dreams. Dont let others fool you with cheaper prices or cheap glue. Go to the professionals!

The nail technician did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure. They offered a pretty nice wine and beer selection to enjoy while I got my nails done. The service was prompt and very accommodating. They had a wide selection of colors and services. Outside of the typical nail services, I saw that they also provided eyelash extensions and waxes.

Honestly the best Nail Salon I have ever gone to with my girlfriend. We lived in Laveen, than Tempe, and now Mesa and out of all the salons we have been too, this is down right the best one! The drive is well worth it when she has friends trying to copy her nails, but its not the same unless they come here. Tom is our main guy and he does supreme work, while we have some funny conversations. If your a girl going here is the right move everytime, if your a guy going here for your girl or yourself than this is definitely the place you wanna go! P.s. they serve drinks aswell, drink responsibility though

I have been coming here for over a year for pedi/dipped nails and seeing Becky for lash extensions for a few years (my lashes always look full and lush). I have been to other places nearby and I think this place has exceptional talent. The environment is peaceful and high end. Pricing is good. 10/10 would recommend.

I get my lashes done here. I’ve been to a lot of people to get mine done over the years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are full and beautiful for 3 weeks (most places fill every 2 weeks). They must be using a better glue. The lashes stay for a long time. Highly recommend!

Very nice place, great location! My sister and I came here to have pedicures done. They were very attentive and careful. Offered us a glass of moscato. The place was very clean and well organized, due to covid-19 they made sure we were one chair space away from other guests. Masks were required in order to have service done. Staff was friendly, and proffessional. Will definently be returning here.

I would first like to share that I’ve been in customer service for several years and I usually don’t complain, but both times I have gone in for a manicure it has been done extremely poorly! I went in for a simple manicure (just needed a clean up) and I could’ve done a better job myself at home. I received minimal effort from my nail tech and it was very disappointing. I’ll remember to find a new salon when the time comes for a service!

Ive been here about 4 times all total and today I had a VERY bad experience! Ken did my nails. I explained to him that I wanted fresh tips put on my nails and he argued with me saying I didnt need that. I explained that my own nails underneath were dirty and I wanted fresh tips! He NEVER put on the fresh tips! Instead, he quickly cut down the length shorter than I wanted and never asked if the length was okay. To make matters worse the nails on one hand are longer than the other hand. He filed my nails with an old file which made my fingers red. I instantly was concerned I had blood on my fingers. He laughed and said its not blood just red polish from the person before me! UNACCEPTABLE!! This place should be shut down!! The health dept really needs to inspect this place! The lady owner is very bossy and snobby. This will be my last time at this salon! I left with leaving absolutely ZERO for a tip! They are lucky I paid at all!!

Went in for a manicure today without an appointment and got assisted right away. They did a great job and when I was leaving one of the nails got screwed and they took the time to fix it. Will definitely be back!
