The spa pedicure was nice. It was a hot day and we were given water to drink. Hubby and I got the basic pedicure. The lady who helped me did a good job. If I wasnt from out of town Id probably be a regular.

Let me start with this - Ive been to MANY nail places in the valley area over a year and couldnt find a salon that wanna come back until I met Sabrina. She is very professional, kind and always exceeds my expectation. I ask her some crazy stuff sometimes (or maybe always!) for my nail/pedi and she is always willing to work with me (love her creativity and work ethic too!). Make an appointment beforehand, go, sit and relax. You will be in good hands.

Sabrina, the owner is wonderful! She makes sure youre happy with your nails before you even walk out the door. The nail salon is cozy and the chairs are very comfortable.

Best place to get your nails done

This review is long overdue! I have tried dozens of nail salons around Chandler/Gilbert over the last few years. Since moving, I have been hoping to find a place close to home I can stick with. I finally found my nail home. Jimmys prices cannot be beat. This is important to me being on a tight budget. Besides the amazing prices, I love that its a small family atmosphere. Jimmy, his wife Kathy, and their daughter Eva (other techs are great as well) are so kind and welcoming, not to mention talented! Literally every person who walks in the door gets greeted by name with a smile and friendly conversation. I cant wait to go back for the sixth time this weekend! So grateful to have found Jimmys Nails!

This place is awesome! I am giving it a five star review because of the five star customer service. My friend and I walked in ten minutes before closing and the owner (Jimmy) had all his employees stay just to see what we wanted. I received an eyebrow wax and a pedicure. My eyebrows look phenomenal. Normally I pay close to 12 dollars (15 with tip) to have them done, this woman did them just as well and they only charge 6! Then, the pedicure. I chose the deluxe pedicure which included everything under the sun. You know nail polish removal, foot scrub, foot massage, lotion etc.. again something that would have cost 45 dollars a few miles down the street only cost 25! Its true that the location is in an older strip mall so Jimmys walls, tiles, etc are not new or modern but the furniture is new, clean, well arranged. The sink is tasteful and the floor to ceiling windows give it a nice ambiance! Definitely a spot that is worth a try if you love a great deal!

This is a family business. They do really good job. All equipments are clean, nail technicians do their job with love, they work carefully and thoroughly. I can trust my manicure and pedicure to them. Very satisfied!

The service was friendly and I felt extremely pampered and cared for. The prices are lower and competitive with other nail salons. I have liked my experience here and have become a devoted customer. Eva has been my very talented nail tech and I will see no one else when I go to Jimmys Nail Salon. Overall my experience here has been sublime.

I called on a Saturday night at 6:20pm to see if they could accommodate two pedicure appointments. We were able to come in. The customer service from the phone to in person was impeccable. While we were getting our pedicures (which they stayed late to give us) I inquired as to whether they would be open the next day so that I could get my nails done and they agreed to stay an hour past closing time to do it. Normally for a deluxe pedicure I would pay $45+ then add tip. However, my deluxe pedicure was only $25. Getting a set of gel nails was $20. The very next day I broke a nail carrying a dresser and called right around closing time in hopes they could set an appointment to repair it the next day and I was told just to come on by. To top it all off, I had painted a wall and got paint under my other nails and without me even asking he just cleaned them and fixed them. You can truly tell he cares about his craft. The price is right, the quality was on point and the customer service was even better. I highly recommend Jimmys Nails

I have been going here off and on for 10+ years now. My daughter loves coming with me anytime I go, they have known her, her whole life. Great customer service, anybody I bring here with me always comes back. They now have liners in the pedicure chair, this is so much more sanitary. This is just one more detail that jimmys nail shop provides to make their customers happy.

I tried them, but had to pick four different bottles/colors from the shelf before we found one that was not all junked up and lumpy.The girl did a good enough job but they should take better care of these details. Everyone who gets their nails done is detail-oriented. They should know that.

I told the tech my acrylics were lifting. He said it was fine. Less than one week later three broken nails, four lifted off completely! So awful!!!!Update. They redid my nails. My mistake! All are uneven, bubbling, burned three fingers with the electric file/buffers, left a ton of excess product all over my fingers which has now caused more burning. DO NOT BOTHER!!

This is my first time ever leaving a review because this is ridiculous. I started going to this salon as soon as it opened because of the closeness to my home. Even after several unfortunate incidents with the nail tech I still decided to give them a chance. I went for a fill and was advised my total was $20. I KNOW for a fact it is not $20 so I asked why am I being charged more after he (the nail tech) gave the instruction on what to charge me and he advise ‘sometimes they get confused’. I am always polite and i work a great job so tipping isn’t a problem but even the difference was $.50 this would bother me and they will never again get my business or the business of my friends especially since the work is subpar!

Ive been going to Jimmys Nails for at least 12 years and have never had a bad experience. I am greeted by name each time and Kathy, Jimmy and Eva always remember my family and friends Ive brought in and ask how they are. Im a licensed nail tech but have been out of the business for many years and am always paying attention to details, cleanliness etc and have never seen anything but perfection. They are having the salon remodeled and cant wait to get my pedi in their new chairs. Thank you Kathy, Jimmy and Eva for your amazing service over the years.

Lately I have taken my husband to get the calluses removed from his feet. He loves it too! The salon is always clean, the technicians are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Worse pedicure Ive ever had. Sharp nails kept scratching me. Tech Seemed very uninterested. Did not scrub my heels more than 30 seconds. The young man that did my nails did ok. All of my nails have different shapes but he was nice and pleasant to talk to. Its not worth what you pay. The discount they give is pointless because the prices are high so youre still paying full price. I see why this place was empty. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Prizcas nails was3 star since I got a pedicure and normally someone else would do a manicure at same time.

This is the only place I go to now. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the employees are amazing. The facility is always clean and maintained.

I know it is hard to please everyone as I own my own business as well. But I must say they have a wonderful family owned business and they always treat me with respect and are very professional on how they operate there business as I have observed over the past 5 years. I just wanted to say Thank you Jimmy Nails for always doing a fine job on my nails. I am a guy and not many men I think get this done. But I must say since I started to get my nails done here I cant stop now. I look forward to the experience at least twice a month. It makes me feel clean and well manicured makes me feel more confident in myself. Like I said Thank you Jimmy Nails I recommend anyone to try it.

I tried this place 4 times in total. The first two times I was blown away w the great service and how pretty my nails turned out. Full set was $30 and Retouch was $23 - a great deal. The third time I noticed fungus under 1 of my nails when the nail tech was doing a retouch. I asked if he was going to apply something to cure it so it wouldn’t spread or get worse. He said I didn’t needed anything and proceeded to doing the retouch. The last time I came in it had spread to 3 of my finger nails and they were green almost black (pretty bad). I asked him to remove all the material and just do a regular mani so I can give my nails rest and wait for them to heal. He suggested and applied a “healthy gel” to make them stronger. Then he charged me $25.I’m extremely disappointed that this nail tech was not educated enough to know how serious nail fungus is nor was prepare to treat it. I also noticed he used a lot of tools that were previously used without disinfecting which could had potentially even the source of my fungus. What disappointed me the most was that him knowing that I suffered this as a consequence of his actions he didn’t even offered a discount or the service for free to retain me as a customer.The staff here are very friendly, the prices are very good and they make pretty nails but I’m not willing to sacrifice healthy nails over all of those perks. I rather pay extra and have ALL of those perks.

You get what you pay for went in for a full set and Never going again.Nails not painted on the side, lumpy nails, got my finger cut while he was doing them..he left glue all over my fingers, overall just bad service.STAY AWAY!Never again am i going there nails just look like it was his first time ever doing acrylic nails..

I was waiting outside with a friend to notice a guy that works in the nail salon walk out and pick out nail files from the trash can outside to reuse them. A customer inside getting her nails done made eye contact with me as we both watched the whole thing. Do not go to this place.

HORRIBLE customer service. Was rushed out because it was close to closing after being there for over an hour for a mani pedi which they said I would be able to get done. The guy Jimmy said he had work from 9-7 and that he was tired. He also said he had a party to go to. I dont see how that was my problem when I came in and was told I could get my nails done. I work at a hospital and work 12hrs shift because I never leave on time. Then Jimmy told his current customer to stop talking after the lady agreed with me. Then i had to debate whether to pay or not and was told if i didnt they would call the police which was ridiculous. Jimmy is a HORRIBLE person and salon owner. Will NEVER go back and nobody should go. HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service!!!

My nails are different sizes & shapes then to top it off 3 nails have popped off and its only been a week...

Worst fill job I ever had. The guy Jimmy cut my finger open with the drill and didnt say anything. The salon was dirty, smelled and all of their nail polish bottles were so gooped uphe couldnt even shut it all the way. My nails are lifting and it hasnt been a week. Very disappointed will never go back. Stay away

Please dont go here! The staff was super loud and rude in the back. Calling each other doucebags and telling them to smell my feet. Unclean and he broke two of my nails. Its cheap but its not worth it.
