Ive been coming here almost twice a month since June and the employees are always super nice. I never know when Ill have a day off but they always welcome me as a walk-in at any time. I last had Vi, such a sweet lady, and she did wonderful. Ive had a couple other ladies do my nails as well and they all have been really nice, gentle, and nails come out beautiful in the end. Every once in a while I bring my daughter and they treat her like a princess! Their prices are great, and I will continue to come here!!!

Ive been coming here for about 3.5 years for manis and pedis once a month. They do a great job and everyone is so friendly, which makes such a difference! I live almost a half hour away, but it is worth the drive.

I had a 1pm appointment that was then moved to 130pm so I did a few other things. When I got there at 120pm it was hot and humid in the waiting area. When I was finally brought back to a chair, I sat at waited for who I wasnt sure. No one indicated they would be with me. After a few minutes someone else came in. They were waiting in the waiting area. After 6 minutes or so they were brought back and a couple minutes later their nail technician came over to them to start their service. I ended up leaving as no one seemed to really care until I asked for a towel to dry my feet. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you have all day to wait around and arent particular about being cool in the Arizona heat while wearing a mask.

The very lady that did my nails was very nice and kind, she was very careful also. Her work was very detailed. Even the clients were very nice.

I had the worst experience at this salon with getting a pedicure. The nail tech was really rough and made 2 of my toes bleed and one would not stop bleeding even after she was done applying the polish over the bleeding toe. I then address the issue at time of pay and asked if they would take some money off because my toe would not stop bleeding and they only offered to take off $5 and then tried to up the price of the service. And denied doing any of that. The nail tech tried saying I had an ingrown toenail and thats what caused the bleeding. My toe was still bleeding after I arrived home and had to apply peroxide and soak in warm water and apply a bandaid to my toe. I will never come back to this place it has by far been my worst experience.

I am on holidays here in Chandler and chose this salon based on reviews. The service, cleanliness and ambience was all there, I however dont feel like my full set of nails is up to par. I got a full set of acrylic nails with french tips and they are very sharp on the corners and the white tip is way too big for my personal liking. I will be back when I come next year but I will not get french tips. Staff was so so kind and friendly which I liked.

Gel manicure didn’t even last a week without multiple chipped nails. Don’t waste your money

My only complaint is that I came in for an appointment and they took somebody (who didnt have an appointment) before me. No biggie, I only had to wait a couple extra minute (my friend went ahead of me). WILL COME BACK!!

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure and was seated pretty quick. Great prices and great service. Ill be back.

This is a great nail spa. The ladies are all super nice and do an excellent job. On one occasion I messed up my pedi after I left. I went back in and they fixed it with no hassle. This was at closing time! Remeber to tip in cash.

I asked for red chrome nails and they gave me rainbow chrome........ I showed a picture to them before even starting my nails to compare as to “what I wanted” as well and they still charged me $60 knowing that I was unhappy! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!They told me that they only had the rainbow AFTER and they charged me for red nail polish PLUS the chrome. When my nails ended up only showing as rainbow chrome. NEVER GOING BACK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

So our experience was alright. I was helped immediately and although I loved the end result it was the wrong color, and the tech was told this. My friend also sat next to me for about an hour before being helped, amd when she was, she was bounced between 2 or 3 nail techs. She also chose basic acrylic and when she refused a gel mani (many times) she was pushed to a different tech again. Not the best experience but would return.

I went to Vera for the Sola nails and pedicure. The lady who did the pedicure did s poor job and the lady who did my nails fraud the Sola nails and charged me $70.00. She didnt even put hand cream on my hands I had to do it myself. Very upset. They are raciest. Dont go here you will get ripped off.

I arrived at 12:00Let the girl know I needed a full set and pedicure. Its now 1:31 my pedicure is just wrapping up. The girl tells me to come back later as no one can do my nails they are all busy mind you when I signed in I marked full set and pedicure. On top of that I told the girl what I wanted. I let her know I wasnt coming back and would go elsewhere. They said they could start then come back later! The whole 1.5 hr I was getting a pedi 5 of then sat around doing nothing. I even recommended one of the start my nails half way through the pedi. This was the most unprofessional unacceptable experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Smh never coming back again and would never recommend.
