I have patronized this establishment for nearly a year. My feet were in very bad shape on my first visit. One of my big toenails was nearly dead, badly discolored and curved. Calluses were out of control on both feet. After two months, my feet were recovering amazingly well. Miss Becky resurrected my damaged nail and it is back to near normal. The staff at this salon are true professionals, polite and courteous in every way. I would highly recommended the entire staff to anyone that needs some tender loving care for their feet. They are truly the best. You will not find a cleaner and well kept salon.

I made an appointment the day before for a pedicure. It was not crowded and there was no waiting. As such I decided to get a manicure too. Distancing was in practice and masks were in place. Pleasant experience!

I have always been happy with my gel manis/pedis. I also tend to find it easier to get in when I go during off-times of the day. Nothing fancy, but clean, efficient, and friendly.

Not a great place. I get my nails done often and I just wanted a simple manicure to clean them up. I could have done a better job than was done. She was talking to someone else the whole time which is perfectly fine she was looking at them not even watching what she was doing. I get that she does this every day and as we say could probably do it with her eyes closed but she did a really bad job I had to go home and take the polish off and redo it because the palace was all on my skin and everything too.

I got my nails done twice here. First time they came out good. This time was Nope! My right hand nails came out shorter than my left. Its really bugging me, can’t stop looking at them. Don’t think I’ll go back. I’m going to find somewhere new.

Speak different languages about you. I work construction and let my feet go sometimes . They put me on blast & couldnt be more embarrassed. Ohh well just not going to return.

Mary is an awesome nail tech! Ive been going here for 7 years now and absolutely love the service I receive every time! I always get designs for my pedi, and any time there is a new product, they always tell me about it. Excellent color options in all options, but I prefer the gel manicure and pedicure, and it lasts for quite awhile! Thank you, ladies for always being so welcoming and for always doing such a great job! 😁

I read the reviews and was reluctant to go to this nail salon but it was next door to where I was getting my hair done. There was no wait time and the nail tech did a great job on my gel fill and I love my nails. I decided to go get a pedicure and I had a different tech and she was just as great as my nail tech. The ladies were all polite and friendly as soon as I walked in. All the other customers were smiling and looked pleased with their services. I will definitely come back when I am on this side of the valley.

Make me hold my leg up to scrub my heel. Where in that did you think that was relaxing to your customer to work out and hold my leg up in the air for 5 minutes..... Talk in a different language about your customers, make my cuticles bleed and burn... rub salt on my legs for 10 minutes then lemon? What the hell are you doing? Charge more for less painting on my nails, Ask me 10 times for gel... No I dont want gel....I hope one of you are reading this.... Many of your customers were pissed leaving as was I. You guys are not customer friendly and are very rude and hurt your customers. I wont be going back.

They did an amazing job on my nails! I went to another shop before for my full set and they were yellowish and chipped by two weeks. Also I like having shorter nails and they actually made my nails a very comfortable length. A little bit of pain when working around my cuticle but thats kinda expected when getting acrylics. Other then that I will be back again! Lisa was amazing!

Lisa was amazing! She took great care when doing my manicure and gel polish removal and application. I highly recommend her.

Very rude to customers. Hurt my daughter and I made us bleed. When I made a complaint they didnt fix anything just spoke about me in their language. Will never ever go there again!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went in on a Sunday for a gel mani and a pedi. 10 min wait was more like 30. But that always happens when people are busy and they want to keep chairs filled...I get it. My pedicure by Lisa was good...but 4 days later both of my big toes are chipped and I have pain on one because she cut the sides of my nails when I told her to only cut straight across. My manicure with Mary was awful. She used a drill to remove my previous gel...absolutely unnecessary since I had been wrapped in acetone for an hour and a half (to the point of me questioning if I should just take it off myself with my own nails). I said I did not want her to damage my natural nails with the drill. She ignored me and used it anyway. She also cut my cuticle and did nothing to sanitize it when it was clearly bleeding (she said it wasnt). The gel polish I chose when opened was clearly old and need to be tossed, but they tried to use it anyway. She had to consantly stop and remove clumps and restart some nails. The lotion massage after was a 10 second joke on each hand and top if forearm. And now 4 days later the gel lifted like it had air bubbles between layers on three nails. $57 for that. To say I should have just walked out after my pedicure for $32 is an understatment...kicking myself that I didnt. I have never written a negative review of a nail place before and I have been to myriad places around the country in getting my nails done regularly for 20 years. I cannot say it enough. Do not go to this place. Bad vibe overall from the people when I walked in and I should have trusted my instincts and walked out!

I got my nails done there. The people were friendly but my nails lasted less than one week and started falling off. It was so bad that my hair got caught underneath. Also the edges were not fully painted and I would not return or recommend anyone else go there. It sucks because it is super close to my home and I can no longer go there. I even called to try and resolve the issue and left my phone number for callback and my call was never returned.

They were very friendly and did an amazing job. Also the least Ive paid for a pedicure in years!!

Ive been going to Tianas Nail Salon for about 6 months now. Thought Id try them because they are close to my home. Everyone is very friendly and Ive had different nail technitions for my mani & pedi....all have done a great job. I would reccomend them.
