I had an awesome experience with Katie! She was great! The environment was relaxing, everyone was so nice and it was very clean. My nails and eyebrows turned out beautiful! I highly recommend this nail studio and will be back soon!

We came here July 31 2021 with a appointment for 5 people 3 full sets two pedicures. My mother and aunt got their full sets done where my aunt got glitter in her full sets and the nail wasnt even painted all the way. My mom said she loved her nails so I am happy for her but I waited 45 minutes. By the time I would have gotten my nails done everyone in my family would have been done. My 7 year old cousin had to sit in a chair for adults and was uncomfortable . My boyfriend and I get our nails done together and he wanted them black. He got his pedicure where the lady DUG Into his food and cut his nail to short and then left and didnt even paint them. So I went to the front desk lady asked for his color and she rolled her eyes and had a attitude that he wanted his nails painted (like we made the appointment?) then she also was upset that I decided to not get my nails done because I didnt not like the energy of the place and I also saw the samples they had for their nail designs and did not like them so she had a attitude with me and was talking about me to her co working and rolling her eyes. I will not be returning and will not be telling people to come here. I wanted to get my nails done and never even got them done. I am so disappointed. You definitely dont feel welcomed here.

David did my gel manicure and was amazing! I would give him more than 5 stars and highly recommend him! The salon is clean, orderly, and relaxing. The only negative part of my experience there was my pedicure. A different person did my pedicure. I told her I wanted the Deluxe pedicure. She kept telling me another pedicure was better. I think it was called a Luxury Pedicure, and it was the most expensive. I didnt have a lot of time and really didnt want that one, but she was extremely pushy and practically insisted. In the end I said ok to that one, but I end up resenting it and still feel annoyed that I allowed her to push me into it.

I recently moved to Phoenix and was desperate to get my eyebrows waxed and nails done. I am so fortunate to have found Nail Studio 54! They did an amazing job. David did my nails and was very friendly and professional. I will definitely continue getting my nails and brows done here!

This is my regular place. I go there every month to get my dip nails and pedicure. Everybody is awesome here..

Poor customer service, rough hands, non welcoming. You pay $55 to walk out of the building sadden and disappointed by the experience. This is the second time I have gotten subpar customer service by the same nail tech. I understand having a bad day but it’s like the worker either hates their job or themselves but the energy they projected onto me was just terrible. Why are you being rough with me and demanding? I will find another salon. Not recommended to anyone who cares about how they feel when entering a place they have chosen to get pampered at.

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons, but these guys are the best!! The only salon I’ve been to where the pedicure and manicure at the same time so half the time to get the job done and they’re still the very best❤️ Professional and up to date with everything!

My daughter and I treated ourselves to a manicure for my daughters birthday. The staff was very professional and meticulous. I’d highly recommend this location if looking for a nail salon who cares.On 12-2-18 we went back to have our nails done again. They are absolutely the best salon yet!

Love the place! It was clean, up to code, they took me as a walkin, they did GREAT JOB, and the atmosphere was cozy & still up-to-date.

I chose this place because of all the great reviews however I was very disappointed. The pedicure was fine but the fill on my nails was a disaster. I was passed to two different people, they drilled down my nail underneath the acrylic so thin it is peeling and chipping, they cut 2 of my cuticles drilling and used old nail polish (by their admission) and you can see through the polish even after 3 coats. I was told I could come back for a refund however when I did the staff was very rude and told me they dont give refunds. I had to wait for the owner to arrive for almost an hour to help me. They didnt even attempt to call the owner after I was told they would be in at 10 and waited until almost 11.

I went in to get a gel pedicure and manicures. For starters the gel polis was applied on very bad. It didn’t look even at all. For my manicure I told her the number that I wanted and she put a whole different color. Don’t recommend this place.

Fully staffed. Hardly ever any wait, if at all. Clean and relaxing. Very extensive variety of gel colors. I recommend Joyce!

Im visiting from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I didnt have time to get my nails done before coming out. The very nice woman took my gel nails off, shaped and put a clear coat in 15 minutes! Awesome work!!!

They give one of the longest massages for pedicures which I really appreciate. It always makes your money feel much more worth the service. I lean towards the shimmery/metallic colors and they have a great selection. The times I’ve gone I haven’t had to wait long to be served. Overall great experience!

Ive been coming to this location for quit sometime now! By far my favorite nail place! The people arent overly friendly or rude and they truly make you feel like you matter and not rush to get on to the next one!!

Jessica did my nails and she was great! She removed my horribly done acrylic set (done at another nail place) without being rough and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She put the dip powder on my nails and I love them! Definitely will come back to see her!

The pedicure was great but the manicure was painful. I told them I want a clear nail polish for my hand but they ended up not even a top coat for my hands...

We got in right away, we went to another nail bar but it was dirty looking and long wait.. a lady came in as a walk in for a pedicure after us & she got seen before us.. So we walked out & found this place. Im glad I did too, it was clean, friendly and they did an awesome job on my nails & my daughters. Definitely going back 😁🙌🏼

A co-worker recommended Studio 54! My nail tech was amazing! He had a great sense of humour, exceptional CSR skills and took his time sculpting my nails. I got the SNS Dipping power, he treated my cuticles, massaged my hands and arms. It was royalty.The prices are reasonable! I highly recommend Studio 54. I have found my new nail shop.

It was my first time getting acrylics done. Would definitely come here again! These tigers eyes nails got so many compliments!

Im not particularly loyal to any nail salon so this one was in the right place at the right time! I went as a walk-in and was immediately greeted so kindly and attentively. The nail technicians began getting my chair ready immediately. Something I noticed about nail salons that set each other apart are the nail colors. The nail salon had brand new and name brand bottles of nail polish with trendy colors. I actually had a really hard time deciding what color to choose because all of their colors were brand new and really fun! My pedicure was relaxing and she did a great job during the massage, the chairs are modern and clean I appreciate that also.

Very professional and the staff are friendly and do an awesome job with gel manicures. I recommend the cats eye style. Ive gotten many compliments on it.

I’ve been in AZ for about a month and finally found a great nail salon! Joyce was amazing. She listened to what I requested and followed through 100%. Prices are very reasonable. I get a gel manicure w/ chrome powder and paid $40. (W/o chrome it’s $30)

Went here on a whim when I was in Chandler. This was the first time EVER that I got my nails done. The tech was fast and seemed like he was extremely confident in his skills.

Been going to the same nail place for years but its a bit of a drive. Wanted to grab a pedicure before my company-wide Christmas event this evening so I needed somewhere closer. Walked in and was immediately assisted, no waiting. Jessica was very sweet, friendly, and did a wonderful job! I will certainly be returning.

I went during my lunch, it took less than a hour to do my nails, it was super fast and they are all very nice. David did my nails, very fast and impressive! He put up with my indecisiveness when I came in LOL. I will now be going here from now on. Thank you for everything!

My mom and I treated ourselves today to going to this place, the first time we went was great, it was great service, friendly employees. But when we went today, we go in with a girl on the phone & not very welcoming us in. Then my mom got a very rude medium height guy with big eyebrows for her manicure, my mom was asking for dipping powder nails and the guy gave her gel nails that were poorly done. When my mom asked politely if he can change them for her, the guy just said no it’s too late in a rude way when he could have said it in a polite way at least. It’s already enough my mom was not happy how her nails came out but also the guy was doing them really rough and fast that the Gel was all over her fingers, he was overall being so rude to my mom the whole time. This is how poorly her nails were done that within 5 mins of it being done, some of the gel already started coming off and that really made me mad since the guy said it’s suppose to “last up to a month.” What’s worse is that he didn’t even bother fixing it for her, he just looked back and didn’t bother to fix it. Everyone else is really friendly but the guy with the big eyebrows really got me mad today on how he did my mom’s nails. I never once in my life have I wrote a bad review on nail places but the customer service that me & my mom received today was one of the worse ones I’ve ever been to.

My wife, mother in law, and I came here today for my mother in laws birthday. We usually go to a place closer to our house, but we stopped here because we happen to be in the area. This will be our new place. It is very clean and comfortable (massage chairs are awesome), and the staff is very very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Ive gone here for about a year. Its consistent. I do the gel mani and pedi and it lasts so long! The staff is always kind and fast. They take walk-ins and I dont think Ive ever had to wait. I consider the prices average and the service way above average!

Had such a pleasant experience! I went in as a walk in, after being rudely turned down by Jeniza nails in Tempe. I was in a bad mood after that experience, but Steven was very friendly and funny, and the welcoming staff turned my day around. Steven did my acrylic nails and I’m super happy with them. He did a custom design request and redid it until it was perfect and never even got grumpy or frustrated with me which I really appreciated, and he paid great attention to detail. It was a little pricy, but worth the service. I will be returning for the friendly staff and calm atmosphere.

I have gone to several nail salons in the chandler area to get a gel manicure. It would always chip and not last more than a week. When I tried Nail Studio 54 my manicure lasted 2 and half weeks! The staff is super welcoming and friendly. I drive 30 minutes to go here because they are so awesome!!

Tech was very rude and acted like she was not interested in doing my nails. She continued to review prices and walked off multiple times to attend others. Dont come here service is terrible.

I got in right away. They did my fill and pedicure at the same time. Ive never had a better pedicure. The young guy did pressure points. It was so relaxing.

I havent got a pedi for a while, my toe nails were pretty ugly and disgusting. I was embarrassed to get a pedi but I needed to get one. The manicurist that did my pedi was nice, friendly, gave great service and didnt judge my disgusting toe nails. Thank you for making me feel a million bucks and Ill definitely come back.

I came in for a pedicure after seeing all the great reviews. The staff was amazing. Their customer service is off the top and so is their hygiene. The lady that did my pedi was very sweet and did a good job. The only reason I rate my experience as 4 stars instead of 5 is because after my pedi my feet were still flaky.

Called ahead and they had a bath waiting for me when I showed. Quick and very detailed. Eyebrows wax was great.

In town and decided I needed a Mani and pedi. I saw on Google that this place has great reviews. When arriving no appointment, friendly staff. I came at a good time. I was seated right away. They are very hygienic . they line the tubs for pedicures, use new packets of instruments for each service, use fresh gloves. I was offered water. Very nice and friendly staff. I had 2 ppl working on me for my Mani and pedi. So I recommend going at a good time before its gets busy. The ONLY COMPLIANT. I wish they used warm water for my manicure. So be vocal . I also had to ask them to warm up the water for my pedicure. Great place! Affordable.

Shocked!No, thats not my reaction after seeing my polished piggies... thats my disbelief at not being offered an upsell.Yuko and I came after hiking Picacho Peak, with our feet needing sweet relief. Mine actually needed a pedicure bad, as the previous pedicures polish from 4 months prior, now looked like French tips on my downtrodden digits. Take a couple of seconds and let that visual sink in.I received a basic $25 spa pedicure, and the massage portion was pretty darned nice. I probably would have bit on the paraffin upgrade, but that $5 is snuggled safely in my wallet

Henry did my nails. I like them he did an ombre which is like French but ombre. I got my eye brows waxed. It was a nice place and pricing was similar to everyone elses

Staff was really nice but its very expensive and both my sisters nails and mine chipped within 2 days!! She payed extra for gel nails too. So we will not be going back.

I had the classic mani/pedi last Thursday & the nail polish was gone by Friday, by Saturday night the polish was coming off in strips from my toes. The service was lackluster & minimal compared to other salons I’ve been to, & more expensive. I won’t be returning to this salon.

I got my eyebrows waxed and they obviously put too much wax because it ripped off my skin and left a burn mark it is extremely painful and they kept plucking them even after I said it hurt and they wouldn’t let my parent come in the woman said “it will take too long just come with me”
