I came here because I am new to the area and need a new nail place. The ratings were over 4.5 so I felt like it would be a good option. I was pretty shocked at the rating considering how dirty the place is. Truly shocking! I almost walked out, but I didnt want to be rude and I thought maybe there is some major talent here so it will be worth it. I was also disappointed with the shape of the nails on my left hand. They are very crooked and its not really fixable because it was filed away and almost bled. The right hand is much better oddly enough. I wanted to like this place because the ladies seem nice. I wont be back.

Not a good quality service. I did my nails twice in this place and both times the outcomes were horrible. First time she rushed my nails, I thought she did so because I was late 10 mints for my appointment. I had to go back and make her fix my nails. The second time I was there early but she still rushed the work without taking care of the details as you see in the pictures. She is all about the quantity not quality. The moment I went to wash my hands, I came back and found another lady sitting before she even finish the work completely and add the oil. I will not go there again. She needs to learn how to do good quality nails and learn how to do a better customer service. I don’t recommend this place, it’s not worth it.

I tried this place on a whim because it was close to home. Its not fancy with Swarovski crystal lights or waterfalls but very simple. The nail techs here however are the nicest trio of ladies who do high quality work. Ive had dip nail manicures and pedicures her and theyre some of the best Ive ever had. I used to go to a high priced salon which was fine but these ladies are more affordable and do EXCELLENT work. So happy to say Ive found a better close to home salon! Ty for making me feel beautiful everytime Im able to come here !

Customer satisfaction reigned supreme here! We watched as another customer wanted to have a complete gel polish change because the color did not suit after it was done ... it was done not only without complaint, but cheerfully to ensure the customer was happy with her nails; the interaction between client and technician showed warmth. Then, she made sure each of the three members of our party had the individual nail shape and length we each desired. After my nails were done, the gel color, although purportedly the matching color of the lacquer, was not. It was done well, but the color disappointed. As my sister was getting her pedicure, I found a holiday glitter overlay for her toes for her and commented on how nice it looked as it was being done, the technician volunteered to add it to mine repeatedly, and eventually I agreed. When I thanked her profusely as I much preferred the result, she made it clear that it was about making sure I was happy. As it was getting late and after close, my daughter bumped her toe; again, it was cheerfully fixed. The desire for customer satisfaction cannot be overstated. And the quality was not in question at any time. In fact, while at other salons, I have had my nails done where the edges encroach on my cuticles or was almost in need of a fill before I left, at TD, she managed to protect my cuticles from encroachment, while making sure the entire nail was covered. Would highly recommend.

I called at 2:35pm for a fill, they informed me that they would have availability At 3 pm. I told Hannah the one who was going to do my fill that I would come on my lunch break. When I showed up at 3:05pm they had clearly been with another client that they just took for 10 minutes before that. Instead of calling me to check with me they wasted my entire lunch break driving to them to tell me that I would be waiting for a long time. They tried to blame me for the fact that they took another client at my appointment time!!!!!

Hannah is my go to person for nails. They literally last a month which helps with my busy schedule. I highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly here however My friend and I got our nails done here on 12/23/18 and two days later our nails are falling off and lifting. Will not return to this salon. I would give 0 stars if I could. Quality is horrible.
