I rarely, if ever, leave negative reviews. However...My dip manicure was rough to say the least. I was cut on my thumb during the filing . The third image shows my chipped nail that I asked the tech to fix, this was the final result. Today, I went to get my nails redone elsewhere and discovered the nail on which the thumb was cut was infected (picture 2). I am attempting to get my money back but was told two weeks is too long, but to go in later today and see what they can do. I will update with any changes.Update: Nothing changed. The man I spoke with both on the phone/in person was extremely rude and refused a refund or any sort of compensation. He blamed me for not coming in within 24 hours of service - I DID NOT KNOW the nail was infected until it was removed today, how else was I supposed to know?I will NOT be returning.

I called for an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. They got me in immediately. The staff were all kind, polite, and professional. I got the pedicure #2 which was amazing! One of the best pedicures Ive ever had! They took the time to massage each of my legs up to the knee both with sugar scrub and then again with lotion. It felt great, and my toes and feet looked perfect afterward. My nail tech was very sweet and considerate. I would definitely return to this salon.

First time in my life that I didn’t leave my nail tech a tip... service was just that terrible. I told her she was being too rough with the drill and literally had to snatch my hands back a couple times. She was rushing through my service as fast as she could. Had me picking out my color while she was doing my nails. Never asked what nail shape I wanted just started giving me round grandma nails. My nails are completely uneven. Most horrible nail salon I’ve ever been to.

Yesterday, Wendy drilled too close to my cuticles and now inflamed and painful. She told me twice to put my feet in extremely hot water and I told her many times no because it was burning my feet. Then she felt it, added a bit of cold water and said sorry after she realized how hot it was. She used the wrong color. She put hot rocks on my feet then started talking to someone and held the rocks in one place for too long! She wasnt friendly either. There was a very nice lady, Michelle who did great work on my brows. Im very upset about the pain in my fingertips.

Went in for a pedi the women was rough and nicked me twice. Next day toe was swallow and very painful called to ask what was used and she said she didnt know and to come in so she can see my toe. Still cant put on a shoe and going to urgent care to make sure its not infected.Bad customer service no empathy for a mistake that was made by them.

I walked in right after my yoga class and they got me in right away. Everyone who works here are very kind and have great attitudes. Most nail salons make it look like your inconveniencing them and are annoyed with walk ins and also rush when they are busy but thats not the case with this group. My nails look perfect. Im very pleased and will return.

I love this salon! Ive been to many in the area and have found my new favorite place! Attention to detail is important to me and they definitely meet my expectations. They are quick but precise. Ive had a full set and a fill and am thoroughly pleased. They are also kind and very professional. I will be back, for sure! *I suggest making an appointment for the fastest service.

Was not satisfied , was cut 2 times during getting my fill & my technician did not make any of the nails look the same , 3 days later my gel polish has lifted on 4 nails . Also was left with dried glue all over fingers & hang nails that were not there prior . wish I could insert a picture 🙄

Google and the door show they open at 9:30 am but when I show up at 9:45 am no one was there. I called and they said they don’t open until 10 am. Misleading. Change your hours so people know you guys aren’t open.

I came here today to get my nails done. They told me it would be 10 mins so I told my bf he could go. Only after waiting for them to tell me to come back at 1. Should have been transparent instead of wasting my time,

Got me in as a walk-in within 10 minutes. Friendly & fast. Great service!

Really like this place. Predictable good service

Terrible, two stars were only for them being able to get me in and out quickly. I couldnt even get a fill because the first set lifted in less than 2 weeks, and the shape of the top was lumpy and scratch filled because the tools they used were so cheap. Another time I came I had filed my own nails and when I came to get a fill they complemented the shape of my nails and asked where had I gone to get them done, when I told the technician I had filed them, she then proceded to change the shape and file them her way. I have tried to find a decent nail salon in this area and each time I have been disappointed.

They did an excellent job, I will go back for service
