Service is wonderful! i was stopping through town and needed quick nails and these guys HOOKED me up!

I have literally tried every nail place in casa grande. Some in mesa. However, none of them have compared to Delightful Nails. These techs take their time with you and your nails. I am VERY particular about my nails and i have yet to be unsatisfied. They really make sure i leave happy and my nails always look fresh every time.

Absolutely would recommend this nail salon for anyone and everyone. Manager was so sweet and they do punch cards. Love this clean nail salon 🤩

I dont normally get acrylic nails because Im very picky. So typically I do my own. But the woman who did my nails here did amazing and I had no complaints what so ever. Very beautiful and painless.

I had a Great Experience! Tram took her time with my nails and my husband loved my eyebrows. The team were super friendly and the Manager made sure that I was happy with my nails as well. I plan on going back. See you in 2 weeks.

Such a nice experience! I was greeted in a very friendly way and was accomadated immediately for a pedicure. Chin sp.? did a great job. After looking for a go-to spot for pedicures since moving to AZ for 2 years I have finally found it!

I loved it here, me and my boyfriend went to get our feet done. I got the pedicure #2 that was $32.00 plus gel on my toes $15.00. Awesome customer service, everyone is nice and professional.

When I moved from Scottsdale to Chandler, I had a hard time finding a nail salon until I went here with a friend who lived close by. It quickly became my spot. I have never felt rushed with a pedi or a gel mani, some are perfectionists which is super nice. I have since moved to a different part of Chandler but still come to this salon. My favorite technician for my gel manis did not come back after Covid so that was disappointing, but I have still received great service.

I visited delightful nails for my regular sns nails over 3 weeks ago. My Nails still look flawless and I am very rough on my my nails. Alittle grown out maybe but still getting compliments on them daily. This is the only place I have gotten sns where the back of the sns doesnt start to lift after a week or two. I always get my hair caught behind my nails and this drives me crazy. I have finally found salon where this doesnt happen! Very very happy. Usually by this point with other salons they are starting to crack and pop off but not this time. I will definitely be going back.

By far the most rushed pedicure I have ever had. Came in to relax and felt so rushed I could not even enjoy it. The guy was so rushed he was actually dropping his nail tools on the floor, picked them up and dipped them in the water my feet were soaking in to clean them off!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The people working there are very rude and uncaring. The only nice lady is the one working at the front desk. The man that works at the front desk is very rude and condescending. The things that come out of his mouth are very inappropriate. They do not take suggestion about how to do your nails well. They get an attitude and get frustrated and say very insulting things to deflect that they are doing a bad job. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone! If you want to be constantly insulted while spending your hard earned money, then go here. This is the most disrespectful nail salon Ive ever been to and their work is subpar. Go to another nail salon if you want quality and respectable treatment.

Were kind of cold and hardly talked to us at all. Receptionist was really sweet though. We were coming in as a family, my husband, my son and I, to get pedicures. They couldnt take my son until 15 minutes into our own pedicures. He had already changed his mind by the time they were ready for him, as we were trying to get him his first pedicure ever and he got nervous. They barely talked to us but chatted it up amongst themselves in a different language. I have no problem with that, but the fact that they seemed like they didnt want to start a conversation with us made us feel weird. When they got to the sugar scrub and massage the guy who was handling my legs and feet was rubbing so hard i thought he was going to bruise my legs. I told him to ease off on me just a little bit especially on my ankles. The rest of the service was great, they did a good job exfoliating my feet and my husbands but I dont think Ill be going back there again unfortunately.

68. I just LOVED this place! This is much better than all the ones I have been before. Complimentary wine, mimosas, sodas & water. The atmosphere is very lovely and their staff is engaging and actually sweet! Thanks for your great service. I will be coming back to them surely again.

Ive been to this nail salon at least a dozen times over the past few years for gel manicures and pedicures. I have never had a bad experience until yesterday. My nail technician Ben (Nguyen), did a terrible job shaping my nails and at one point trimmed my thumbnail in such a way that it was painful and it looks like I will end up with a hangnail when it grows out. He then had the audacity to tell me to not look at my nails while he was painting them which I thought was really weird as Ive never had a nail technician at any other salon say something like that to me. He also told me to leave him a good tip. Needless to say, I wont be coming back to this salon and will not recommend it to others.

This place was amazing..service was top notch...& I liked the hot rock treatment on my feet.

30 minute wait turned into an hour wait, and when I was finally able to get my nails done, the tech did a fast job but ended up being sloppy. My nails didnt even last 5 days. Dont waste your time here if youre new. They put their regulars before me, and waited on them even though I was there first and they didnt have an appointment. I took the guys word that it wouldnt take so long. I believe that because I had my son, and he got too impatient, they rushed me through and didnt even hide how rude they were to me and my child. I didnt get an attitude and apologized for my son. I even tried to explain that Ive been working crazy hours and that, that day was the first day I was able to spend a full day with him. They didnt care. They brushed me off and still wanted a tip. I got even more attitude when I only tipped her $5. DONT GO HERE

First time coming here for a last minute pedicure!! The other place I go to is closed on Sundays :/.... Amazing service and it’s so close to home. Really good color selection as well. I will be returning here soon!!!!!!! I’m glad I was able to find this place!

Always do a good job!

Have been going here since October 2015. There are good nail techs and bad, you just have to get to know who is who. Front desk man is awesome and accommodating! Pedicures are sanitary and relaxing. I had to go back once because my gel tips were rubbing off the same night I had them done. No problem, they were so supportive. The lady that redid them was wonderful and knew what she was doing. No more rubbing off, they lasted till my next appointment!

I had such a great experience! My friend from out of town was with me. We were greeted by the owner/manger at the front door. We immediately felt the celebrity treatment. The spa is beautiful, clean and reasonably priced. Even the Basic Pedicure included a hot stone and leg massage which is great for someone like me who works on her feet. This place is so close to my house and next to my grocery store. Cant believe I didnt find this gem sooner.

I went and had my eyebrows touched up and the lady didn’t know what she was doing and burnt my my forehead now I have a hideous burn on my face I’m in a professional field and can’t place make up over this now I have to miss work .

This is my wife and daughters favorite place in town -- they found it when we first moved here from Pittsburgh and have never changed since. The Owner is the most wonderful man in town and even helped out with the Marching Band for Hamilton High School. The girls are always so happy every time they go there. Special call out to Snow and Ha their favorites. You guys are the best.

This is my nail place. I really like the atmosphere and communication compared to other nail salons. I ask for Kristina and she keeps my nails trendy and flawless week after week.Update: Kristina does not work here anymore. Haven’t found another tech on her level.

1st time here today. I was greeted but, not shown the service prices. Van did the pedicure. She gave a good massage but, stabbed my toe with a cutting tool. Goodness. Im also getting a fill, I hope that goes well. Not sure who is doing that. It was overall ok.

Been going here for 3 years and was very happy till my last visit when I got the most horrible fill and gel polish. The shape is way off and the polish has now started to peel off 24 hours later! Hoping for a full refund, but doubtful...

Almost every time I have come into this place, the male manager has been an absolute delight in greeting me, asking me what I want done, helping me pick out my colors and designs. Hes the reason I keep coming back! Every time Ive had a female do my nail services, Ive had a great experience. But the last time I went in, a different male was assigned to me (as it was a busy Saturday), and he did such a terrible job that I was very unhappy. I will go back, but Ill just request literally anyone but him.

I had been going to here for over 5 years. As of late though the service is extremely poor! I’m treated as if I’m a bother getting simple services done! I am not a complainer nor have I ever been rude! It’s odd the treatment you get as a loyal customer!

I have been here several times and have always gotten great service! The owner is always there and makes sure that communication between you and the tech is good. They are very sanitary with their pedicures which I really like! I have recommended this shop a lot!

This place is absolutely amazing! The superior nail staff made me feel so welcome, and did exactly what I asked. The owner (vu) stopped by twice to check in with me, remembered my name from my check in and had me smiling and laughing the whole time. My nail tech was incredible, she let me change my idea multiple times, and never once made me feel as I was frustrating her. Her name is Natalie, and she is the best tech Ive ever had. They even stayed late for me to get everything I wanted done, and made sure I was taken care of. If your looking for best of the best, this is it.

The little man at the desk was very rude and insulting when I stood up to pay and others were walking in door he said “you need to pay right now when you see customers walking in? You can wait a minute “. I was shocked! Like I’m supposed to 1. Know he had to take care of them right that second and 2. The lady said go ahead as we both walked up!! It was uncalled for, it only took 30 seconds to run my transaction and the ladies were toldTo go sit down and wait anyway after I returned to my seat, unpaid!!! He lost 6 faithful customers that day who have been going there for 3 years . The salon by target is MUCH nicer!!! Not so Deligtful anymore

A new tech did my pedicure and gel manicure. During the prep she proceeded to notch out the edges of my nails with cuticle trimmers! I have natural long nails with an obvious shape.... Also pedicure took nearly an hour and she had the acetone foil wrap on my nails the whole time. While this may be easy for removal, no natural nails should soak in acetone that long. They tried to charge for the manicure even though I stopped once she was done filing the told her I was leaving.

I go here for convenience. The techs are inconsistent so its a gamble when I do go. But when I do the owner creeps me out. He is never friendly, even when I am paying. No thank you or have a nice day, not even a smile. Im not wasting my money here anymore.

I keep going to this place for convenience. After a 4th disappointment I wont be spending my money here again. The owner is rude no hello, thank, you or have a nice day. He hoovers over you while you pay and its creepy. The staff clearly talk about you in another language. even if they arent talking badly maybe they shouldnt point and laugh. I bought the most expensive pedicure and she did a crap job even on the polish. NEVER AGAIN.

Took my mother there today they were extremely gentle and understanding as my mother is 89 years old this will now be my regular place to bring her to get her nails and toes done I highly recommend it

I will never go there again! Gina dremmeled my cuticles instead of using cream & a tool and now I have these horrible indents in my once lovely nails. She injured 2 fingers from scissors, used the roughest files thus ruining the texture of my nails, only applied 2 coats of polish and I could see through it, and she was in such a hurry to make more money when customers were filing she 1/2 assed my pedicure too. I had a family funeral service to go to in California and it looked like a 5yr old did it!! Im so disappointed & quite angry. How the hell am I going to deal with these unsightly indents? Its going to take very long time to grow it out!

The greeter was very friendly. Three individuals arrived after me, and they were seated in attended to before me. I waited for 40 minutes and then left.

I used to go here all the time and they did a good job on my manicure and pedicure Im giving one star today because I went in at 3:30 to get a mani pedi they told me to pick out a color so I did and then they sat me in the chair there was no mention of how long it would be they looked busy so I thought okay Ill wait however an hour later I still was not helped and there was another person in front of me they should have told me when I came in that it was going to be an hour wait extremely disappointed how they handled the long wait times they need to tell people up front it is going to be a long wait so you can decide at that time if you can have time to wait I will not be coming back to this location I am extremely disappointed

They do a great job on pedicures! I have also go here for fills and none of them do a good job for fills. Starting now Im only going for pedicures.

This was NOT a delightful experience! I have had to go back THREE times in ONE week because my gel ($15 extra) nails keep peeling! In doing so, the front desk was rude saying if you take it off we cant do anything for you. So they think when the whole polish was peeled that I should just let it just dangle there until Im able to get to the salon? I went back two days after I just got them done by Donny, they fixed it, reluctantly, 3 days later I had to come back because 6 nails peeled back!!!! The man at the front desk was NOT pleasant at all. He hovered over me the whole time I got the nails fixed by V. The same one I got fixed yesterday is now peeling AGAIN (my GEL nail polish only lasted 16 hours)!!!!! I have never had gel nail polish peel, its supposed to be resilient hence why I pay $15 more for it. I want to go there today so bad and show them the peeling nail polish but since having had such a horrible experience the past three times with these nails I dont ever want to go back to Delightful nails. They shame you for letting them know somethings is wrong with the service and their polish. This place is HIGHLY NOT recommended. I will let all my girlfriends know. They are NOT customer friendly!!!!!

I got my nails done almost a week ago and two have cracked and fallen off and polish is peeling off of the others. Don’t waste your money here.
