$52 for a so called “extra special” pedicure. Gal rushed through my whole experience. Massage sucked. She left lotion and mask on back of my legs. Tools not cracked from sterile package. When I asked her about it she said “they are all clean don’t worry about it - I give you good pedicure” I was very uneasy about staying. Not friendly at all. Wish I’d of not given her a tip, but I did. She just grabbed her bucket and walked away. Absolutely not worth it!! I will try somewhere else.

I thought this place was okay. Prices seem to be on the slightly higher side. My ten minute foot massage was 7 and a half mins which bummed me out. Everyone was very kind and respectful. My nails turned out nicely. It was decently busy and is a somewhat large place that would do well for big groups.

I got white gel on my acrylic nails 4 days ago and they have completely turned brown. This has never happened to me at any other salon and I often get white. They are also extreme lumpy and the painting is uneven. Not happy.

I got the deluxe and boy was it! No skimping here. Lovely was friendly and really great at what she does. I will be back!

I had been to this shop in my new neighborhood once before and had a good experience, but wow - my second visit with Amy was wonderful! She is very attentive and takes great pride in her pedicures. It truly felt like a spa experience and I will surely request her each time I visit! The shop is lovely and clean, and the front desk folks are very professional and courteous. As an added convenience, there is an ATM inside the shop, as they aren’t able to accept tips on credit cards.

I love this place and have been going for a long time. I drive from pretty far just to have my nails shaped up here. Staff is always very nice and the aesthetic of the salon is really relaxing and beautiful. I also love Tammy who does my nails and toes. She did such a great job. Always love to go back to her!

It’s hit and miss most of the time. I’ve been going here since July and I’ve gotten some really good techs and then some have been really bad. Last few times I’ve been rushed along and I got a manicure just yesterday and by the end of the day it was already chipping off. I’ve gotten acrylic in July until my nails grew long enough and I still have some of the acrylic on my nail she just painted over it. I’m so sad because I’ve stayed with them for 4 months but I’m looking for somewhere new. They also are rough with the drill and my nails have turned so brittle and thin.My appointment was at 10 a.m. yesterday at the location on Ray and Rural. I attached a picture of my transaction as well. That’s unfortunate you won’t take fault for wrong doing.

This is not your typical nail salon! Its so cute and has a luxury feel to it. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. The detail that goes into my nails is honestly remarkable. Dont waste your money! Pink Polish used to be a great salon, but no more! My last 3 gel polish manicures have all started peeling off within days of receiving the manicure - didnt even last a week. Not sure what they are doing differently but its no longer the upscale experience for which they are charging. Too bad, this was my go-to nail salon for years!

I love this place and I always see Nina because she takes great care of me and does an amazing job - EVERY. TIME. The facility is large and stylish in its decor, definitely not a hole in the wall typical nail place. This is a salon and its updated and even has some Instagram-worthy spots throughout. I love it for a break away for some me time, but it would also be a great spot for bridal parties/groups as they have so many pedi chairs and separate areas to keep your group together. The customer service is always top notch - using your name and offering water, etc. Cant say enough great things- once you go, youll see the difference immediately!

I cannot express enough my disappointment in my nail appointment today. I went there for a dip manicure and a regular polish pedicure. The nail technician was rough and hurt me several times with the drill. I told the technician I wanted a peach color tone and would like to do a single nail in a glitter and she told me no red was better. She also pushed doing a dark gray. And then proceeded to want to do a glitter-ombre that would cost me $10 more. None of which is what I wanted.She got all flustered when I declined the red color and said but it would look better with your skin. I appreciate advice and input, but when she got so aggravated over me not choosing the red tone that she selected I lost my resolve and decided to go with red. I regret it today. My nails are tender and she didnt even clean up the dip polish overspray. I have over spell of the red on my hands and the under skin is sticking to the bottom part of my nails my nails look short stubby and unprofessional.My pedicure wasnt much better she pushed for the callus remover, and then rushed the nail polish on slipped a pair of sandals on me and told me to check out. There was no reason either, there were several Empty Chairs next to me. Quality of client care is not at this facility. I would not recommend anyone coming here a little own a friend or an enemy. If you do make the choice to come here and I hope and pray that itll be better than experiences than mine, dont get Lisa.

When it comes to getting my nails done, Im the pickiest person on the planet!! However, I absolutely loved Pink Polish. I got a full set for my wedding in a soft pink color Ive literally tried to find at dozens of other nail salons and couldnt. They did a fantastic job. Pink Polish staff is so friendly, the salon is clean, modern, and fun! I highly recommend.

Disappointed. My 2nd time here and it looks like I havent found the right tech yet. So far, techs I saw I did not like, service is bad. They dont talk to you, they push your entire foot or hand back out of their way when done instead of a tap or any indication of switching or hands or feet etc. I just dont like that. Did my nails but did glitter first, then did the gel then dusted of the powdered glitter causing it to get on other nails...doesnt make sense to me. They just dont care I guess. Sloppy.If I find the right tech, Ill update my review.Update- 4/13. 1 month ago, I called to make an appt and asked to be booked with someone who is nicer and has customer service skills. When I came in, they sent me with someone else, although very nice, she ended up cutting my toe very deep (not a nip, a very deep 1cm cut on the side of my big toe - with the cuticle pusher sharp pointy side). Then as I waited about 20 mins, someone else greeted me for my manicure. I didnt make a fuss about my cut because I do understand accidents happen and the tech was very apologetic. I could not do any activities on my San Diego vacation as anything movement would cause the cut to open back up and bleed all over my toe to my sandals. 4 weeks later and its healed but the skin keeps peeling from that area. I have been miserable with an achy, painful toe for about 3 weeks!I am more irritated with how my appt was handled. When I brought it to the receptionist attn, she said it wasnt me. As I think about everything, this place isnt as nice as it looks. I feel like the employees are overworked or overbooked and rush through to the next client. Just not worth it for me.

They took the worst nail job Ive ever had to the best, its a little over priced but worth it, I saw Helen shes so great. They dont have the best communication (found myself asking a lot of clarification type questions) and there is not a lot of small talk so if thats your thing dont go here. But if you just want your nails done right this is the place!

One of my acrylic nails broke less than 24hrs later. I went back to have it repaired and they charged me which I though was outrageous. Another nail broke a week later. I wasn’t doing anything crazy or lifting anything weird, just normal everyday tasks so it was purely because they did a bad job. I went back again and the lady said she’ll fix all of my nails so that I don’t have to keep coming back. She ended up charging me even more money the 2nd time even though she said it was not my fault they kept breaking. After all of my nails being repaired again, 2 more broke within 3 days. I will not be coming here again. A waste of my money and time.

I have been coming to this salon for more years then I can count. I see the same nail techs and have stayed loyal. I watched new owners take over and the place slowly go down hill, but I stayed loyal. Then it sales again and another owner then fired many of their techs over text message with no cause. This to me is the most disgusting thing you can do in business. And to do it during a rough time (Covid) is just disgusting. Talk about slimy. I will stay loyal to my techs where they go. Pink polish will only be talked about in a negative light from here on out from my mouth.

I was helped by John and Lee for a manicure and pedicure. It was a phenomenal experience, John really took the time to make sure everything was done right and Lee did my designs which turned out beautiful. On top of fantastic staff, the atmosphere was very relaxing and beautiful.

This is the worst place to get your nails done and they have horrible customer service. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone unless they want to have ugly nails.

I went to the location on Ray RD. My appointment was at 5:45pm I arrived at 5:30pm. They got started on my nails. The lady (I forgot her name) asked me if I had gotten the dip on my nails before...I told her told her it was my 2nd time. Another lady brought her bowl of nail polish remover...the lady said something to her in Vietnamese and she took the bowl of nail polish remover away. Then she took out a machine and she began shaving my nails down. When she was half way done a man showed up and had me to pay with my debit card and I gave her a 10.00 tip. Then she proceeded to finish my nails. When she finished I went to my car and I noticed my nails were not smooth they were bumpy and shaped badly. I went back to the door to report the bad work that had been done on my nails but the shop had closed. I was going to go back the next day but I had to go out of town. I was in Louisiana and my nails looked so bad I had to have someone else give me another set of dip nails. While the nail tech was doing my nails she told me that dip nails are never supposed to be filed off that they are supposed to be soaked off and a whole new tip is to be applied...that is why they looked so bad.I came back home to Arizona and I was going to go to pink polish and let them know the mistake they made. Instead of going back there I decided to tell as many people as I could about how badly they treated me. The lady took advantage of the fact that I didn’t know how dip nails work and she rushed thru the work and didn’t give a damn what they looked like. I will never go back to their shop again and I am telling all my friends to stay away from pink polish nail salon

Just got an amazing pedicure. I didn’t have an appointment and the lady at the front desk was able to squeeze me in. The lady that did my nails was so nice and did such a great job. The salon is also very clean. I definitely will be coming back here from now on!

Ive been coming here for the last several years and I have loved it every time! The inside is so cute and hip! Every person you meet is sweet and kind.... The nail work is superb and if youre not satisfied they will make sure to rectify things before you leave. The scrubs they offer are worth the $5 dollars! Love this place!

Pros: Amazing facility/cleanliness, good nail polish selection, great lash services, easy to book appointments and kind staffI only get my lashes and pedicures here so I can only speak to those services, but I love coming here! They do a great job on both and I always feel like they take the time to make sure everything is perfect. I get my lashes done by Tina and I have gotten pedicures from Tina and Mai. both are very professional and make sure I get the results i want.

I LOVE the techs I go to at Pink polish. Not all the techs are nice and do a good job. It took me three visits to find the people I love. Sue and Lee are amazing! They are friendly, professional, and fashionable. They conversate with you the whole time and don’t go off speaking Vietnamese to others while there. They make you feel comfortable as well. I haven’t tested their creativity but I hope whenever I decide to do any designs that I will not be disappointed.

They do not have accurate pricing on the only website you can search for them. They claim there is another website but you cannot find it using Google. When you get there the prices are much higher. Some by over $30.00 more than what is quoted online. Extremely unprofessional. Its sad because their techs do an awesome job but Im considering not going back after this last experience.

I gave it a 4 because one incident the end of my fingernails had “bubbles.” I was also one of the last ones in there so I’m guessing she was rushed BUT other than that, I love them! The ambiance is nice and it’s such a chic little place. I would definitely call before you go but if you are in the Tempe/chandler location you must check them out!

Super friendly team and every nail tech I’ve had is really gentle and takes their time with your manicure. Best gel manicure I’ve come across; I can go 2+ weeks before they start looking old really the only thing that brings me in is the regrowth of my nails from the last time I got them done!

Was always my go to nail salon for 6 years. My favorite nail tech and other excellent women were let go without just cause. I will not support a business that does not support and treat their employees like family.

I have been going to Pink Polish for almost 6 months now and I loved the way my nails turned out! It was amazing! But the service is awful! My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday and made an appointment for 4 people! It was very sweet, but he didnt know we wanted a full set so then we had to wait for the workers that knew how to do a full set which was totally okay with me, I was willing to wait however long it took, it was our mistake! However, one of the workers was working on my nails and was speaking Vietnamese to a coworker which I didnt understand. Luckily, I had a friend that did understand and she translated it for me. They had said that if we wanted full sets, thats what we were going to get but she would purposefully put less glue on it so that they wouldnt last and we would have to come back again. My nail was coming off two days later. You should never treat your customers like that even if they made an honest mistake. I still tipped them $10 each for the inconvenience, but that was my last time going to this salon.

Great service. Right by my work so I can go during my breaks.The place I used to go to charges the same but never trim my cuticles, do a mini massage, and I would always leave with imperfections (uneven surfaces or visible ripples in the dip.) Jimmy was amazing and gave me the best SNS manicure Ive ever gotten. Smooth and even application. I will definitely use Pink Polish in the future and recommend it to all of my friends/family.

Ive been going to Pink Polish for 3 years and I love it. They have some extremely skilled techs. The massages are too die for. Especially the orange scrub. They never push you to get things you dont want like other places. Also they are all extremely friendly. I have never had a bad experience and I doubt I will.

Every time I go there and get my eyebrows done they dont match and they make my eyebrows Pencil Thin. Next day after getting polish on my nails theyre chipped and looked like I painted them myself. This place used to do amazing work and Im not sure what has happened. Place next to frys has much better service

4.5 stars. Only note 5 stars because its a little pricier than most but not by a lot, and they dont let you tip on the card. Bring cash!! They do have a ATM there but of course I dont carry a debit card and I couldnt use my CC on there.Ive been there two times and have enjoyed it both times. The technicians are fantastic and really do a great job! To me its worth the price, most of the time at least. Its a nice place too, very nice decor, very comfortable chairs. I like the way they have the manicure area set up because most salons have chairs that dont quite fit on the table you sit at but the way they set it up, you can move pillows and sit comfortably without being awkward.

Love them, the end results are great, the salon is beautifully decorated. Always a goid experience. Cant wait to get back in after this COVID19 business is a distant memory.

The experience is personalized and the place is swanky. But the more I go there for a gel manicure, the more I feel like this place is smoke and mirrors. Most recently, I felt rushed and it showed in my manicure. I am sure you can get a great technician but I would recommend you getting a name from a trusted friend and booking only with that person.

I love pink polish mainly because i love my nail tech Thy! Thy is the best! I personally will not go to anyone other than her. Pink polish is very clean and has so many color options. The front desk staff is kind and quick. However they could definitely use some help when it comes to scheduling. I am not sure if it is human error or computer error, but it has to be fixed. That is my only complaint. But i am still giving them 5 stars because of my experience with Thy. I have been going to her for a year now and am pleased to call her a friend.

They are reasonably priced, they have done a consistently good job on my dip manicures and pedicures for the last year or so that I have been a client and they always have HGTV on. Win win win. I have been to many other salons in the Chandler and gilbert area and they never do as good of a job as Pink Polish. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone in search of a great mani/pedi.

This was my second time here, and absolutely my last. What a horrible “salon” I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The women (Amy) could not get me out of there fast enough. She rushed through the entire visit. Didnt offer me any water. Didn’t provide me with a remote for the massage chair. Not personable. Not friendly. Just in an out. Never again.

This place is freaking awesome. Its very welcoming when you first walk in and you can tell they take time in presentation which I can appreciate. Now the lady to go to for designs is Ms. Tammy. I heard there are other people there that have won competitions for nail designs which makes this place just that much better but Tammy did my nails today and Im beyond happy with my nails. Tammy moves quick and you can tell she knows what she is doing. Im only upset with the fact I dont live here but I will def come back to see Tammy. This place gets a 5 star and if I could, I would give this place 10. Everyone needs to come here to get their nails done!!!!
