I have been to Jubilee 5 times in total. Im never returning due to expensive price for bad quality!1st visit- Gel pedi was great!2nd visit- Gel pedi was great but Gel mani was just okay3rd visit- Gel pedi and full acrylic set- I was cut during the pedi and polish had a few bubbles4th visit- Fill for full set- I had 2 nails break off within a week of normal activities. They broke off doing things like putting on my seat belt or pulling up my pants.5th visit- I went to get the 2 nails fixed and it was a complete rush job! And a 3rd nails broke off the next day!

They all do a great job! Love this place! Also, if you want amazing lashes, go see Gina. They have a little studio there and she does gorgeous lashes!

I had my nails done this morning by Mai. She did an amazing job. What made my experience a 5 star experience was the time she took to do my nails. She didn’t rush my appointment and took the time to talk to me and get to know me. Great technic and my nails turned out beautiful. Thank you Mai ❤️

Nice place and people.

The pedicure made me nervous the whole time since my sister ended up getting nicked for the second visit in a row. I had to kindly request to be a bit gentler when filing and using the cuticle clippers. And the polish was pretty sloppy. Everyone is pretty friendly though, and the foot massage with the spa pedicure is relaxing. I would have liked to rate this place better,but Ive gone back a couple times hoping for a different experience, and unfortunately, its more of the same.

I have been going to Jubilee for years now and they accommodate the best designs. I am always greeted when coming in whether it’s the receptionist or the nail techs. Great atmosphere, very clean salon and my dip powder lasts forever. Everyone here is truly so nice. I love getting my nails done by Steven and my toes done by Emily, but everyone is great.

Nail tech was fairly good job. Eyebrow waxing not so good.

Overall amazing experience! My mom had been going here for a long time and I tried it out today and it was definitely the best nails I have ever had done! Vincent is my moms regular nail guy and he did my nails as well. My mom always comes back with the best designs and I got checkered today! He put so much detail into the process and design and resulted in perfect nails. Would definitely recommend to anyone!! Thank you!

The shop is very clean and pretty. The staff is friendly. They update the polish regularly. I would highly recommend this shop. I have been coming here for over 3 years.

I have been going here about 1 year now and Vincent the owner always does the most AMAZING job on my nails. The staff is all extremly knowledgeable and also.does a great job. The Spa is so well done and atmosphere is chic and elegant. This is by far the best and my favorite nail salon Ive ever found. THANK you to all of the staff especially the owners for always making my nails and toes GLAM! Highly recommend and I would give 100 stars if I could.

I always love coming here due to nice atmosphere and a beautiful / clean establishment. This last time I went I have to say I’m truly impressed! I had the pleasure of having Cynthia work on my nails and toes and if possible I will always come back just to see her. Edited review: the service has gone way DOWN. My gel polish peeled after 3 days. On the hunt for a new salon.So glad to have found a new nail place closer to home. Im not able to get my hands and toes done often but when I do I look for somewhere that will be worth my hard earned dollars. I have been here 5 times now and my mom and mother in law have also joined. Christy does the best gel manicure and pedicure. She takes her time and does a clean and lasting job. The salon is well lit and CLEAN, staff is very nice. Love it!

Bad Service. I went into this business on a Sunday for nail repair service for SNS Dip Powder. The receptionist greeted me and I explained to her I would like nail repair . After looking at my nails, she stated she was not sure if they had a red color match. Within 1-2 minutes a young male technician which was stationed in the front of the store waited on me which his attitude was very rude. He was not helpful in assisting me with a red color match, his attitude and non verbal body language yelled out I dont want to be bothered with you! then suddenly he asked me to leave his station and have a seat back in the waiting area while I was attempting to find the correct color match for my nails.I was very confused and off put by his behavior due to the fact, I was very nice to him and only requested his assistance in repairing my nail. I stopped by here because of the good reviews, however it was not a good experience for me. I will never do business with this establishment.

I’ve only been here twice but both times Cynthia has been amazing! Last time I went I told my best friend and her daughter to meet me and my daughter because we loved the last time so much! We all got there a little late on a Friday, everyone stayed a little late and didn’t complain at all! Looking forward to my next visit!

This is the best nail salon in AZ. I drive all the way from East Mesa to get my nails and toes done here. The salon is clean, beautiful and relaxing. I get gel manis every time and they can last up to 5 weeks without cracking, peeling or chipping. I am always satisfied with my manicures and pedicures. If youre looking for a new salon, I highly recommend choosing this one.

Purchased top pedicure and manicure package and picked red gel for nails withmatching toe color. received pink toesand red nails. when I explained bottlesmust be mixed they stated no the topcoat changed red polish to pink.After paying 156.00 dollars I had to goto a different nail salon to fix the error.all I was offered was ten dollars theynever even thought of fixing the color.I did not want a refund as the employeedid a nice job I just wanted it corrected.Now it cost me double to fix. will not returnor recommend.

Jubilee Toes & Nails is the best nail spa in the entire Chandler area. I am new to AZ and was worried I couldnt find a nail stylist like I had before moving here. The minute I walked in , the front desk coordinator was so friendly and knowledgeable, you dont get the customer service that she exudes in most salons period. My nail stylist listened to my needs and her creativity was very special. If you are looking for waxing, relaxing pedicures with a beautiful ambiance , or a professional nail stylist to do an impeccable job Jubullie Toes & Nails is the best place in Chandler by far! 1st time coming into this facility and I will definitely be coming back. Very clean, quiet and walkins were welcomed. I did think that $18 for a basic manicure was on the high side but they did a good job. They did try to have me get my mani done while I was in the pedi chair, but I politely declined. I feel that you get short changed on the full mani experience when that happens.

Great salon!! I went there as a walk-in customer on a Saturday morning. I was immediately greeted and a nail tech was called up to service me. I was able to explain what I wanted exactly for my nails before the service started tonbe sure they understood. I am usually harder to please because I only wear the ombre look done with colored acrylic with no polish. But they said that they provided that service. So I was seated at his workstation right away. Once my nails were done the same tech produced my pedicure service. Everything went along smoothly and I was very pleased with the service andr my nails.

This nails salon is extremely clean and their staff is very friendly. Good quality and Decent price. I got a complete set of acrylics that too for a very reasonable pricing and I cannot stress enough on how sanitary and clean it was which was my first and main concern.

This place is like a second home. I love Steven Emily and Vee. They treat me like a Queen and always do the best work and give me the best service. I go for Spa mani pedi and wax services and I couldnt find myself going anywhere else.

I went in to get a full set with gel and the whole time the lady was doing my nails, I had to keep telling her that they werent even close to being even. The gel color looks nice but the nails on my left hand are much longer than the right and its very noticeable. I dont think Ill be coming back here.

I got a mani and the whole time she was doing my nails it hurt so bad. I told her that it was hurting and she just kept doing it. Nails are uneven but the color was nice! I’ve been picking dried stuff off my fingers and under my nails for a few days now and it wasn’t a clean cut job. It’s a clean place with friendly staff but I will not be returning.

The interior is beautiful. However, my nails didnt last as long as I hoped, and I was forced a service I told her I wanted to opt out of. Both of those issues mean I will take my business elsewhere.

Dont waste going here to get a regular manicure. The polish qualist was so ba, my nails chipped off overnight, showing cracks all over. When I came back and asked them to repaint them or fix, they said they dont guarantee their work. Wont be going back here.

My nails never look nice. Last night was awful. My sisters went to get their toes and nails done. One man who did my sisters nails told her she was “picky” and he put what he wanted on her nails when she asked several times for something else! He also cut her cuticles and cut her several times, leaving her fingers sore. The nails did not turn out well. They went back to complain today and the owner was so rude and basically said “I don’t see you physically bleeding so i am not going to refund you, also they don’t look ‘that bad.’” They actually didn’t look that good...

THIS PLACE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME! I called today to schedule an appt with Cynthia (who I hear is the best. They tell me to “just come now”. I let them know I am 20 minutes away so I would rather make an appt. They say “that’s fine, come now”. I get there and they tell me that Cynthia just took a pedicure...a pedicure. Why would she do that when she has an apt coming in? I ask how long it will be and I’m told 45 minutes unless I want to see someone else. No, I do not want to see someone else. I want to see the person I made the appt with. If you have a lot of time to waste waiting on vague appointment times then this place is for you. If you are more of a busier person, stay away.

I used to love the service and quality that I received at this salon and actually have been with them since they opened in August 2016. I am not sure what has happened over the last couple of months, but things have definitely changed. On 7/1 I scheduled an appt to have my nails filled at 5 on 7/3. I arrived almost 15 minutes early to find out that the person I had scheduled with left early for vacation. No phone call, no apology, NOTHING! The lady I spoke with simply said so I will take care of you, okay? This is the 2nd time this has happened. When you schedule an appt with a specific person, I expect that is who I will be meeting with unless there is an emergency. Very disappointed. I did call and cancel an appointment once for Vince. The receptionist forgot to remove it from the appt schedule. When I called the next time, Vince was quick to point out that I missed my appt and he didnt know if he wanted to schedule me again? Really? And then you stand me up twice? Was this some sort of pay back or something? At least I called, that was more than I got?

DO NOT EVER COME HERE. If I could give this zero stars I would but google makes you put at least 1. The service here is AWFUL. From employees and management. The guy that did my nails filed them WAY to thin and so short and cut me multiple times. Me and my sister were extremely rushed into making a decision on our nails. He called me picky and didn’t do what I asked. My sisters lady filed her nail down with the machine so far she was bleeding. Her pedicure wasn’t done correctly. There are large amounts of her nails that don’t have any nail polish on them. When we came to talk to the OWNER she was overly rude. Said she would not refund us the money. That is doesn’t look “that bad”. She said since my nails weren’t infected or bleeding when I was talking to her she won’t do anything about it. They are so unprofessional. Me and all my sisters and mom will not step foot in this place again.
