Do not use this place. Especially not for pedicures. Still trying to cure my fungus.

Ive been getting my nails done by Annette for years now. Found her with a Groupon and stayed with her ever since. My mom gets her nails done here as well now and loves her. Note: this is a one woman business so an appointment is required and only one person can get their nails done at a time.

Annette was very personable and she has a lot of experience. The gel manicure looks great a week later, but if youre expecting a hand and arm massage, forget about it. Pedicure was decent, but as basic as can be. No pedicure chairs.

I purchased a groupon and was not disappointed. Yes I had to wait about 10-15 minutes, but she was also patient with me having to reschedule twice. She was nice, affordable, and my nails look great. I would go back again.

I got a full set of pink and white powder and I got a pedi with gel polish. It cost me 100, and by the second day, one nail had already fallen off. By the end of the first week, half the nails had come off, so I just removed them all. Wont ever go there again.

Cash only shop. I almost stiffed the owner out of $20 because I didnt expect that. Good work though. My gels lasted for 4 weeks and looked good. Make your appointment way ahead and dont expect reminders. Also, it may take an unusually long time.

I purchased the Groupon and while my exp with her was ok and you get what you pay for. What I did not expect is that the next day my heels would hurt from the callus removal and by Sunday, my left heel would be bleeding. I have been getting pedis for 14 years all over Chandler/Gilbert and not once has this ever happened to me. If I recall, she used a nail file on my heels to remove my calluses which I thought seemed strange at the time and now Im thinking that is what caused my issues. So beware!

I have been using Annette for a number of months after initially trying her through a Groupon. She has been wonderful and my nails are better then they have been in a long time. I feel she is very good with Gel polish and worth every cent!

So kicked back and customer service was wonderful! ❤️

Cash only and usually you have to book out but so worth it. Nails last forever shes an awesome woman owned business and she always has Groupon! Do it!

Never answers the phone. How can I schedule an appointment if you dont answer the one thing that brings in business? Terrible. Now I have to get a refund for this Groupon. So much for purchasing this for my fiancé. Do not waste your time.

As a business owner this gal doesnt know if shes coming or going. I asked Groupon for my refund. I was not impressed and would not recommend her services to anyone. I was very disappointed.

I purchased a Groupon and was absolutely the worst experience ever! Not only is it difficult to make an appointment, when I show up for the appointment she is running 20 minutes late. She rushed through and did not do a thorough job on my manicure and my daughters pedicure (no cuticle trimming, no massage, no removing excess gel from skin, no callus smoothing, or exfoliation for pedicure). They looked like a child painted our nails. She also refused to do my pedicure because she said my daughter and I were mocking her because my teenage daughter was laughing at Youtube videos while she sat in a corner and waited for an hour in between services! Did not know we were not allowed to laugh in her salon! My manicure was terrible, my daughters pedicure was terrible and worst of all she called us liars and kicked us out! I have never been treated this way and I would warn everyone from visiting this salon! The worst service ever and she was completely unprofessional and rude!

Definitely a substandard establishment. I would not recommend.

DO NOT WASYE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Annette was extremely rude and unprofessional. She stated the colors I chose would not look good and she skipped a step in the gel process which put her behind for her next client so she skipped the hand massage. When she moved on to the pedicure she told me to sit down and choose the color from the chair which was across the room from the all colors, she claimed they were the same colors she had to choose from with the gel but clearly that was not the case because she had a whole wall of regular nail polish. Annette then asked me if I brought FLIP FLOPS for my pedicure ( I was wearing boots because it was mid winter) when I told her no she said I sure hope my other customers start bringing flip flops because youre going to use my last pair of disposable flops. When she was done with my nails she said ok youre done and I asked if I could sit a minute so they could dry and she told me I could sit outside her boutique in the hall way!!! She does not have a variety of colors for gel manicure and stated at the beginning of the appointment she has been doing nails for 12 plus years.

I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure w/Annettes Nails. I left 3 different voice mails over a 2 week time period to attempt to schedule a new appointment for my Groupon with Annette. She finally returned my third phone call only to tell me she was unable to book an appointment for me or accept the Groupon I had purchased. She provided no explanation as to why and she is the owner! She was extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this business. I now have to contact Groupon to request a refund.

So Annette refuses to use acetone for removal of acrylic nails but cant pop them off which takes 60 seconds if not less time then acetone which is a even more time consuming removal. Im hating today because. I thought it was cheap and rude of Annette to go back like we didnt talk the day before hand. I told Annette I had acrylics on and needed removal. My nails now are not long or extravagant in anyway so removal would be easy... I have a gel pedicure and gel manicure I purchased before hand with her and appointment. This takes 90 minutes at most. So whats a few seconds or 1 minute more to take off my nails?(which you knew about) Im glad I walked out on you. I wasnt rude to her, was speechless. And I never have nothing to say. Lol. I got my refund as well, Annette. Glad to know Im not the only one who thought that was dippy what you pulled. Next time specifie that if someone comes to you and wants to employ you as a nail technician they cant come to you with acrylics before removing them; For those who want a regular manicure and pedicure with Gel. I drove 30 minutes out of my way and this is my day off. Id never let you touch my nails. AVOID!
