Before Covid this was my go to spot. They do an awesome job with dips. I have just started getting my nails done again after a year an they are still great!

I took a chance on a referral from a stranger, shortly after moving to AZ... Glad I did! Ken stands by his work and I greatly appreciate his attention to detail when doing my nails. Instead of your typical small talk he walks me through his process & at this point, I let him have creative freedom. Pictured is my last set, fresh for valentines week! Now even 2+ weeks later, his quality of work still shows because Ive had no breaks plus the design is still intact.The plus side is everyone is kind and personable upon my arrival, I couldnt have a better experience!

I came here and Ken did my nails each time and I was happy with the work. He later quit and I wasn’t informed being he was the only one who did my nails. Each time I had an appointment I had to sit and wait 40 plus minutes just to be asked to come back because they were short hand. Tim did my nails which were rushed n uneven. Two of my nails broke the same day, and my gel polish kept peeling off after two days. He started getting frustrated so I asked him to use a different brand and color because obviously that color n brand wasn’t working out. He literally had put 5 coats on and kept telling me it’s not drying. At this point I just need my money back to go elsewhere to get the job done right. He refunded me $15 out of the $40 I spent. I hate coming to places where they want your money but can’t do a proper job.

Just moved to Chandler and after going to about 5 different places, I finally found Creative Nails as my permanent place! A great Nail Salon! They use superior products and have a great staff of people!

Worst nail salon experience of my life. Ive been there three times. All rather below my expectations. The first time I brought in my 5 daughters. Among our whole big group, I was the last one to be done. They were so slow I had to skip doing the toes when Im the one paying for the group. Maybe my fault for not scheduling a large party ahead of time.Second time - the tech screwed up my thumb twice on a dip manicure. It added a half hour to my stay and it was already approaching 2.5 hours. This time just me. But accidents happen. It took 3 hours for me to get out the door with a dip manicure and basic pedicure.Third time - I came in by myself, pedicure went fine. The dip manicure color however looked completely mottled. First tech offered a chance for me to come back (but I have no time to frequent a salon every single week), so I asked to have it taken off. Told itd take a few minutes but again 30 minutes later I had to start peeling and rubbing off the glue on my own as all the techs had moved on to other customers. One tech realized my frustration and came over but said oh needs more time. I explained again I do not have the time to sit and still walk out with bad nails. Thats exactly the reason Im upset when now my nails are completely fd up. Another patron felt like being the hero and then attempted to lecture me for the curse word. Trying to rally the whole salon and argued about how oh theyre so wonderful thereUltimately the salon did nothing to assuage the situation. No apology. No nothing. I will never go back. Clearly they did not want my business. Hopefully the one other lady will be enough business for them to last. I have never had such issues at any other salon.

This place was awesome! They were able to get me in and out super fast and the price was awesome! I love my gel manicure and i love the verity of colors they have! All of the nail artist do such a great job! I would defiantly recommend this place!

Personally love this salon! Great price, and specifically a man named Ken took extra special care of me! No other salon is like this! Wonderful people who actually care about the health of their clients nails!

Best bet for nails in Chandler. Very clean studio with talented technicians who seem relaxed and professional. Not saying they are comedians but they do make you smile.

Ive been coming here for years but recently things have changed. They have a tendency not to listen to what you want first and rush even though there are 4 customers in the salon. The gentleman who works there always rushes when he does dip nails and is very painful and rough when he files/shapes your nails. Ive been going to susans for a long time and my last visit was very unpleasant, unfortunately will need to find another salon.

I have been going to this place for over ten years. I love my gel manicures. My nail tech always does a great job at a super great price😊

Ok Im OCD and the picky person ever when it comes to getting my nails done and my friend/client that I do her hair Cindy Brenner Clarke referred them to me and I been there one time had Max he was amazing I didnt feel uncomfortable at all,i felt very welcome there are very humble people and then I had my 2nd appointment and once again I was so satisfied and so so so pleased.My new and forever place. Very relaxing place. The cleanest mail salon Ive ever been in. And I have never been slap on the face with Acrylic smell like every mail salon Ive been in. I highly recommend them.

Horrible horrible horrible. Went for my relaxing pedicure and technician did not speak or understand English. Paid 35.00 for deluxe pedicure and tech handed me my sandles as soon as she was done and she walked to the back and never reappeared. I waited until my nails dried put my own Sandles on and paid and left. BTW. The salon was not busy and when a young breast feeding Mom came I. With the baby - sat her right next to me for my relaxing time AND my heels and foot are so rough, gotta work on them at home. Tomorrow. Polish was fine - after I waited to put on my sandles after they were handed to me when my toes still wet. Unreal. Not even a little relaxing or pampering. Would have been better to pay my hubby 35.00 to do my pedi 🤣🤣. Don’t go. Horrible.

I got my eyebrows waxed and they burned off my eyelids. They’re service is bad and they don’t even have good magazines to read while you wait. Don’t go here unless you want to die. I will sue soon. Honestly this places sucks and it’s expemsive and no one named Susan works there.

I have been going to Creative Nails for over 3 years and I love their service. I have actually moved 30 minutes away from Chandler and I make the drive to go get my nails done.

Kelly was great and very sweet too.
