In my 40-years, I have had my share of facials and my treatment today was one of the top-5. I went to Milan after I saw the amazing reviews. My hair has previously been colored from burgundy to blond, but the person who colored it put brown what she called toner on my roots. The brown turned out to be permanent hair color and as it was growing out I had almost complete grey in front and a different shade of brown in the back besides the rest of the hair being blond. It was a mess. Yahasmin did my color correction & did an amazing job! She took her time to listen and I could not be happier with the result! She truly is an artist and a very skilled one :)

Im going to be very honest, I hate cutting my hair just because I never get it done right. Im very picky when it comes to the length and style until I came here. I have never been so happy with my hair until it was cut by Yahasmin. I told her exactly what I wanted and she gave me more. She gave me some suggestions due to my hair being very heavy and thick. I was a bit hesitant after first but I took her advice because I have seen her work and shes obviously been cutting for a while. I left her salon feeling so good and now I cant have anyone else cut my hair! I recommend this salon 200% because you get quality work and time from these ladies. Never ever going anywhere else.

Prior to her having her own salon & spa, I followed her around to various spaces she rented from. Originally I lived in the East Valley where she worked but Ive since moved to Scottsdale/North Phoenix area and then to Queen Creek. Needless to say, its a drive for me but again...she and her services are worth it! She does excellent work and I trust her completly with my hair! Ive told her, its her hair too :)Ive had a few bad experiences with my hair in the past with other people....one time I even cried while I was still in the chair! However with Yahasmin, I always leave with a smile and feel great! Ive had it all over the years...going short, medium length and long hair. Ive gone darker, lighter, gotten highlights/lo-lights and covering pesky greys while going to Yahasmin. I have thick hair and a lot of it! So I typically need a large chunk of time blocked out for my hair. Shes great at thinning it out too. Ive not run into any issues with her scheduling, shes got it down pat. Ive met lots of women that have become friends of mine that do hair over the years...but Ive not let them work on me. No offense to them, Im not tempted to convience or even going a cheaper route with them. I love a good deal but my hair is something that I dont skimp on. I want quality and I want it done right the first time. Thats why I continue to go to Yahasmin.Im confident that Yahasmin will do excellent work for you, if you give her and her salon a chance. Ive not used any of her other styllists but I will say this, I know shes very particular about who she hires to be a part of her company. Also, theres no salon drama at the Milan Salon & Spa either...unlike a lot of places. Her place is always very clean too.

I won’t go into details but I’m a dark brunette, wanted blonde from my ears down to the end. I asked for balayage and showed an image. I came out with cherry chocolate hair from my roots down to end of my hair. They were hoping for the $250 initial price.

I recently had a facial with Ronda and it was absolutely wonderful. She’s so gentle and very knowledgeable about skin issues. The products that she use feel so good and have really made a difference in my skin quality. Overall it wasn’t just a facial it was an hour of pure bliss - I’ve never felt so relaxed getting a facial! I can’t recommend her more highly!

Booked a balayage here after reading so many positive reviews. Milan Salon really holds up to everyone’s raving reviews! Yahasmin was a saint to work with my stained hair from an Overtone conditioner. We didn’t realize the journey we were in for as it’s advertised and sold as a wash out coloring conditioner, but as soon as the bleach hit my hair we quickly saw Overtone definitely doesn’t wash out...ever lol. It took 2 appointments to get through the color correcting but I ended up with a beautiful balayage! Only Yahasmin could’ve pulled off such an intensive hair transformation. Her prices are fair and worth the quality of the skill and result. So glad to have discovered this 5 star salon and spa!

First of all, this place is adorable. The center it is located in is fantastic to just hang out in after you get an awesome hairstyle. I used to live in east mesa and recently moved to Chandler and decided to try a salon close by. My stylist, Lauren, was an absolute gem. Such a sweet personality and a rock star at doing hair. She is very young, but dont let her age fool you. She is better than a lot of more seasoned stylists in my opinion. Worth every penny! :)

Ive never been so impressed by a hair salon! My hairdresser Lindsay was absolutely the best. They have the best prices for the level of experience. I got a color correction and did not have to spend an arm and a leg. I wanted a natural red tone which is the hardest color to get just right but Lindsay sent me home looking and feeling beautiful. I felt confident about my decision to come to Milan before I even walked into the salon because it felt like they actually cared and they listened to my hair concerns and chose the best lady for the job based on my specific requests. The experience was awesome, they even served me wine while I was getting my hair done. Next time I go I cant wait to try the other spa services, the manicures and pedicures looked great.

Ive been trying to find someone that knows what they are doing and sets the right expectations for outcome. After multiple failed attempts at other salons I found Yahasmin at Milan Salon. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations. I thought to achieve what I have been trying to do would take multiple appointments and Yahasmin was able to accomplish it in one. Yahasmin is the only person to cut my hair (and my daughters) since 2004. Nine years and counting! I have had extremely long hair, extremely short, and everything in between. As someone else said, she is very honest. She discovered early on that I have very limited skills and patience for styling my hair... she will not give me a cut or style that she knows I will not be able (or not take the time) to style properly! She is great at finding a cut that works with your individual face shape and hair type. I have followed her everywhere she goes and her new salon is BEAUTIFUL and calming! You WILL NOT regret going to Milan Salon & Spa.

Despite how skeptical I felt at first, I decided I would give it a try and hope for the best. If I could sum up my experience wirh Lindsay in one word, it would be AMAZING! Not only did she reach out to me before my appointment to tell me I could come in whenever Id like since she had a cancellation, she was extremely sweet and fun to talk to, and she is SO talented with hair!
