I have had spotty luck with hair stylists in recent years, so I hadn’t had my hair cut or highlighted in 6 months. It’s long and straight with a little gray, so I got away with it. Pam was recommended by a friend and is really wonderful in her demeanor and her professionalism. She was able to give me a fresh look without too much change and provided a quality service! Plus she is kind and so pleasant to talk to. I’m glad to have found her.

First time going and Taylor was great. She listened and didn’t do anything I didn’t ask for. She knew I was a little nervous because I’ve had the same haircut for a few years. I absolutely love my hair and will be going back. Wish I would have gone sooner. Next to tackle color ♥️

Kudos to this salon and Taylor!! I am new to the area and called for a cut and color. I was able to get an appointment the next evening! Taylor went out of her way to cover my gray, suggest much needed highlights and give me a great haircut. She stayed late to ensure that I had a complete makeover and I left very happy. Taylor and Madison Ave Salon are my go to for hair, and probably nails in the future!!

It took me *years* to find a good salon once I moved to AZ from MI. I am so lucky to have found Dion at Madison Avenue. She is truly an artist and a master of my hair. Beyond the color and cuts at the salon, she has also given great advice for at-home care so my hair is always beautiful and healthy.During the pandemic I have always felt safe at Madison. I take extreme care to keep myself healthy for the sake of my family, and I don’t feel like visiting Madison Avenue comprises that in any way. I have been A client at this salon for six years. I have returned twice since essential services have reopened in Arizona. Both times I have found the salon clean, all the personnel are masked , social distancing guidelines are followed, and stylists sanitize thoroughly after use at each station. Today my stylist used hand sanitizer frequently. Clients wait outside until summoned. I highly recommend this salon, not only for their wonderful service and results, but for their Strict safety guidelines implemented.

At my appointment after reopening post Covid-19, salon Spa Madison Ave provided excellent service. The followed the new guidelines “to a t” and I felt very comfortable. I have been seeing Bonnie for years, and I absolutely love her! I get so many compliments on my hair and color. During the lockdown, I was able to appreciate just how perfectly matched my color was because the only difference was the new grey hairs that came in. I was nervous to go back out once the shelter in place was lifted, but I desperately needed my hair done after nearly 3 months without it. They had everyone well spaced apart, everything was perfectly cleaned, the hair washing chairs were sanitized the second I left them, and it was very easy to work around wearing the masks. The only thing they cant do currently is blow drys, but even that wasnt a problem for me. SO happy that my hair looks awesome again! Thanks so much for the AMAAAZING service! #keeplocaldoorsopen

I have been going to this salon for about a year now. Pam does an excellent job and makes sure you are satisfied. Very friendly and she knows what she is doing. I have never had a bad cut. Also, if you want one of the BEST massages ever, Bailey is GREAT!

I had an appointment at this salon, and with covid-19 and everything going on I was nervous to go back out. But I felt very safe here and I appreciated safety precautions the business was taking. Such as wearing masks , calling pts when they were ready to be brought back etc. Rylee was my stylist and as usually she did a fantastic job and I love how my hair turns out every time. She is very knowledgeable on products, which helps me a ton and also with hair trends, styles everything. It’s so nice to be able to have a stylist that is on top of things. Jessica was the great person who cut my hair. She did a perfect cut. She is very courteous and gracious. She listened to what I explained I wanted and translated that into the cut, bangs and layering. It turned out perfect. She also repeated what she was going to do after the wash and special conditioner we agreed I needed and before she actually did the cut. She is quite the gal. I will go back to HER. I was visiting from out of town and needed a highlight pretty bad and to my surprise they worked me in within a day. I had Pam as my stylist and she did a phenomenal job!! I’m a hairstylist as well so I know a thing or two about hair 😉 The Salon was very clean and the staff super friendly. I’ll definitely be going back to Pam if I’m in the area again!

Jamie gave me a Derma plane treatment and I am hooked up! My mom was with Ruthie and said she enjoyed her facial, too! I recieved some great skin care knowledge, and was ot up-sold, but rather sold on products.

They put a business card on my cars driver door once and it got stuck inside. I pulled it out and called them. They apologized for the issue, but today, they put another business card, which got stuck again.

I have been to this salon for a couple of different services.My first encounter with them was for a hair cut and color. The only person they claimed they had an opening for was with a senior employee. Which means more money to dish out. She greeted me, lead me to the shampoo area and left me there for 15 mins. Then a different girl came over and washed my hair. I didnt see my stylist until it was time to cut it. Needless to say, she didnt get the tip she was looking for.Months later I figured Id give them a second chance (since they are really close to my house) and got my eyebrows waxed. She was excelent! I then set up another appointment with her for 3 weeks down the road around 6pm.3 weeks later at 6pm, I returned to find the reception area filled with extremely loud teenagers running around the salon and a woman talking to the receptionist. I tried to get the receptionist attention and when I did I got an eye roll; the kind of eye roll that told me that I was interupting her and how dare I try to talk to her. A chair finally opened up in the lobby so I sat down. Now 6:30pm, the woman and her insane teenagers finally left. The receptionist then looked at me and said Are you waiting for someone? I told her that I had an appointment 30 mins ago and she started to freak out. She contacted my girl and after the service I sadly made another appointment. Why? It wasnt my girls fault that the receptionist was an idiot.3 weeks after this incident I came back into the salon for eyebrow waxing again. I did not recieve a phone call all day (or the day before) like they normally do to confirm the appointment so I was worried from the get-go. I enter the reception area and told the receptionist (BTW the same one that rolled her eyes 3 weeks prior) that I was there for a 6pm appointment for waxing. She then proceeded to tell me that I didnt have an appointment. Luckly, I still had my appointment card and showed it to her. She then, once again, freeked out. Then told me that she doesnt know why no one called me to let me know that the girl that had been doing my eyebrows quit 2 weeks ago. That is when I lost it with her. I demanded to speak with a manager and of course she wasnt there. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I laughed in her face. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Like I will ever come back!Warning: Enter at your own risk! I am telling you it is not worth the money or stress. Find another place to go. I am begging you!
